I know I know, I'm very late to the game dscussion! Someone mentioned diablo, and I think that would benefit Bionicle well. A game where you play as toa with custom colored armor and loot ancient temples and other places around Okoto while having some little story in it. every time you slain enemies along the way they drop credits that are used to buy those customizing pieces. And here is when the nasty habit of free to play mobile games kick in. You need vast amounts of those parts to buy the different colored shells and stuff. And they present you with an Onua bundle that costs 50$ and gives you 100000 parts. Personally I'm fine with that model when it stays in cosmetics but when it steps to affect your progression it's a no.

The commercial is pretty much non canon. The mask is there because it is the new "face" of Bionicle. But maybe LOSS indeed got the mask and created the spiders with it. The fight on the volcano area with all the toa never happened though and quite honestly I don't see them putting it on the summer animations.

Would assume he's just in coma like state but it was mentioned for some reason just as lifeless.

This is the excat reason why Binkmeister had the recipe for the disaster known also as affecting Bionicle's cancellation because it made the story bit by bit too convoluted. Now I would like to see some of these things in books and possible movies and games. I want some slice of life. The stuff the villagers do, wildlife on Okoto and really see the personalities of each toa.

Not even close to something like Maxilos though. He even came with a friggin dog and was priced the same.

35€ for Vader... sigh. 40€ for Grievious... sigh. Constraction is already damn expensive due to the size of parts and necessary need of new molds. Now they put the magnificent 5$/€ license on that and things get far too expensive. I'm somewhat okay with the 30$ Vader but asking 20$/25€ for such a bland figure as Luke is horrible. Really they just attached the unnecessary handcuffs and pistol so it won't look that poor. I'm sure Obi will be much better, same for Cody and Jango. If I'd had to choose I would take another Grinder and Ekimu over Vader.

While it's just a print, the chains look like they are connected to their inner mechanics and not just tapped onto the chests. Oor...okay they are just tapped onto there.

Are the extra studs counted in the package? at least instructions don't mention them with protectors.

Well I wouldn't say. Luke and Vader don't offer that much of new pieces. The shin pieces and new chest, also lightaber and heads but that's it. I hate how they ruined the chestplate on Luke by printing everything on it.

If anything I hope for 2016 is that we would get these in 3 length What really bugs me with Gali is her too wide shoulders. With hopefully molding a new torso piece this could work, now the balljoints of the torso will get in the way.

It's rather the secondary color of the protector's mask those 3length transblue shells (in PoW's legs) would been just enough. Trans yellow is not that common though. has it appeared as CCBS in more than this? The shells obscure nearly everything so it's not that easy to do. Even if I do that and it looks right with shells on, the actual product might look completely different from inside. I'm willing to guess it uses an upside down small torso to connect the legs, the balljoint is hidden with the chest armor. under it is a large torso. Edit: Now that I tried it, it doesn't really work. I honestly don't know how it's done. Possibly uses some heavy technic.

I have more fear if it does have those ancient crawings or not... All the pics of it we have seen are so blurry it's really hard to see.

Ah, these pics offer nothing new really but... those SW sets, while Luke is just what I feared Vader pulls it off nicely, They both seem to offer new shin shells.

It works but looks like it was done without greater effort. It's not very appealing to look at. Edit: Why we don't have these things!

That isn't an excuse for using a large pic of LoSS's face on a single line and bottom of it some gripping and crushing via golden mask. If anything the buttons you mentioned make poor attempt at looking buttons. The main character page is rather just a slideshow. So what pages look good? Frontpage is okay-ish Storypage is done good. Okoto works just as intended Products could use some tweaking. the individual character pages expect LoSS. Build is also done good.

Not only the pictures are too large. There are so much empty black space which could had been fixed with a simple sideways slider.

If they would confirm the reproduction, that would certainly take a notice and appear as negative backlash. Simply hiding this process may just be for the good. Do you really explain to five year old kid how humans reproduce with genitals? No. Should you explain how bio-mechanic characters reproduce then? No. Remember that we are not the target audience, but a minority which they still care about. Greg only now just revealed how the matorans reproduce. This thing hasn't been touched even on NinjaGo or Chima. Why do you expect it happens in Bionicle?

Death of the (Matoran) Universe if the Mask of Life fell in the wrong hands. I'm not wanting the story to get more edgy. But have more heart to it. Bringing on field enemies that can actually talk and act like characters. Not just some random skull soldier out of the hundreads. Nor creature/rahi.

I'm a sucker for functions and usually MOC only something when I see it can implemented in the story. Making it larger it could be easily implemented while using a custom head. LoSS would spit out a web and advance from there to Grip and Crush!
