I'm not too bothered about the clip connection, I've wanted masks without stud or axle connection like the Inika masks, just with heads that were better designed. Just kinda sad it's not backwards compatible with the Metru heads, but I didn't think any of the masks would be compatible with them so I'm not too bothered about that either.

As long as Greg writes some side stories and has some say of what goes on, I'm a happy Matoran.

As impossibly unlikely as it would be, it'd be awesome to get an MoL or LoMN or WoS remake with set-faithful animation.

I agree, I used to think it was just a more ball-joint focused Inika build but then I got sets like Toxic Reapa, Furno XL, Dragon Bolt and Splitter Beast vs. Furno and Evo and magic happened.

Pirate101's forum is gonna be a bit annoying to read tomorrow with the pirate talk setting, but that inconvenience will be overturned by a certain something else that's happening. Galidor's being rerun on Fox!

I doubt we'll have Toa without elemental powers because that'd be something really risky for Lego to do. It'd be really cool to have a wave of Matoran in Toa armor, though.

I was thinking, despite quite liking the Phantoka and Mistika (yes, even the Kanohi, except Gali's waffle iron eye), one thing I always wanted for them were weapons that harkened back to their Nuva weapons. The only ones I thought achieved this were Pohatu with his propeller claws and Lewa with his saber (which is close enough to his katana for me). I wanted Gali to have an awesome axe, Tahu to have bigger versions of his magma swords with the fire bit colored, Onua to have drills and Kopaka to have epic dual swords (never much cared for his shield) and now here they all are (except the drills but an awesome hammer is close enough. XD) and they all look amazing. Coincidentally this time it's Pohatu's and Lewa's weapons that are different, but I much prefer Lewa's axes to his katana and Pohatu's boomerangs to his claws.

Someone on YouTube noted that back in 2001, Pohatu had the most pieces of the Toa Mata at 49 and Onua the least at 30. Now it's inverted, with Onua having the most and Pohatu having the least.

I'm comparing Gali's mask from the picture in the display stand and the picture here and on her they look pretty much the same, but the gold version on the display stand looks more like her MoL mask. It doesn't look too bad when set forward but I still hope that's preliminary.

Ooh, I didn't think that Lewa could identify himself with the Jungle tribe of Spherus Magna. Earth and Stone tribes would probably have been founded to replace the Sand and Rock tribes.

I like Kopaka's lower legs, solves one of my problems with CCBS (gappy backs). They could use some work, though. It was probably said before but I'm pretty sure the Skull Spiders are gonna function as Krana. It also confirms that the masks will attack from the front (it was likely but this is proper confirmation).

andshgdjhrj haj AAAAAAH! *head explodes* I love them! Kopaka in particular stands out to me. His weapons have Technic pin holes! That's something I missed in a lot of HF weapons. LoSS looks fantastic too! I like that it's not very realistic but that's just me with my arachnophobia. The Protector's masks are really nice, they remind me of Jaller Mahri's Mask of Sonar (forgot the name). Gali's mask is the only thing I don't like. It looks like an Avsa.

I just hope we get a little more info at NYCC, since return is practically confirmed with the logo. Particularly I'd like a teaser for the story and a hint at what we'll get in terms of media. Not sure how likely any of this is to happen, this is my first time following a major Lego reveal.

It's inevitable but we'll have to try to make it happen as least as possible. We have to welcome a new generation of fans to our religion toyline.

Pretty sure it's gonna be a reboot even if Jungle is a mistranslation. I won't be too bothered if Lewa changes to Jungle, but then again my first green set was Gresh so I don't have nostalgia for Air (well a little but not as much as I would if I started before Bara Magna). Glad that LOSS is $15, it looked a bit small for $20.

BTG Tahu voice for 2015 plox I got this idea after seeing one of those "what's in your wallet?" commercials (I forgot what they're for) and thought: Samuel L Jackson as Tahu. Won't happen but I can still dream. XD

I've always wanted Lewa to be Australian but Pohatu was given the honor. Still wanna hear Australian-accent Treespeak. XD
