I so want there to be some kind of call back or reference between Batman and Scooby-Doo characters to their previous crossovers... -
Saw a Pyjammas Emmet in a carboot bag of minifigures but it cost £25!

Since I already posted about this twice on BZPower, I might as well also post it here. One of the many wacky foreign and non-canon combiners G1 of BIONICLE had was this often liked diddy that mixes together the blue, red and black Rahkshi into one staff wielding warrior. What you may not know is that there were apparently other models that came from the same Brickshelf gallery it came from that were not used in the (Western, at least) LEGO magazine it appeared in. These are more... out there, to say the least. And when asked if they should also be include in the alternate model database back in October, Volitak_Boxor said no because they weren't, to out knowledge, LEGO-sanctioned like the Japanese model was. Until now... While browsing on Google, I came across this old BZPower news archive page that shows the picture of one of the combiners and lists it as being one of four "Inspired by BIONICLE" creations available on BIONICLE.com's Builder's Section without instructions but rather a single image, and also that they weren't seen on the LEGO Club website. So I went through the Wayback Machine for the Builder's Section page around this date and did indeed find four "Inspiration Models" without images saved. And clicking for a close-up gave more information. "Inspirational Model #1" uses Turahk, Vorahk & Guurahk so it matches the magazine-published combiner and states "Tip: Use the Rahkshi shoulder parts to create the body of this imposing character.". "Inspirational Model #2" uses Panrahk, Kurahk & Lerahk so it matches the BZPower listed image's combiner and states "Tip: Use Rahkshi back parts to create the long arms. Remember that good balance is the most important part of this model!". "Inspirational Model #3" uses Onua Nuva, Pahrak-Kal, Pohatu Nuva & Nuhvok-Kal so it must be the duo combiner and states "Tip: Using Onua Nuva and Pahrak-Kal, you can create the silver version of this Ape-like creature. By combining Pohatu Nuva and Nuhvok-Kal, you can also create his golden-faced twin!". And "Inspirational Model #4" uses Tahu Nuva and Kohrak-Kal so it must be the remaining combiner and states "Tip: Combine the various limbs of both Tahu Nuva and Kohrak-Kal to create extra-long legs!". So in terms of obscure and goofy, but LEGO-sanctioned combiners, we can also now add these guys to the continually growing list.

I might make a chart listing connections between LEGO themes in this topic's multiverse fashion, perhaps stopping at areas like comics because of the sheer volume of crossovers that might not all be listed on the internet. To give you the idea, it'd be similar to this chart I'm currently improving that covers (mostly) Cartoon Network shows that are crossover-connected: Since the different universes share connected themes, it'd be listing all themes that are connected without having to separate them into the different universes. And I imagine with TLM's various connections, the video game-exclusive connections and everything referenced in the Minifig bios, it'd encompass an interesting range of themes that exist in some way in the LEGO multiverse; practically everything from BIONICLE to Mario.

Though we've seen him in Dimensions by now, where is the Ideas set we were promised? Are they holding it off until after Dimensions or something?

Does anyone know a fix around the "unable to retrieve store information. please try again later" bug?

I only first heard about it in description of the movie's commentary: http://filmschoolrejects.com/features/24-awesome-things-learned-lego-movie-commentary.php I've also heard in the commentary that Miller says the LEGO universe is real and Emett merely gets transported between the two, but I unfortunately don't get access to it simply because I got the DVD version Well, that's why I said I heard. I assume it might have been answered in the Ask Greg topic, but I haven't found that so far. I hope it wasn't answered somewhere like BZP's old fourms, which were purged some time ago. Of course, you could just ask him again. There's also references to themes like Architecture, CMF and Pirates in there.

Nevermind, it started up with a notice of updating the database and it works now. Thanks anyway! On the other side, when trying to run its created wanted list in BrickWizard, it comes up with a notice of abortion on account of being unable to collect certain pricing info. Maybe I made the Wanted List wrong?

I've heard the commentary states the universe is real, but feel free to check for me. That would also give the mentions of BIONICLE, Fabuland, Friends & Speed Racer more validity, especially since you also see a sign to Heartlake City, Speed Racer as a Master Builder and the heads of Fabuland characters on the wall of the bar: Of course, I have heard Greg said BIONICLE was in its own isolated universe and that they don't look like LEGO in-universe, but then again, he wouldn't comment on the canonicity either way when asked about the TLM thing There were also BIONICLE appearances in the Studios Backlot game, a LEGO Cinema ad where they watch a Glatorian Legends ad and the LEGO Club TV short Black Eyed Piece. Can we be sure Christopher Lloyd's BTTF Dimensions video was Doc Brown or Christopher Lloyd himself? And hey, don't forget the ending of Brick Like Me where it turns out the Simpsons universe is a LEGO Minifigure's LEGO set That potentially also being of Futurama, The Critic, Family Guy, Duckman, The Cleveland Show, American Dad, Rick & Morty, Life in Hell and Bob's Burgers, but I digress.

If the rumor's true then I'd assume it'd be the same or similar as the minifigure we're getting in the Ideas set, as that's been the case with many set figures so far. Oh man, it'd be so cool to have the Doctor in it, since that's what I've thought about The LEGO Movie 2 having. He must have a pretty big advantage when it comes to dimension-hopping though... It'd certainly be interesting to see if TLG intend to do anything with the Clutch Powers characters again; we might finally see a physical release of the main character minifigures. Wow, if they are intending to mix in the alternate incarnations of characters as well then this might be the best darn LEGO crossover ever, albeit harbored by the lack of Marvel, Star Wars, PIXAR, Disney, Nickelodeon, TMNT and Indiana Jones, but what we have and are likely to have is still great! Who's betting Speed Racer makes an appearance? How can you not see Bart, Homer and Krusty there? 6 & 7 may also look like Scooby and Shaggy! 12 also kind of looks like a Ghostbuster. Can anyone spot a Doctor-looking one? -

He was in The LEGO Movie. Be sure to tick off how many you got right after the box has been fully revealed! -

So is the Johnny Thunder one fake too? This is a good suggestion list! Will Mixels be slightly too big for this scale? Well if anything, that keeps consistency with some of these licenses' past LEGO TT games and makes the (assumingly still) completely LEGO TLM world unique and special. -

Pretty sure that's the Daily Planet. Does seem possible, so let's see! How is Jurassic World unlikely? LEGO has the license and one of Universal's other properties (BttF) made it in, plus if it means anything, you can see what might be a JW dinosaur LEGO figure on the bookshelf in the extended cut: (around 2:31) If I were to have two "solid" guesses, I'd go with that and Scooby Doo. Could the bottom third from the left and top second from the left be Bart and Homer respectively? Well Warner Bros. and its other licenses were already on board in a major way so why not include another negotiable license of theirs? Mix things up and surprise everyone with appearance that wasn't even a LEGO license initially in the first place! How'd ya figure? Can you prove that? Is it because Columbia Pictures may not be listed in the copyright on the website?
