Welcome at EB! Unfortunately I wouldn't buy any of those sets.
-
I think that refers to the constraction figs.

Edit by Hinckley: removed images that violate Site Guidelines. They are clearly from a dealer catalog. Please don't do this again. Thank you.

October. Rogue One sets will arrive in October source:

and BB8

Why is that? This is a 2016 set discussion thread....pricing is a big part of that.So why keep talking about that at a minimum?
-
That's 20 more than the Takodana set (which I bought even though its overpriced). This one looks like it has the same amount of pieces and has a less good minifig lineup.
-
Wait. Descriptions of the sets (at Brickset) had to be taken down because LEGO asked for that.....pix were not allowed by LEGO...........but a video presentation is ok???? I don't get it......
-
Nope. Fig will be +-20 on Bricklink I guess.....

For anyone who is interested: Over the last 1,5 month I've done some new interviews for my website and the Dutch Star Wars site. Among the new interviews are Jason Fry (author), Bill Hargreaves (prop maker (IG-88!!!)), Stephen Costantino (Gamorrean Guard), John Mollo (OScar winning Costume designer), Keith Szarabajka (Cikatro Vizago in Rebels) and two men from The Force Awakens: Clem So (a resistance fighter) and the one that went online today: Andrew Jack. Mr. Jack played Major Ematt and was the dialogue coach for this movie (he coached Daisy Ridley and John Boyega). In case you're interested: http://www.starwarsinterviews.blogspot.com (and sorry for this shameless plug!)

Suppose they're based on the Aftermath book, or the characters of that book in a new series......Why Aftermath? Of all the new canon books that one was by far the weakest. (and looking at the ratings on sites as Amazon etc I'm not the only one who thinks so)

This will definately mean 75102 wil retire in, say, 6 months time, right?

More or less. It's the only movie that hasn't got a director assigned.....but Kennedy said this in august: http://makingstarwars.net/2015/08/kathleen-kennedy-pretty-much-lets-us-know-boba-fett-is-a-2020-release/ And a week ago this schedule was released....which includes Fett: http://www.ew.com/article/2015/12/30/star-wars-release-dates
-
There's going to be 3: Rogue One (dec 2016), Han Solo (may 2018) and in 2020 a Boba Fett movie.

New to star wars minifigure collection - Any help / beginner tips?
Jedi-Bendu replied to Marshgray's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Sometimes keeping an eye on used (incomplete) sets is also a good way to get great figs. For instance: I wanted the battle damaged Vader, Vaders Apprentice and Juno Eclipse from the Rogue Shadow set. Buying all 3 loose will cost you +-$ 30 (?). Last year I found a used set (which was -except for the box- 100% complete) for 35. Figs in mint condition.....and I got a Rogue Shadow ship as a bonus- 18 replies
