  1. This was fun to read about LEGO early days in Scandinavia. You may have found the answer to If we in Norway have X and Q. We have, but they are rarely in use. More use today than back then. Do you know how long the windows and doors from 1955-56 was in use. I have a few of those from my childhood, but I was born in 68. They are a bit different. There are "fingers" that goes between the studs in the bottom. They could be from my father but I do not know if he had any LEGO. May be he was to old when it came.
  2. Good to hear, I was worrid that the attept had failed But it is summer and may be other things on the mind
  3. I plan to make a small layout with 2 trains or have one with space Theme and one with city theme.Thats the reason for more parts for train. But have not desided yet.
  4. Thanks, It is the 6990 Futuron monorail i have bougth. I think about getting one aditional motor and train parts and a few more tracks.
  5. What are the difference with the short and long couplings on the monorail motor? I do not have any of the parts yet but have recently looked into to get some parts for the monorail. I also got my hands on a Space monorail at e-bay but have not receved it yet.. But when i check Bricklink there is to different types of motors. one with short Coupling and one with long Couplings.
  6. I had problems with Lego e-mails when i sendt it to my work e-mail. I forwarding it from my home to check the delivery of the order. I found out that this was the format of the e-mail. I do not remember now but it was ether removed or ended up in the spam filter. I think the first.
  7. Hi, you can only get what is avaliable in sets from ether Lego Pick a brick or Bricklink. Lego only sells what is in production now but Bricklink is a community of different Lego shops. This is people that has Lego as hobby that sell parts. Here can you find what ever that has been produced from Lego from day one if lucky. But there is people that make custom parts that may do what you want. Since im not into custom parts, so i do not know if someone does this.
  8. A good advice is to have bigger pictures, even when it get bigger when you click on them. Not all clicks on links and pictures. Looks interesting.
  9. Just an hour ago, it went down for me as well. Im just got into it yesterday
  10. Thanks' for comments. I was aiming for something that could fit into the Classic Space.and my big spaceship.
  11. At the same time I cleaned up my Pre dark-age ship this year, I also build a base and a small fighter ship. The base was not planned as base for the fighter but on the local LUG event it ended up together. Edit: This was my first real builds in years, beside just build the set model. I saw that there was lot of new parts. Its OK to comment on what you like /not like about them. DS Space base one (Full name: Dunstar space base one ) The full setup without ships. Front view Life on the base' Setup at the LUG event The fighter ship was something I got inspired to build a bigger version of a 16x16 model we was required to bring with us to the LUG event. Name: DS NCS01 Fighter (full name Dunstar NeoClassic Space 01 Fighter) Her is the 16x16 model that inspired it. I planned to just make a big version of it, but when started to build it took of in a different direction. More pictures of the base https://www.flickr.c...57644715352489/
  12. I just recently started to look into those RPG building games here at EB, when this thread appear. Im feel not at home in GoH since I build for the moment only Classic Space. In Star Wars, it is tempting but have not build any Star Wars themed and do not have to much Star Wars Lego. If this idea get rolling, I think I going to join it.
  13. Good job to restore those ships from the Classic Space period. I had both 918 and 928 in my childhood. Unfortonally now part of a big spaceship. Eary this year I had my own restoration of 928, Built for a local LUG event and I bought a 918 from bricklink.
  14. Great review. I picked up this set this weekend. I was young in the beginning of Classic space time. It is almost the same size as my old MOC spaceship.
  15. Wow ! it is amazing build. After seeing this ship in the first star wars movie I fell in love with the arrow shape of this ship.

    Wall-E

That was a nice Wall-E Lego.robot. I as many other here liked the movie also
  17. My latest Star Wars Lego shopping was the 10221 Super star Destroyer at discount at Lego online in May 4th campain and from E-bay 7190 Millenium Falcon. It missed 3 parts but I was first thinking using it as parts but i may build it ones first.
  18. That was cool to look at, but the only thing I was thinking while watching. How many parts get broken in the process. Today I had never done that. But as a kid, some MOCs ended in the wall while playing and resulted in broken parts. I do not have the set.
  19. Not soon after I came back from the local Lug event I changed the jet engines. It bugged me after the ship got its CS update, but I did not have the right parts at the time. But since I like to have them there I kept it. Here is the only picture of the change.
  20. Emilstorm: I think the shape comes from the first Star wars movie (SW4) and the Star Destroyers. I remember that it was changed a few times and it got bigger and bigger. Turbo1013: It had only one floor at the time. The top wings came since the bay is bigger than the second floor and the wings helps to cove it. You may see this from the new pictures
  21. It looked a bit strange at first, but after all it it ended up to look cool. I think i saw a earlier version of it without the wings. I imaged that it could stretch out when flying.
  22. BIG spaceships

  23. I think I got it to work but it is not ideal solution. I turned the personal security in IE 11 to off. Slider to the bottom. But I going to turn it back to find where it fails.
  24. This is my first MOC posting so if all not work first time, I will try to correct it. It's time to post one of my MOC spaceships. This one is one I have had standing in storage since pre dark age. But recently got a clean-up to look more like Classic Space Some Norwegian visitors may recognise it. Name: Dunstar Explorer Registration nr: LL918. I know this ithe same as the CS One man spaceship. That where I got it. Length: Half a meter This picture is from the first showing on a local LUG event. Edited: As requested, I have changed the original picture to some bigger ones. I have also added 2 new ones. For more picture visit https://flic.kr/s/aHsjXqc2XM Here can you also see what it looked like before the Classic space update.
  25. I trying to make my first MOC thread in Sci-Fi but when I try to paste the link from a picture at Flickr, following the guide from "How to upload from Flickr to EB. Actuary all copy paste into EB seems not showing up. If I paste into notepad all shows up as normal. Mrfuture
