To make the bottom feel more lived in, I was thinking you could add Ham’s stall from Ninjago City Chase set. You’d have to put the smaller stand in the other spot & put Ham’s there as I don’t think there’s another spot for it to fit.

I love everything about it. Empty space works if it’s used right...Andy I think it’s used wisely here. When I think market I think open air. So having a spacious area for it is great. And that’s the one thing that bothers me a bit about the regular Modulars, it’s just big building after big building all basically the same shape. I love the variation in height, width & overall shape...and the distance between buildings in this case. The higher walkway between the two leaves a little to be desired however. Love the tori gate & flower pots & I see what they were going for with the garage pieces, but it’s just not enough going on. It just needs a little something more I feel, like the lower railings with advertisements or some different kind of barrier instead.

Heh, that’s exactly what I told my buddy...I hope this shows up at Costco. I want it, just not really at regular price since I have DA. He got the Up House there about three weeks ago, if you haven’t checked lately.

Why are they doing this to me?! A third pants color for Quidditch players?! Unnecessary for them, but the new colored hood accessory is welcomed.

Well, I’m not entirely sure how I feel about WWW. The new addition is ridiculously small but I still kinda want it because it’s new. Same with the two new wizards. If I can find it miraculously on a good discount I may snatch it.

I’m gonna jump on this hope with you. I have no interest in another express since adding 3 more cars to the 2018 one. But I really want that station.

It looks like it! Hard to see on the Ravenclaw one, but Harry looks to be wearing one. Admittedly, I completely forgot about this set when I bought 7 Quidditch polybags. Now I have an extra one.

Now we’re getting more & more City! Even though the two straights are longer, I’m not overly excited bout every other year we get a corner. At least it won’t be as frustrating as the other Modular line since we don’t have to worry about sidewalks or roads but it still sorta limits how things can be placed. A small complaint that I’m definitely jumping the gun on.

Blurriness aside, it looks fantastic & I’m so excited. There was a tram in the movie, so that must be it..so it might be a good ,I’d of show & movie as well. I still can’t believe we’re getting a two baseplate set. Wow! I definitely think it’s two. The buildings dot look as far as City & Gardens but that is a good amount of water in between the two. The bridge looks to be similar to that in the Airjitzu set. I’m glad it’s so different from the City one. I sure hope the wait for a better pic isn’t too far away. I NEED to see this thing better!

Totally get that. The middle section having that sloped roof & alley on the one side add a lot to the overall look but definitely makes stacking a problem. Which makes the middle section look quite empty, especially with two modern bits on either side overlooking it.

I’m wondering if we’ll see a reuse of the Banner Quidditch sweaters. Or maybe they’ll be extra generous & either give us two Quidditch torsos for each house or a sweater & regular. The other trunk came with 6, so two more isn’t unreasonable. The broom switch is definitely an odd mystery...I like the new ones. A good selection of heads will be nice, since I have a bunch of Cho Changs that need replacing More personally, since I already have a full team of Ravenclaw & Hufflepuff I’d like to see just Gryffindor & Slytherin as I stil need to fill out those teams.

I think realistically two is feasible at the $370 price. Make it more the height of Docks and that could expand to fit an addition 16x32 & somewhat higher. I know that’s why Docks was frowned upon by many, but I liked the height difference. So something similar with two levels to make the walkways connect would be great. That little shrine is kinda strange in the context of the sets, but I see how it works with the Legacy theme. If I had more room in that area of my city I’d make it more of a solitary thing, I just didn’t have enough open water to do so.

Hehe, Ravenclaws are a resourceful bunch. They don’t wear capes while playing, but they already gave us capes with Gryffindor & Slytherin, as you know. It’s just the uniformity of it all. It’s an easy enough fix...a little Brinklinkius Orderum & the parts show up. Dark blue spongy capes are a tad rare though.

I’m betting it’s gonna be a baseplate and a half. My buddy is really hoping it’s two baseplates(which would be crazy but awesome). Just looking at Gardens as comparison, Markets has about 400 more pieces while Gardens 16 baseplate didn’t use up a lot of pieces. Take out some height from the building & make it into an extension on the 16 baseplate & that’s what I think the footprint is gonna be. I too would like to see more access for water. I guess a bridge wouldn’t be too redundant as it’s been two sets since one. I’m hoping for a better mix of show & movie this time around. With the oopsy of the torso being seen I’d like a “Good Morning Ninjago” scene in the TV station.

Definitely grabbing Tails plane set! Have quite the fondness for Sonic 2 so getting Tails is a must. And maaaaann....if the Sonic Ideas set had the new Eggman it would’ve been such an easy buy for me. I can’t stand that buildable one.

I was finally able to get my hands on the Quidditch polybag...and I didn’t even notice in the pics that she doesn’t have white legs or a cape. It bothers me more than it should because all the others(sans the DA uniform capes) have both.

My buddy showed me an interesting oopsy by LEGO. A picture on “AFOL Ninjago” Facebook page, someone bought the CMF Falconer...with a different torso. Blue torso, but it’s a jacket with two zippered pockets & a clip on nametag. The back has a logo that says “NG NEWS” in Ninjargon with the NG in black on a white background & the NEWS in white on a red background. With a typical globe outline behind it.

Man, I get this. I’m holding off on the Hideout & Elephant Mech so I can get the Ninjago Modular day one.

Fantastic job! I could never make it there..,without a boat anyways. I like the variations in the water. Ever since expanding the Ninjago Modulars area...I see water in a whole new light. Something so simple as placing 1x2 tiles can be very complex depending on what you put below them. The rock work & vegetation is excellent as well.

Great job! I could definitely see them both becoming sets. Especially so with the first one. The building reminds me of last year’s WV set.

Maybe they decided to go lighter this round since the last so was big. Which is fine by me, I still have to get that batch of parts.

Not getting anymore leaks about the Ninjago Modular has me a little worried that we’re not actually one. We had a rumor last year of a 16x32 one that never came to pass. LEGO may just be keeping tight lipped about it like they do regular Modulars though. I hope.

Oh man, this wave has me very excited now. I didn’t have much interest in the T-Rex Rampage set outside of the minifigs, so I’m glad to see the assortment here. They all look great.
