Every time I think I have acquired every LEGO sports related piece that exists (for my sports/outdoor/boating/camping/fishing/extreme sports/etc store MOC I want to build someday) LEGO comes out with more I need to track down :(

The existence of these would explain why Minifigures Series 7 was released in the UK already but wont be released in the rest of the world for a few weeks/month yet.

So can anyone tell from the picture what, other than the torsos and legs, are new to this special series? I can see blue boxing gloves and headgear, anyone see anything else that's new or recolored? Any new heads?

Nice MOC, really has that feel of an antique shop.

Speaking of rock pieces, I have a MOC that I plan to build eventually of a shop that sells camping gear, fishing gear, boating gear, adventure gear and anything else for the great outdoors and I plan to use rock pieces for some of the walls, covered with colored cheese so it looks like indoor rock climbing walls (which will fit with the adventure theme)

This looks like something one might see being built on a show like Grand Designs (if there was an American version) Great job, really good looking house.

Nice rendition of what looks like an amazing office building. Why cant developers in my city build cool looking buildings like that? :(

Anyone know of Australian RRP prices for Lord Of The Rings, Marvel Super Heroes or Monster Fighters? It sucks that the Marvel sets wont be on the shelf when the film opens later in the month :( I do wonder how much of this is TLG corporate making decisions about where to send product, how much is LEGO Australia deciding when to release stuff and how much is retailers deciding when they want new product...

If it follows previous years, the Town Hall will be a David Jones exclusive and will appear sometime later in the year (much closer to xmas)

Do we know when the Marvel sets are scheduled to hit? I suspect Target will not be putting them on the shelf before the end of the sale even if they do get stock in time :)

Thanks for the review, its making me even more likely to get this set. Just need to see the inventory on Bricklink (of this and the other Marvel sets) and the Aussie price tag before I commit to buying any Marvel stuff. That space invaders sticker is great, one of the best reasons to get this set (that and Hulk/Hawk-eye/Thor) If I buy this then all I need to figure out is where to get Iron Man... :)

I think it needs classic yellow heads.

Congrats on getting to 10k. I just hope the set (if/when its released) does this justice and has minifigs that provide proper homage to the source material. To my mind it won't be Shawn Of The Dead without the lead character wearing a shirt & tie and carrying a cricket bat.

Not going to happen because Sony has the movie rights to the Spider-Man universe, not Marvel Films.

Hopefully these reach the land down under soon, I need me some computer programmers and some bagpipers :)

The K-Mart I was at (Carousel) had a special tag which listed the price but didn't list that it was a discount. If I hadn't checked the tag underneath it and the Shop @ Home RRP, I wouldn't have realized that it was on discount. Oh yeah also, Toys R Us had the NinjaGo Wrecking Ball crane set in stock (I believe its a TRU exclusive)

Picked up the Tie Fighter from Target and the Recycle Truck from K-Mart (after realizing that its unlikely that either set will go below their current price any time soon and how good both sets are) Gotta stop buying so much stuff :P

I cant put my finger on it but for some reason seeing this MOC makes me think of "Lrrr, ruler of the planet Omicron Persei 8" from Futurama. Great MOC in any case.

I keep telling myself that I wont buy any more LEGO until Series 7 shows up but with so many sales and deals, its getting harder and harder to resist the urge to buy :(

Is the Space Marine helmet a different mold to that used for the white Astronaut, pink female Astronaut and Alien Conquest ADU figures?

All we need now is for Series 7 to show up at the same time as a nice sale and I will be happy :)

WOW, 25% off AND all the prices are at RRP (unlike MYER and their markup) Almost makes it worth buying a few things like the TIE Fighter or Olivia's House. If only I had more money :(
