  1. Huh. I suspect we won't be seeing that in the movie, for obvious continuity problems.
  2. Helll yeah! My thoughts: Barbara Gordon: A superb cop design, not bland like I would've expected another cop to be Catman: One of my favorites here. Exactly like he appears in Secret Six! Cave Batman: Clever and funny Commissioner Gordon: Almost certainly inspired by his Arkham Asylum game look. Superb! Dick Grayson: Cute, and quite a funny accessory Fairy Batman: My top demanded Batsuit, and I am not disappointed! :D Rocker Batman: I didn't realize I would like this one as much as I do! That cowl is stunning! King Tut: A classic villain who will still look good alongside the modern villains Bat-robe: Despite not being the cloth we saw in the trailers, still well-made, and of course will be popular for his lobster piece March Harriet: I'm not blown away by her as much as many of the others, but she is exactly what she needs to be Nurse Harley: Somewhat inspired by Arkham Asylum's costume (which itself is probably too scandalous for a direct adaptation into Lego), it's probably my fave TLBM Harley Orca: Good use of preexisting parts, well-made Pink Batgirl: Bright and fun Red Hood: I don't like how much of the suit gets covered by the shoulder piece, but at least they printed a bow-tie on there to make up for it. I wonder if it's a Joker head underneath Calculator: Another unexpected favorite. He's just so well made! Eraser: His too narrow head creeps me out. How does his normal head fit in there??? Jumpsuit Joker: What the hell? It doesn't even look different than the jumpsuits in the set! Mime: That's what she looks like, alright! I like the blue mohawk Vacation Batman: Yeah, the swimgoggles cowl! And that duckie tube! Zodiac Master: Looks great, as I expected, and the silver zodiac-gadgets are cool I'll definitely get a full set, and probably my favorite CMF series ever! Hopefully we'll get another! Now I just have to hope Polka-Dot Man appears in a summer set!
  3. How thematically appropriate!
  4. She's probably classic Wonder Woman villain Dr. Poison, and yes, I agree!
  5. I watched Just2Good's review for the Lowrider. It looks like I was right about Batgirl's hair being on a peg, just wrong about the cowl itself having the peg. This way does, admittedly, make more sense.
  6. I'd say the Scuttler is the better build, but the other has sliiiightly better figures thanks to the elaborate Croc. Not that Scuttler has bad figs, 'cuz they are amazing too. So, uh... I don't even know which to prioritize.
  7. Not gonna lie, I would totally pick up a B&R Clooney Batman. Not because it's any good, god no, but because I need a Butt Monkey in my collection! :D
  8. Since we have multiple sources that have acquired sets from Target, it clearly isn't enough of an issue for consequences; I'd wager less than 1% of the buying population for these are checking in-store with the DPCI codes to pick them up early, so even if the stores did work with everyone who checked, it wouldn't even be a blip on anyone's radar. And it's not entitlement, it's capitalism; when I don't get off of work until nine, go out of my way to support your business, and you don't work with me, then I'll go elsewhere for my business. By posting my complaints here, other people can get another perspective before they decide whether or not to try it out. A different note, I really hope Catman winds up with the claw-mark symbol on his costume (a la Secret Six) instead of the older CM on his chest. Since Tarantula has the more modern look, I suspect that this will be the case.
  9. My local Target has the sets, but they won't let me buy any of them yet. Fine, I won't spend a large amout of money for their business; if I have to wait, I'll just order from Amazon and save myself another drive. Don't take my money. :|
  10. Zebra Man is a 10 out if 10 figure! Of course, these are all so hugh-quality that the worst are no lower than 8 out of 10, but still! There's a depiction of Zebra Man you could take seriously!
  11. With the variety of faces we're getting, I can forgive repeats. Had it just been one face for all of them, Batman would have felt waaay too redundant.
  12. Well, I checked my local Target and came up empty. Best of luck to everyone else on here!
  13. Not that I've noticed, in the hour or since I was last on. Even if we don't get a Mad Hatter, I'm definitely using Penguin's hat to make a purist of my own.
  14. Obviously, Ares is going to come riding in on his FLAMETHROWER TRIKE.
  15. I haven't been wowed by box art in a while, but wow. I'm super ready to pick these up!
  16. In Lego's defense, Beware the Batman was an incredibly well-written show, and the Teen Titans we got in sets were at least based on the original show, unlike the upcoming TTG Dimensions figures. I definitely agree that we should get at least some inspiration from Young Justice in the future.
  17. Oh yeah, waves will save my wallet some pain.
  18. Almost a guaranteed fake. That's the 2006 muscle design, the orange belt is Catwoman's Arkham belt, and it doesn't look anywhere near the level of TLG's designs.
  19. Wonder Woman's new trailer dropped, and seems to be implying that the woman with a facial prosthetic mask is villain Dr Poison. I suspect we'll be seeing her in the WW set next year if this holds true.
  20. This is officially going to be my favorite Catwoman fig just as soon as I get my hands on it! That's incredible! It'll be cool to see if they use the same goggled mask for a black variant at some point.
  21. If you ask me, the Silver Age Batman villains are... criminally underrated.
  22. Thank for putting the HD pics on here, Cap'n! Joker has two different faces in these two sets, and we're definitely getting another Batman face, with a focused-tongue sticking out look. It definitely looks like we'll have plenty of Batfaces from this line!
  23. King Tut! Crazy Quilt! Polka Dot Man! So many variants! I'm quite ready for this to release already.
  24. I definitely expect a DCEU game around the time of Justice League, but everything else I'd normally expect seems to be caught up in Dimensions, which is kind of a shame, as it means they won't get their own games.
  25. I definitely am not getting the Super Cafe. The set itself just doesn't do anything for me, which is a shame, since the Friends and Elves sets tend to have very good builds. If it had minifigures, I'd tolerate it, but by going minidolls, I don't even have that incentive.
