Strange concept? But it's pretty much the same as Rock Raiders! Although Rock Raiders crashed on an alien planet and had to mine for crystals in order to power thei ship so they could get back to Earth, but I'm sure this one will be similar! Anyway, I certainly don't think it's lame. What's wrong with Steampunk? I thought everyone liked Steampunk? Besides, even if they were Steampunk, they'd still be great for parts, all those tubes and pipes and shiny parts... Ooh... Steampunk and Rock Raiders... Let's just stop speculating, iamded, lest we be disappointed by the actual product. We don't want to set our expectations too high. ~Peace

Whoa, what an awesome diorama! I particularly love the smoke from the cannon blast in this pic, and the use of life-lites for the burning house in this pic. A very cool action-packed scene indeed! I like the doctor's tent as well, that is also a nice touch, as well as the picture with the man and his dog, a little bit of joy. The blood in the river was again another great touch. I spent some quality time yesterday watching all the videos and trailers and behind the scenes things on the TFU website. Which makes me even more saddened that it won't be released on PC, as I don't own any consoles. I also think it's cool how they let you play as Vader in the beginning. That sounds like a lot of fun. And T.K., that sounds amazing. Truly amazing. I loved watching the video about how they got Euphoria, Havok and DMM to all work together, that was amazing. This game is just amazing. I think I'm addicted to something I haven't even tried yet... ~Peace

Please no. Catwoman was in my opinion the worst super-hero movie I have seen, and I don't need to see another. I think The Riddler would be much better for the next Bat movie. ~Peace

Another great chapter, Sandy! I love the contraption the Trolls have built to attack the Fortress, very cool indeed. And the fortress itself... wow! A very cool structure, big and imposing. Another great touch is Duplox's mask, I thought that was very neat. Well, I must say I'm looking forward to the next chapter, but I'll be sad when it's all finished. Still, let's hope it goes out with a bang! ~Peace

This is very cool, Duke. I really love the arches you've got on the completed wall, and the other ruined wall is also cool. The fireplace and Forestmen hiding out are a nice addition to give the building a little action. I may have to steal some of those arch designs from you for future MOCs. ~Peace

That's what I was thinking. If you count one of the skeletons as an accessory of the other skeleton, then the 8 minifigs would each get 2 accessories (with the 9th minifig being one of the accessories). Just a thought. ~Peace

Looking good so far. I'm not sure what else to think of it jsut yet, as there aren't any walls or anything, so there's not much to go on. I'm looking forward to what you're going to do with this, though. ~Peace

Omigod omigod omigod omigod Rock Raiders!! :laugh: You may tell that I am very excited about this new theme. It sounds very promising, and it kind of sorta maybe reminds me of Rock Raiders just a little bit... I love the sound of these rock-crystal monsters, I have to admit the Rock Raider's rock monster wasn't the best, with only 1 arm being articulated and nothing else. Still, it was cool. Just like all the Rock Raiders sets, and hopefully just like this new line. I've got this picture in my head of a sort of Rock Raiders / Ice Planet hybrid, which is actually kind of weird, especially colour wise. Anyway, this has to be the best news I've heard all year, and I may even choose this over Castle, once I've seen the sets. Oooh, I can't wait!! :grin: I'd say that's an accurate guess. ~Peace

Thanks The Cobra! That witch is very cool, I see they've utilised Claw-dette's head. The Dwarf's set is cool, but it got me thinking. The Calendar comes with 9 minifigs, and if each comes with a small addition, then what do we get for the other 6 days? Oooh, mystery... ~Peace

Wow, this is one great review! Fantastic pictures, this looks like one cool set with heaps of neat functions. A shame it doesn't include exclusive figures (like Ahsoka and Captain Rex in the AT-TE or Plo Koon and Asajj Ventress in the Gunship), but you can't have everything. Oh, goody goody goody! It's back! Hooray! I love your style of post-Apoc, it's perfect, and this MOC is particularly interesting. A church re-made into a prison is a very twisted yet clever idea. It's scary how easily a church can be converted so. The colours are as always great, and I love the fence with stray bits of barbed wire around. Also, I'm loving the gun out the window, awesome touch. As for the story, well, it didn't go as planned, but it did turn out interesting, with everything wrapped up (Wait... where's Ian?? ) and a new story arc ready to go, complete with it's new mysteries! I personally think you should give in to Lord Dragonator. I see the light now... :skull: BUt really, we could befriend him... then destroy him... So I think we should ignore the crazy guy and just go to Lord Dragonator. I also voted, for what to do in your spare time, to improve your leg. Sheckles is crazy, we don't need that baggage, and Lord Dragonator might not take our surrender/peace offering so well if we go around making weapons. So yeah, might as well get to walk easier. Awesome, I'm really stoked I.A is back and psyched for the next part! Again, great job! ~Peace

Well, if you really like the new brown, I would recommend the Battle Wheel. It comes with 56 2x6 plates in dark brown. Also, it's a giant rolling troll war machine of doom. Then again, the troll's attack tower is also very cool... hmm... It's gutting you still don't have the sets in store, my ones by now are gathering dust on the display table. ~Peace
