    Warlen nodded at Annie. "Sorry, Bernie, I gotta help Lee. I'll leave Annie to take care of you." Warlen tossed the nostrum into the wind, skilfully directing it to Lee's mouth.

    Ooc: Giving items takes a turn for the giver and the receiver. I'll wait until one of the baddies is defeated.

    "Yeah? Well, your words may be electric but I'm positively... Luminous!" Warlen plays his Unicorn (Luminous 5). He opens round 3 with his Simsalamamder (Firey 3).

    Warlen grinned at Victoria. "Hey there, pretty girl. You don't mind me calling you pretty do you? Normally I'm not such a flirt, but win or loose, I'm never seeing you again, so..." Warlen looked sheepish as he Played his will o' the wisp (Firey 1) card. "Never underestimate a girl, I say."

    Warlen grins at Bernold. "Has anyone ever told you you smell like a Krakens behind? Maybe I can blow away the smell!" Warlen casts a wind spell at Bonaparte Swordsman Bernold.

    "Drink your potions now, ladies," said Warlen mock-grimly, "because it's time to fight. Warlen strode over to the Ji-Pei.

    "I agree," said Warlen. "If there's on thing I hate, it's racisim." He muttered, Drinking a mead. "Can I borrow your opal to fight with? I can put it to good use for this fight." he remarked to Miderun. Ooc: Check your PM Sandy.

    Warlen muttered to Annie and Miderun to trust him, and stepped forward. "Oi! You lot! I don't bloody care if you hack each other to death, but I have one bloody question. If you don't wanna answer it, my friends the Knight and the Barbarian will be happy to do what they do best. So here's my question: Why did you blow up the bakery, Hooks?" Ooc: May not have internet till Monday at latest.

    "Hmmmmn..." murmered Warlen. "Join the Bonapartes, we keep our money, join the Ji-Pei, we keep our sense of right. Or, stay back and tell Blackgull he's a bakery-blowing up traitor."

    Warlen smiles at the man who loans him money. "Ma pango, Ma whero, Ka oti ai te mahi. Kiaora, e hoa." Warlen purchases a straight hand.

    Warlen looks around puzzledly, having memories of this place he had never seen before. After looking at the cards, he sighed, then went looking for someone to loan him 20g. Half-Elf mage looking for loan of 20 gold. Will pay back on next meeting.

    Pease don't make cards too expensive. And what about those that entered the event with 5g, they now can't play! All other points I agree with. Put a cap on cards and most problems will be solved, though.

    Any chance of a magic item stall in the marketplace? Containing Gems, Scrolls, Ether-Based artefacts, and other Ether-Useable items?

    "No, not that. The way you were talking!" Warlen put on a mock grumpy face. "Demand, shout, grump!" He returned to his normal expression. "I'm not a knight, or a scholar, or a sage. But even a bloody bastard Half-Elf mage knows that you're more likely to get results by talking."

    Warlen, making a last attempt to he civil, nods to the owners of the house, then walks out and stands there with his eyebrow raised. "What was that?"

    Warlen ignores the two others, and speaks to the Fogfarer. "Where did you two meet, and what is this sickness?"
