  1. Yeah, now that people mention it, I am pretty envious... almost like Makuta. Anyone have a Mask of Ultimate Power I could use to get to 2015 more quickly than this hype train? Ooh, now there is a good idea. I think I'll just carve the Mask of Creation for my pumpkin, if you don't mind. Sorry that I'm going to steal your idea... Had a little too much caffeine this morning, Aanchir? ;-)
  2. I really like the function of the masks, but I really wish they stayed on easier. After watching TTV's video review of Tahu, my expectations are a tiny bit lower now. Sigh...
  3. Nope, it's just going to make the sequel be pushed back, meaning that it will just come later. Anyway, I am very excited!
  4. But they never had stickers, either... :P
  5. Wow, Front! Fancy seeing you here. Are you sure those were prototypes? I thought for sure that the masks at NYCC and LEGO Store event were the real deal... anyway, if this is true, I am glad! Oh no.
  6. Yup! I came into contact with Huw through email a while ago, and he made me one due to my position as founder of the Mixels Wiki.
  7. I've got a few questions for you, Aanchir! Mostly involving your hands-on time with the sets. 1.) Is there any way to make the new gear system "lock" to pose the Masters more easily? I would assume that you could also just take the gearbox off and snap the arms onto the CCBS torso, but I want to know if this method works for sure. 2.) Do the masks wobble on the new head with the clip/hinge attachment, or are they pretty firm on there? I hope you take the time to answer these.
  8. The Fire Protector looks so short and cute next to Tahu. I love that dwarf villager characters are back! I sometimes wish we had little robotic citizens in Hero Factory.
  9. All of the new set functions are just spectacular.
  10. YES!! A Flash animated series. I totally called it! And, if it's a miniseries, I guess LEGO just loves making Flash-animated short series now (including this and Mixels). I'll reserve my judgement on the story until the panel. And that transparent Hau is sick. Cannot WAIT for more!
  11. I want somebody to convert that to a GIF, if possible. And according to BS01, NYCC is literally beginning now, and their countdown clock is starting over again. The hype train has pulled up to New York City, and all of its passengers are now unboarding at the Jacob Javits Center. We have arrived at our destination... Be sure to follow BZP and TTV's live tweets! I sure will.
  12. New York Comic Con started fifteen minutes ago (I live in the same time zone). Let the news start pouring in! EDIT: Nevermind, it JUST started. Oh, they have been around. Particularly in the Exo Suit.
  13. Oh boy. Ohhhhhhh boy! Tomorrow cannot come soon enough. That display looks awesome, and so does the Earth Protector. Bring it on, NYCC 2014!
  14. Alright, I really like Onua now. And that first Tahu pose looks pretty great.
  15. No, but 2015 certainly could make me bankrupt.
  16. BIONICLE will sure be taking over the showfloor, but I would not be surprised (nor upset) if space was dedicated to some other sets coming out next year. If not, we will definitely see some sets closer to Toy Fair in February.
  17. This shouldn't come as much of a surprise, but somebody posted this in another topic, and I think it is more appropriate here! "Tomorrow, tomorrow, I love ya, tomorrow. You're always a day away..."
  18. Nice work. Good luck, bacem; can't wait to judge you!
  19. Although I don't have much familiarity with Doctor Who, I can say that this is an excellent model!
  20. I wonder what the Parrot means for the Birds Project on Ideas. I doubt any rejection, but if that passes, we can have some sort of expectations for what they will look like based on the Parrot.
  21. No Stringer and Nex minifigure tributes sadden me...
  22. Pardon me, I was thinking of their built in Thornax launchers. To be honest, I don't think the Great Beings knew what would be caused by their actions. It's like God and his creations. He's made everything we have in life, but we can't blame him for terrorism, war and such. Things just happen.
  23. Either that, or LEGO thought that the only way kids would feel attached to a story theme was to make it as complicated, far-fetched, and stretched-out as possible. It worked, obviously. But in the long run, poor sales eventually came, and here we are now, with a new saga where LEGO has potentially learned from its mistakes. Skopio?
  24. I want it. I want it all. Those and the Frozen set. Nobody can stop me...
