  1. Hi there fellas, I am RC-2787, a Clone Commando Soldier... or better said, was... achh, whatever. For outsiders it's Kyrand Harlitt, but my comrades keep calling me "Kyramud". Kyramud is mandalorian and stands for "Killer". Who am I? Well, it sounds a bit strange - nearly at the end of the Clone Wars, shortly after the beginning of Order 66, the Kaminoans got the order by the new Emperor, to fondle around with the genetics of us. Some time they tried something new - not to shorten the aging by half, no, they managed it, to slow the aging by half of a normal being. But the Kaminoans didn't like to get interveined on their doings, so they mixed around and made the clones more... independently once more. I am one of those last offsprings of that experiments. So independence influenced thoughts come and go... well, to sum it up, we want to go back to the roots exactly, our Mandalorian roots. The Rebellion is more or less crushed, the Empire scattered across the galaxy - the old forces are no more. And this exactly is our chance. Without the Sith or Jedi, the people of this galaxy won't stand us a chance. This time under the the command of the Black Sun. To be honest, our brothers amongst the real mandalorians or the clones are wide and thin spread across the whole galaxy. It'll be quite a challenge to gather them and unite them under the banner of the Black Sun to restore our glory and strength in galaxy once more. As for a true mandalorian, I started to collect things from raided cities, or weapons and armours and thereby saving some credits. Sounds a bit bounty hunter and vagabond like, but that's the way it is and things go nowadays. I don't have a ship right now, but this shouldn't be a big problem for long. Hope you guys liked my introduction aaaaaand down there a complete view of my character. :D
  2. @MKJoshA or @goatman461: So could you please move me from the Black Sun faction over to the Clan Eldar? Thank you. :)
  3. Short question: Is it possible to switch between the factions? If so, what do I have to do, except to talk with the leader of the faction that I want to change to. Kind regards

  6. With the last faction being revealed now, when are we able to join one of them, or when does the game itself start? ?
  7. Very fascinating what "types" of fractions are able to choose so far. ? I actually really got no clue what the last two will be. I hope they are going to get revealed soon. ?? Right now my choice is already made, but that depends on the two coming up hopefully very soon. Edit: What I can truly say, after reading them over and over again - they all fit together in this whole thing so far - great job on creating those guilds guys!
  8. Second faction just got revealed. Man, I'm so longing for the next four to reveal. And I'm so eager to make my first moc. Today I had such a great idea - i hope this will work out with these factions there that will come hopefully soon. ?
  9. Hey there, I read something in the rules, about scoring (with builds in challenges) and capturing "holocrons" - so consequently, when fraction one achieves a victory, what happens to the other one with the "defeat" in this "holocron affair"? Do they get wiped out entirely from the game, or what are the consequences? Or aren't they allowed to keep building in that challenge, but later again when the challenge is over?
  10. Wow, this sounds great. :D Especially that Republic Fraction sounds really awesome. Looking forward to this game. :)
  11. Thank you, lads. Glad to hear you like it. :D Hehe, wasn't my intention to be honest, but a little and nice "shocking" every now and then is okayI guess. ? Well folks, somehow, I don't know, I made it to get blogged on Brothers Brick. ? https://www.brothers-brick.com/2017/11/30/elegant-weapon-civilized-time-eh-well-guess-times-changed/ And I got a lot of great response on my hangar at the exhibition in Mondsee last weekend. Kind regards, Michael
  12. Heyho folks, I want to show you my biggest moc, i have built so far and there it is: Republic Commando by Michael K., on Flickr At that time, in 2005, the game "Star Wars - Republic Commando", which I did not even know how much this game might characterize my future (now sounds very pompous and sentimental), I just bought on suspicion. Several times I played the game again and again. There are countless scenes that I wanted to build and possibly will build, but I chose this one here. Here is an introduction to get the context for those who like to read: €dit by me: I somehow messup up with the posting - the pictures of the hangar are in the second spoiler folder - thanks for your time and patience. :D
  13. Hey there, I'm really delighted 'bout the fact, that you like my dragons. :D I gotta admit, I also always wanted to have a dragon, bout I've never made it, to get one done. Until one day, I sat down and tried, and voilá, I did it first try ... almost. ;) :D Sure, how can I assist you in building such a creature? I need to know, what you actually want. :) Should it be rideable and in minifigscale, just like the black and red one, or should it include a lot of bionicle parts, to keep the parts of the dragon cheap, like the white one? Kind regards, Michael
  14. Thank you very much, for your detailed feedback and I'm really glad you like it. ? I really need to make a picture, where the red dragon has it's wings spread out, cause this really makes him look fierce and strong. ? To be honest, these Viking dragons influenced me a lot. I also got some dragons in the finishing process which use some of those dragon parts of this viking series. Maybe I'll get them done in the next few weeks. ? Thank you, I'm glad you like them. ? Kind regards, Michael
  15. Hey folks, long time no see. (I hope this is the right section, sry, if not. :x ) Well,I built some dragons some time ago and I wanted to share them with you. I would be very excited to know what you think about them. :) I'll post them all here together and maybe, I'll add some in this thread in the near future. Well, I'd also be very glad, if you'd leave me a comment or some feedback. :) Oh, there is to mention, the dragons belong to a selfmade story, or better said, a game, named "Die Neun Reiche", in english, "The Nine Kingdoms", which is a little bit like your GoH i guess, and is played in our german Lego Forum, called RogueBricks. My fraction, called "The iron Legion", which rules the "Kaiserreich Ironlands" and owns these dragons all along. :D I hope this makes sense to you, if not, don'Ät hesitate to ask. :) First Moc: The Fire Dragon Story: Well, Carundhir, der Geißelfürst, (leader of the fraction) tried to have a good relationship with the leaders of the bordering countries, for example with a very young kingdom, called Dragonia. Their fellow leader meant to create a map as welcoming present for their new an flowering friendship, but this was a promise that couldn't be hold by the youngster, because of spending his time otherwise. When the searching parties of the Kaiser spotted Benjamin of Wonneberg roaming the wilds. he decided to pay him a visit. No one plays the Ironlands for a fool. Second Moc: Departure Story: The formerly Iron Legion could occupy the Kingdom of Saelester, 'cause their former rulers fell to pestilence. The new gained territory shall now be cartographed and rebuilt. A dragonrider is sent by the Kaiser himself to gain information about the progress of his most faithfull members, which he has already sent out, to rebuild the land itself. Third Moc: Finkregh, the Undead Story: The undead dragon Finkregh, was once the ice dragon, that guarded the icy wilds of the Ironcrown Mountains. He was killed by a very brave warrior and his heart was never removed. One of the mages of the court searched this heart in order, to reinstall this mighty creature in the wilds and tame it to bring fear and agony upon their foes. Kind regards, Michael
  16. Thanks on replying on my moc. :D Yes, I have to admit, that the moc has some places, where it bends a bit, but not really worth mentioning it. I'll have to see to that, (I already got a plan, but before I tell anything about it, I have to try it out first) in order to get it fully transportable, because I want to bring it to an exhibition, so a lot of people can look at it. :D Well, I used 1 layer of plates on the top, then 1 layer of normal bricks and beneath that I used again 1 layer of plates, to get the stages stable. It's not a hard work at all, but the whole moc took a lot of parts already and I think it will consume a lot more from the current point of view. Kind regards, Scorch
  17. Excuse my double posting, but I made some progress since the last post and I thought I wanna share 'em with you here on EB. I'd be glad if you'd leave me a comment or so - I'd really like to know, how you like it. :) Kind regards, Scorch
  18. Hi guys! Long time no see, but here's a Moc of mine. (If it's accidently posted in the wrong section, it would be very kind of you, to move it into the right place, thank you. :) ) What's the matter? On the occasion of today's festivity, I decided to build a Moc for the game "Dead Space". For all those who do not know what's going on in this game: this is a survival horror game title, on a spaceship with lots of blood and horror moments - in short, matching Halloween. :) Now, what is to be represented? One (it is said, the Moc is far away from the story of the game) of the last surviving members on the spaceship streams lonely through one of the many "submarine" like hallways. Seen in the background, a shadow- maybe of a creature, or a lifeless object? I chose the perspective shown because, in the game itself, you always look the protagonist always looks over the right shoulder, always believing that he is being pursued by something, and the character only very hesitantly follows the desired turning movement to ensure his own security. (During the game several times you want to be able to move the camera as freely as you can see in the Moc. ^ ^) The game lives from the musical background, which I unfortunately could not capture in the picture, which is why I concentrated on using smoke, dim light conditions and shadow play at the end of the aisle to capture as much as "spooky" effect as possible. Oh, I've installed a led strip, my brother gave the smoke thanks to his use of his e-cigarette. ^^ The shadow is projected by flashlight ... JOA. :D For questions, criticism, suggestions - always and gladly! I hope you like my work. I have times a few pictures posted, since I have made countless shots. There are possibly a few similare among them - if interested, I ask you, to visit my Flickr page. Scorch's Flickr page Well, enjoy the pics and have a nice day! If you'd like to check out my Album on flickr, to see further pics of my Dead Space moc (got many shots of it with different colors of light and different smoke effects), here's the Link for you to my Flickr album: Dead Space - Halloween Album Kind regards, Scorch Dead Space - Happy Halloween 6 by Michael K., on Flickr IMG-20161031-WA0070 by Michael K., on Flickr IMG-20161031-WA0066 by Michael K., on Flickr
  19. Well folks, here is a little update. I already installed the groundfloor, nearly finished this one, except for tiling out this floor and putting some ornaments in it. The "roof" is full with lamps, hoses, etc. I hope you like it. :) Further more, I built the 1st and 2nd floor. These two aren't nearly finished at the moment. There will be a lot of details in my next update, I just hadn't the time and pieces to manage this. As you can see I already installed the Leds. I hope you like the way I have integrated them into the wall. I have to admit, that they aren't that good hidden, but if you turn on the lights on max, you won't see them anyway, because in hiding them more behind pieces, the light would be too much muffled. :) Well ... next step is finally the hull of the ship on the left and right. :) After that the "second" module, as I call it, is going to be built. It would be great if you leave me a comment, feedback, etc., you know how it goes. Enough talk, here are the pics. (Maybe you check out my flickr site, would be nice of you :) ) Kind regards, Scorch
  20. Hi everyone, little update: I have already ordered the big 8x16 tiles (holy cow, they are very, very expensive) and the required parts to hide the Led-stripes inside the hangarbay. So next week I finally might be able to make some progress on the project. :) @jackad7: Sure, I'm not really experienced myself I gotta admit, but I might try. ;) Well, the bay itself is about 84 studs wide and about 73 studs deep (from front to back). About the plattforms, I just used 1 layer of plates, built one layer of normal bricks inside and on top of that one layer of plates again. This is a really stable construction. Are there any other questions you got for your project? In case you also can send me a PM or something. :) Kind regards, Scorch
  21. Thanks to all of you for your nice feedback, makes me really confident on keeping up the work. :) @AgentKallus: Well, I already thought of ading some Pau'ans, but after watching the scene again and again I couldn't found one inside the huge ship itself. Therefore I'll wait with that decision. The head of the Inquisitor looks about too evil, too sith look-alike, for a normal Pau'an warrior, if you ask me. Maybe I'll find an alternative way for that. @Junior Shark: Actually I can make some close up's if you want me to and put them on my flickr site. @jhaelego: Yep, already owning the palpatine holo, which I really could use in that moc. Great idea. :) I already thought of buying a custom cody, but I haven't ordered one yet, but there will be one in this moc. Thanks for the tip with the internetsite, never heared of that one. :) Well my dear friends, I got one big question to all of you, who are interested in this topic: I considered to use inside the hangarbay tiles. A lot of tiles. Actually that much, that the each floor on every stage is completely covered up with them. My question is: Do you think I should keep it that way, without the tiles, or cover the inside floors all up with tiles? I would use the 8x16 tiles and some of the smaller one's in case. I'd really glad, if you would reply and helping me solving that huge problem. :D Kind regards, Scorch
  22. Well guys, here's the next update: @atlas: Yeah, I liked that scene too. :D Due to some problems about the statics and stuff I had to put everything down to the ground level. Before starting blabberin' too much stuff, see for yourself and please leave me a comment or some criticism and stuff. :D Kind regards, Scorch
  23. My dear friends of Lego! Many thanks for your feedback. I want to apologize that I let you wait so long got an answer on my part. Well, the curved outer shell had to be changed in the form, because unfortunately it was too soft on the one hand (the plates have begun to bend a little) on the other hand, it would have been to difficult to attach it to the "core" hangar itself. In short, therefore, the whole thing had to be straightened out somewhat, unfortunately. So, there is again a huge step forward. The hangar itself is now chest high (!) ('m 1.79m tall), actually very large. Solely I have worked a bit on the stability, because the outer shell still wobbles too much at the moment. But this should not cause that much of a trouble and should be solved soon. My next step, the completion of these gray walls on the outside to the left and right, and a way must also be found, that these stone walls close up with the shell plates. The same is going to happen for the hangar insides, but this step has to wait for a while, because today my stones stock has early left the service. Well, it is missing as you can see, only a handful of plates to complete the outer shell. Before I forget - I have found somewhere on the internet - I don't know where, found areally great build of a Crab-droid, but unfortunately, I don't know to whom the credit goes to, but if someone know's the original builder by seeing this moc, I could edit the builders name in here. - As already said, So I didn't invent it on my own, I just changed a few parts, that's all. The builder, if he should see this, can be honored, because he has created a wonderful droid. ;) Oh yes, my idea was to examine the inside of the hangar, so peculiar it may sound, lined with 6x10er plates in dark gray to sow about these plates then with any details (Greebles ??). My question to you: Is it worth it, or should I rather think about another solution on this? Well, in case I forget something, let me know and: I'm glad about every comment like mad, particularly on the improvement suggestions, criticism and things like that.. :) So, now the images. Kind Regards, Scorch PS: Here the link to my flickr album:
  24. About 50 or 60 battledroid minfigs for my Utapau project on the internet and some phase 1 clones. :)
  25. Hi guys! I am really into this huge Moc - I can't describe how awesome this looks, holy moly. But I wanted to get some things to know, eventhough I know that these questions had been asked a million times before: Can anyone, who has already built this monstrous thing, tell me, how much it would might cost, ordering all the required parts via bricklink, or is it too expensive? Because I'm considering to order this instruction. Thanks for your help. :) Kind regards, Scorch
