  2. Looks great! I purchased the instructions so look forward to building it in the future, thanks!
  3. OOC: Yes I was curious about this when the NPC died, in the rules under defeat it says a person goes unstable when their vitality hits zero but in these cases that is not happening. Should they maybe be stunned for a round or something vice unstable since both characters still had vitality? In reply to letting people stay tethered while a good point I just feel Zaria can do too much damage under enemy control even if it is just a turn.
  4. Kirwin moves to E3 and stabilizes Zaria
  5. OOC: Well we know that hydra is scared of fire, the point even if I don't kill the tendril I should be able to spray fire very close to the tendril section near Zaria so it loses the hold on her body.
  6. OOC:If I can free her before her turn I don't have to worry about her one shotting me and she is right next to me so I prob see the vine in her head.
  7. Kirwin uses flamethrower on the root attached to Zaria.
  8. I honestly have not been following the newest couple of missions but I did read a lot of earlier missions and have participated in a LOT of combat in the 2 missions my character has been on. My question is how valuable is the break up of combat distance in regards to wep/skills. At the start of the new game I contemplated taking artillery because my goal was to build a character that mostly performed support functions in combat. I chose long range instead because it seemed like most combat grids would make it challenging to always be 4 squares away. Now my experience has been that every battle enemies will close into melee range and I almost always have to focus on them or I'll be taken down after a couple rounds. I've been lucky in the current mission that the late game mobs are scared of fire. I guess my point is I wonder if weps/skills can't be simplified to just melee and ranged (ranged being up to 3 or 4 squares away max). This would mainly help characters to not have to worry about having to put skill points into multiple skill distances (unless that is a goal of the system that I'm unaware of) or have everyone slowly slide into only focusing on melee/short range weps anyway. What has been others experience in this regard so far? Thanks for reading!

  13. Kiriwn replies "We were defending ourselves. You decided to take over the ship and attempt to take over the lives on board"
  14. Kirwin looks at the hydra and says "Unfortunately your choices have been violent and forced death upon the members of the ship. Violence may be ok and necessary or fun in certain situation but since you directed it towards these other beings without their input is bad. Very bad! Bad hydra!" Kirwin whispers to Merei after looking at Zaria "I don't think Zaria has any peaceful solutions in mind for this impasse"
  15. Kirwin whispers "I wonder if this hydra tastes good cooked?"
  16. OOC: I drank a plasma potion above, thanks!

  18. Kirwin says "If you are checking containers, each shipment headed directly to Hart has a unique shipment code, 327, preceding the rest of the shipment information. These codes should be available on the crates in the main cargo bay."
