That seems quite likely. After all, if the writers wanted to change the setting to a jungle environment, using somewhere that has already been featured in the show is the best way to go. Plus, Hiroshi's Labyrinth was only first featured very recently, it is possible that some events of season 3 were setting up for the next season. The labyrinth, Pythor's return and the ninja getting their elemental powers back all match up very nicely with the info we already have.

It was teased at Comic Con that the new wave will feature 'ninjas finding that they aren't the only ones with elemental powers' (or something like that), so maybe the Anacondrai have found a way to artificially give themselves their own powers. As Penkid11 mentioned, Pythor shows more intelligence than most other Serpentine so there's no reason why the other Anacondrai wouldn't share this trait. As for the sets, a primarily purple colour scheme would be nice for the vehicles, but I wouldn't want to see any lime green (which could potentially make Condrai Copter Attack look like the Rattlecopter). Purple and white would be nice though.

I'd say that Curtis Bolt is more like Fitz. But yes, the theme does seem to be Agents of SHIELD inspired.

I wonder if we will get a white Pythor minifig this wave? Although the original Serpentine sets like the Rattlecopter were great, I'd be kind of disappointed if they used the same colour scheme for the Anacondrai vehicles. I would prefer something more purple...

AntiMatter sounds like an awesome name for a villain! I presume that the set will be around the same price as the Mission HQ so we'll probably get two decently sized vehicles which is cool. I'm curious to see what the actual name of 70169 is? I'm hoping for some sort of building HQ for the agents. Overall, I'm very exited about this new wave having thoroughly enjoyed wave 1, can't wait to see pictures!
