  1. This is great, I Scream Clone! A wonderful lair for the evil wizard, I can imagine him calling forth hordes of the undead from the lava. Completely illogical, but it would look cool. Anyway, it's a great creation, the SNOT lava is always a bonus, I know it can be difficult to integrate it with the landscape sometimes. The tower is of course magnificent, and the shack beside it with the stable/blacksmith is a great addition. Overall this is a fantastic creation! Will we be seeing more from you? ~Peace
  2. Hooray, another soldier in the Castle army! (Eh, I couldn't think of a better line...) Congrats on getting those sets though, they're two truly great ones. I'd like to see that ship of yours... ~Peace
  3. That's pretty cool. While I'd have to say Faramir's is more movie accurate, yours is more Lego-ey, which is nice. He seems awfully friendly, though I'm not sure that's a good thing... ~Peace
  4. This is... just... beautiful! My kind of creation. I love the half ramshackle, half professional look of it. Actually, it really doesn't look ramshackle at all, rather cleverly designed and reinforced. The weapon is awesome, I would not want one of them hurtling towards me. It's missing a banner or two though. I like your Orks too. I've recently redone all my Trolls (yes, I'm sticking with Trolls ) to add some variety, giving them different helmets and weapons. Those decals look great though, perfect for a non-official Orc faction. Kudos to Anthony Sava for making them, and to you for applying them so well. Do you have a link to where I can find these? Again, great job here, Inertia! ~Peace
  5. Admiral admiral admiral! Hahaha! Great one once again, Doctor S! Nearly half way there! ~Peace
  6. I recently got Aliens versus Predator 2 working, and have been having fuin slaughtering humans and aliens in both the Predator and Alien campaigns. I guess now I have to play as humans. Goody. ~Peace
  7. SirNadroj, you know a sig-fig isn't necessarily what your avatar is, right? Your sig-fig is just a minifig you use to represent yourself in the Lego Universe. And I know this is off-topic, but I have to congratulate you on winning the Spy contest at BrickArms! To stay on topic, I will be updating my sig-fig, just as soon as the Agents sets come in. I need a proper robot arm. ~Peace
  8. I'm pretty sure that Impulse, along with the catapult one, were cancelled. And I'm pretty sure it was already mentioned in this thread. ~Peace
  9. Oh, thank you so much! I was hoping this would happen. Thank you, ImperialShadows and the Admins! ~Peace
  10. Another great chapter, KDog! Doctor Kilroy's appearance made me laugh. Lookin' forward to the next chapter! ~Peace
  11. Could it be that it's really big (mini-fig scaled) and walks on 4 legs? Anyway, I don't normally like it when people make a topic to say they'll review a set soon, but I'll let you off since this is one of the few Mars Mission sets I really like, and I'm glad to know somebody has the set and will be reviewing it. ~Peace
  12. That doesn't sound right. There were no skellies in the '08 sets. Do you mean you saw some '07 sets still in store? Anyway, I'd like the skellies to return. I did like them, still have them on display, and was really looking forward to adding a couple of chariots to my army. Ah well, the Trolls are still kewl. ~Peace
  13. I wouldn't be so sure about that. I mean, the City Advent Calendar is cool, but who doesn't want this Castle one? ~Peace
  14. Hmm... a nice, attractive alien doing a sexy pose, or a Twi'lek. No, but really, I'd go for the Twi'lek. That monkey thing creeps me out... ~Peace EDIT: Hm, apparently I've already voted, though I don't remember doing so. Either there was a glitch, or I blanked out for a second there. I hope I didn't vote for the monkey-lizard...
  15. @Blocky - Yes, come to Rotorua! Then you can visit me! @Dragonator - Sounds like an interesting trip! Lemme know what you get up to. @The mods/Admins who think I'm going off topic - Er... Well, 7 days left. That's good, I was hoping for more time, and I got it! I haven't got anything done in bricks yet, but I do have a very sneaky plan that I drew up on a piece of paper. I've entitled it; "The Chef's Demise". ~Peace
  16. You won't be off 'till tomorrow. That's still a day away! There's still time! No, but still, I'll be looking forward to the review when you get back! ~Peace
  17. This is a very cool village, Sandy, the building are great, and it's awesome to see interiors as well. I love the diversity of figs too, the lack of racial stereotypes (i.e. Trolls being evil, Humans being good) is a bonus and makes things all the more interesting. The inn would have to be my favourite building. I think it's the roof, that dark brown looks great. The Dukes house looks formidably evil, I'm surprised no ones realised this yet... Great job, looking forward to seeing more from you. ~Peace
  18. Sweet review, metalandi! This set always looked a bit too busy for my liking, I guess I just didn't expect to see a set so tall. After seeing your review though, it is growing on me. I like all the play features, and at the very least it's a great parts pack. Two things I'm confused about though. In this pic, is that dragon being used as a swing set? And I don't get why the area where the witch casts her spells on the second floor is green. Green in Castle means grass (or Forestmen... ), and having grass on the second floor of a building is just weird. I understand that it's modular and thus it would make sense if it were placed on the ground, but dark grey would make just as much sense, and would look much better than the green there IMO. Anyway, I'm just fussy. Thanks again for the cool review, will we be seeing any more? ~Peace
  19. And hopefully a spell book too. I haven't got a single Lego book... Please, Castle Advent Calendar, give me a book! ~Peace
  20. Are we sure we're not allowed to put pics of it in the first post? Because it's on Brickset... ~Peace
  21. "Frostmourne hungers..." Ah, yes. I recently got Frozen Throne back and running, and have been having fun playing it the past week. You've got the hair, that's for sure, and the face is a nice one as well. The rest is good, I can't think of anything better right now. Do you plan on making a good Arthas as well? ~Peace
  22. "Hambibble." Another great addition, I wonder what Scouse will do next. ~Peace
  23. The latest movie I saw wasn't in cinemas. Well, actually, the latest movie I saw was Shrooms, as we tend to watch movies at our LANs. David picks the movies, and strangely, all the movies he picks are terrible, whether it be from a DVD he brings, or the channel he flicked to on TV. Anyway, the movie I was meaning was Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Fantastic movie, that one. I recommend it, though I guess it's an acquired taste. "We can't stop here. This is bat country!" ~Peace
  24. I have a new most memorable video game moment. And I haven't even played it yet. But I'll never forget discovering what could possibly be the best game ever for me. I was browsing through Wikipedia, and I just stumbled upon it. It's called Brütal Legend, and it's a combination of heavy metal and hack and slash gaming. I guess I'll be updating this again when I get my hands on it. "My new most memorable gaming moment: playing Brütal Legend... " [site] [wikipedia] ~Peace
  25. Because, iamded, the one coming out next year is not another expansion to Dawn of War, it's Dawn of War II, with a completely new graphics and features. Geeze, some people... Anyway, I'm really looking forward to it. I've got Soulstorm now, which me and my mates now LAN with instead of Dark Crusade. I have the say, the Dark Eldar may seen pretty lame, but their special relic-unit, the Dais of Destruction, has this terribly devastating move that sweeps the ground in front of it with a large beam of painful death. I'll warn you now, it can wipe out an entire army of Space Marines. Twice. ~Peace
