Kirwin feels physically refreshed. "Thanks for the healing!" "Ok, it seems we are heading into battle in the cargo areas. Does anyone need to trade items so this next fight can be a bit safer? Normally in media we would have some silly boss battle music around this time." Kirwin's eyes open wider. They push a few buttons and the drone starts playing music. OOC: Trade potions if you need it. I have 2 plasma potions but would like to keep at least one. Also some additional weps but they are just normal ones.

The shift from creativity to consumer fan base?

I think there is plenty of room for both types of Lego fans. I'm not artistically creative so I enjoy building from instructions even if it is a set of MOC instructions I've purchased. Maybe one reason a shift may have been felt from the OPs time is that back in the 90s early 2000s a majority of MOCs could easily look like a purchasable set or even better then it. Today, Lego has done a good job of making top tier models of SW stuff that few creators can beat without adding a ton more bricks. -

It does not really matter if people that are popular throw together a "crappy" set and it gets 10k votes. The selection committee is just gonna yeet it. It does not feel like any of the Ideas sets the last few years have been "peg warmers". I feel like the stadiums are less popular then idea sets but I have zero evidence if that is actually the case.

I usually dust my sets 2 or 3 times a year. Just a normal paint brush is going to get 99% dry dust/skin particles off your set. Use a couple different brush sizes for stuff like modulars that have a lot of detail.
