  1. Great work. Good technique and especially good looks for a vehicle like this.
  2. I replied on this at Lowlug, but i love it Peer!
  3. Hehe.. no this is actually my only truck at the moment having PF functions. I wanted to take the challenge to build a PF driven moc keeping the realistic looks in place. I must admit i rarely drive it, and the fact that is is so low doesn't help that much either
  4. For me the chroming is just a hobby for my moc's. Bricks4all offers the stuff basically on stock items. What both he and me will not do is offer parts in chrome that are also availlable as genuine Lego parts. It is purely for the freak that wants to give his moc an extra touch. I agree with Dryw that the quality is really high. For me I don't care about the color, it just has to look real The strange thing is though that some parts that can technically really not be chromed (metallized), are still featured as truly chromed on some shops, and that feels more like some kind of paintjob then actual chrome.
  5. This Peterbilt is on show in The Netherlands on Sunday 03-10 in Utrecht at the Mack & Heavy Transportday. There will be a big display featuring more then 10 big scale trucks from me, and other builders like Dennis Bosman.
  6. Well thats a mature reaction. Good work solving that.
  7. Lol... Ralph.. that must have felt great being me for a minute
  8. Here is my latest MOC. It is Herbie the famous VW Beetle from the movies scaled 1:10 I have based this one mildly on the Exclusives Beetle set (10187) from Lego, but changed the design for most of the parts. The roofline, rear arches, engine, interior, all was changed, and made studless. Racing wheels were added, together with rollcage and racing seats.
  9. I tend to agree, technically it is much better then by looks. All in all a very decent moc though
  10. Welcome. Nice to see more Dutch comming here!
  11. Thnx Superkalle!
  12. Welkom fellow Dutchman!
  13. I just bought a big pile of white bricks in all kinds for my next project.
  14. There are actually two motors in the chassis. The sleeper houses the battery box, and remote sensor.
  15. Thanx all for the warm welcome!
  16. I saw it today in a shop here in town for 159,- Euro
  17. No, it is actually true metallised chrome. It is just like the real thing, also very scratch resistant.
