  1. Quite an amazing work of art. Well done!
  2. Lego, lego, LEGO, legos.. I will likely use them all. I'll only correct someone when they use Lego when referring to sub par alternative.
  3. I like this method and have used it on some of my small builds. I figure on some of the larger or more specific builds the LDD route allows one to really plan out how the idea will look. That or someone with a very large and organized collection of bricks.
  4. I am putting this out there to see what are people's preferred method is for creating MOCs. Do you build it in LDD (or any other computer aided design), sketch out a drawing, or just build and let the bricks do the talking?
  5. What an amazing build. I am not sure if i would be able to resist making it powered with a equivalent track to ride on. I am sure my wife wouldn't mind...
  6. Many great models here but i picked two for votes as the ones I would most likely buy. 29: 10 46: 10
  7. I must be lucky as I cannot recall a quality control issue in any of the sets i've opened in the last 3 years. Course i Have many unopened boxes too...
  8. A big time Lego train fan here. I Have picked up all of the trains that have been out since coming our of the dark ages 3 years or so ago. I am really disappointed that I do not still have my space monorail from years past. I do hope to see Lego reinvesting more into the train space as they had in prior years. Train MOCs and towns are always a wonderful thing to see.
  9. Between sets (mostly entered into brickset) and random pieces i would wager to say I am sitting at over 200k. Maybe one day when I really have some free time....
  10. HI, my name is Greg and I am a Lego addict... Well, no wait I am but it's ok. Some info, 33, married father of two, live in Michigan, and my wife is the reason that I exited the dark ages.... and now have a large room dedicated to this wonderful hobby. Now if only I could keep they Legos to just that room. I am very much known around my office as the Lego guy and if you really want to fire me up just mention mega anything and we'll have a heated debate. I certainly am doing my part to try and recruit as many to the Lego way. My three year old daughter loves to play with them and really made my day when she put down the barbie at the short and asked for a Lego set instead. I am sure my 3 month old boy will follow suit when he is of age. I hope to see find some time to really start working on my own MOCs to start sharing with the rest of this great community.
