Pasta Message? What, are you too good for potato messages?

I think the person she revealed in public would more likely be a townie. See, she was already quite under suspicion at this point, and as a fail-safe in case she went down, she could have suggested the name of a townie she investigated as innocent, knowing we wouldn't take her word for it. The reason this wouldn't work for Eric though, is she contacted Shaun privately about the matter before-hand, before she was really under suspicion, so no need to mislead us, only to cover for her peers. I sure hope that made sense and I'm not mishearing facts. Poor choice of words, compadre...

Seriously? Are your ears painted on? Take a look at these handy transcripts I was kind enough to write down, here, here and here. Obviously you can only get hard proof if you're an investigator, otherwise you just have to take people's word for what it is, and see what happens.
-
Man, JB sure has a way with words. Must all the Kung Pho zen stuff. He's got me pretty convinced. I can't shake the feeling that this c-c-c-cop is a townie though, mainly because I never get winning streaks of two baddies in a row. But Jimmy's sorted through our information and come up with a logical accusation, so why not go with it, for the time being? And, Mr King, if you are damned, try to go out with a bigger bang than Carrie. V-v-v-vote: Erik King/kingofthezempk.

Yeah, you ain't so bad, fer a cop. Cheers! His m-m-m-misery? Our ours? Seriously though, I'm starting to wonder if this stuttering is an attribute given to his character by the powers that be, or if it's his own fault for choosing to not do anything about it.
-
Clever. Well, I'm starting to think the stutter may be sort of a cover. Like, in the end, when the town's defeated, and the big mafia boss turns out to be the harmless stuttering cop, you know? It just, the stutter makes you seem less of a threat or whatever, so maybe you're using it to your advantage. I dunno, I can't think straight without a drink. Erwin my man, a drink, please!
-
That would be my guess. I mean, there are how many people in this town? There's bound to be a townie with the ability to kill out there somewhere.
-
I like that you're thinkin' outside the box, but like the doctor said, the guy was complaining about his failure at killing - because apparently he can't tell a living human from a dummy. Good thing the mafia's hiring the stupid ones. Seriously? Doc, come on man... That was fast. Vote:The doctor, for failing to cure the stutter! Oh, I'm just foolin' around, you know that. (Unvote:The doctor, just in case it needs to be clarified. )

Oh yeah, and, good thing no-one (important) turned up dead. Good job on stayin' alive, folks.

Wow, that Carrie sure can bleed. So it seems this mister Ronzini chump can recruit and kill. But can he do both in the same night? I hope not. Now, figure A tried to kill figure B, but failed. So, figure A can kill. Figure A can also protect, as (s)he protected figure C after the failed killing. Figure C instantly assumed figure A was there to kill them, so perhaps figure C knows figure A can kill? Now, figure C was following figure D, who turns out to be another mafioso out looking for employees. Now, the other guy with the briefcase - our Mr Ronzini - must have already used his night action showing Carrie who's boss, so I'm assuming this second briefcase guy is the boss of the other family. And he's recruited figure C. Now, figure A - the killer/protector - must have seen figure D, the non-Ronzini big-shot recruiting figure C. So I propose figure A (killer/protector) and figure D (non-Ronzini kingpin) are in the same family, and worked together to make sure figure C stayed alive to be recruited. So, who's would the mafia have wanted that badly, eh? (I would guess the Professor, if he hadn't cleared himself. )

Makes sense to me! Excellent, this will keep the days running more efficiently. Good job, Zepher. ~Peace

Oh thank God. That'll make listening to him a whole lot easier. *raises mug* To the doctor, and his stutter-curing talents! Cheers!
-
Eh, what? Hold yer horses. You're the big shot Mr Mayor! Why don't you shout the town a round in celebration of our first conviction? Hear hear, good on you Mr Mayor! Hear that Erwin, the Mayor's buyin'!
-
Oh, hey, she's innocent! Unvote: Nah, I'm just playin'. Christ, how long do we have left in this day? What's the time, anyone? Time for a drink? I think so...
-
 What can I say? Shaun's word is pretty damn convincing. Vote: Carrie Price / CallMePie
-
A solid lead! Now that's what I'm talkin' about! Looks we gotta wait for Carrie to give a weak defence, then when we can vote, we all vote her out. And if she turns out she's innocent, we vote our teacher friend out. Sound like a plan?
-
Touché, sir. Excuse me if I sounded like a smart-megablocks. I've just been so used to using PM's in Mafia games. ~Peace

It was him. He said he has an axe himself! He's guilty! Yeah, yeah, I'm just kiddin' around. But it sure would be helpful if the murder weapon did help lead to the killer... Man Chief, your theories are making my head hurt. Surely there can't be another group amongst all thi. But... thinking back to other situations like this, books I've read, it's possible there may be a neutral killer out there. I dunno, this is all very confusing. I still don't understand how we don't know who the guy that was bodyslammed through a table was...
-
We've been allowed in all other Mafia games, I didn't read anywhere we're not allowed. But I suppose it should have been clarified anyway, for the people new to Mafias.
-
Eh, what? What a confusing load of events last night... He must have. He did say, "Hello. I'm not shocked to see you, actually. I always said that-" after all. Unless it was the mysterious figure who said that, but then why would he cut himself off. And if you attack a guy with a flag, pick him up and place him on your desk, then perform a bodyslam smashing him through your desk, you MUST have got a good look at him. And another question, this guy comes in to your office and starts shootin' at ya, then you turn the tables on him, why not kill 'im? You clearly had the opportunity. I just don't get...

Nah, we'd be worse off than when we started. The way I'm beginning to see it, if we keep up the pace of not votin' anyone off, then the Mafia gets one of us on their side. Which means we still lose a person, and they gain one. Now accidentally votin' off a townie will only make things worse by further thinning our numbers, but if we happen to vote of a Mafia guy then though we may lose someone in the night via conversion, they won't be gaining another member, only replacing one. Which still means they could whittle us down... not to mention there's two families, and we can only vote off one person a day, so either way one of the families gains a member. Okay, well maybe the families can't recruit every night. That seems more fair.
-
Unlikely, Mafia members would know who else is in their group, and wouldn't attack them. And if attacking one of their own only resulted in it failing, then why would they even try? Not makin' much sense to me.
