  1. I have an update. This is an update of my big Aquashark. I was not happy with some of the shaping of my original MOC. I have used less curved slopes and more regular slopes to give a more retro feel. My Aquanauts submarine had a huge makeover. This submarine is meant to transfer cargo from base to base. I gave the name Neptune I, because of the set Neptune III. Hydronauts have a small submarine to transport containment cells to the base. It has seatings for two. One to pilot the submarine and one to look at the scanners and to operate the harpoon. All pictures are in my Flickr album. Sorry for the late response. A new house, a study and work takes a lot of time and caused for less activity on this forum (and less building time). Feedback is always appreciated.
  2. Thanks for sharing. I hope when I've finished my study, that I'll have more time to build. This is one of the theme's that I want to make MOCs of.
  3. Great use of the new mudguards. I love your version of the Scorpion Tracker.
  4. That is a good looking ride!
  5. Great use of the large printed Harry Potter Brick.
  6. Nice! Great job on making the soap box recognizable as the Bi-Wing Baron.
  7. Thank you for the kind words! Sorry for the late response. I was busy the past few months. Today a small update. I had this build just before Lego World last year, but was not able to take a picture of it. I wanted to build a scooter for this subtheme and this is the result. I thought it was nice to use a green mudguard in the front and two Trans Neon Green Chainsaws.
  8. Thank you. I hope to give you small updates very soon.
  9. Hi everyone, I should have opened a topic prior to the event. Lego World was in Utrecht in the Netherlands from 24 till 30 of October. Many builds were shown in the Fan Zone. There were 90 exhibitors at the event. I took some pictures of the Fan Zone. You can find the pictures in my Flickr album. Sander
  10. Lego World has begun. It was not so crowded, so I was able to take some pictures. Here a picture of the big rock that I've been working on. More pictures of the event, you can look into my Flickr album.
  11. A larger update: I've build my own version of the Hydro Search Sub. It has a detachable sub and storage for containers. I've build some rocks to position the Hydro Search Sub better. For more pictures, please look into my Flickr album.
  12. Thank you all for the kind words. I'm affraid that the big rock I was working on, is too big to photograph in my current setup. I think I will get some decent pictures on Lego World (later this month). But I do have a small update. A small rock with the Recon Ray.
  13. Nice! I see that you used the same style for the tree as in the Dino Island series.
  14. @The Reader No, except the one you see. A new module is finished. This is the fourth module combined with the second module. On one side the Aquadrill is drilling in the rock. On the other side you can see the elevated platform where Aquashark scouts can be parked. I hope to finish the other module this month. Feedback is appreciated.
  15. Update? My new rock will be finished within the month. The next two modules are finished. And the other module:
  16. An update! More will follow! See my Flickr album for more pictures.
  17. Interesting shape of the boat! Thanks for sharing.
  18. Thanks! My two latest builds: The Sea Crawler I wanted to do something with the yellow wheels. The cockpit can turn and the wheel can be adjusted in hight and angle. The other build is the Solo Sub The original set has less shape and fewer pieces. I wanted to add more shape and the grey color. Grey is used in the larger submarines of the Hydronauts. The fins follow the shape of the cockpit piece. For more pictures please look into my Flickr album. Let me know what you think of the builds! Feedback is always appreciated.
  19. Another update: I was busy with my own version of the Crystal Scavenger of the Aquaraiders. I tried to capture the shape with other elements and wanted to use the octagonal pieces as much as I can. Unfortunately I had to leave out the drill and saw elements of the set. There are other pictures of this build in my Flickr album.
  20. Another update: I want to show some small submarines of the Aquanauts. It is my version of the Sea Sprint 9. It was quite the challenge to build a small cockpit that has small/no gaps. My first approach to the Sea Sprint was this: But that turned out differently and now I call them the Sea Hoppers. For more pictures please look into my Flickr album.
  21. Nice addition of a great theme!
  22. Nice scene! Like Feuer Zug I really like the archways.
  23. Great build! I really like the Medieval Market Village feel of it. Nice interior.
  24. I see now that I have never shared my contribution to Lego World NL last year. I took part of a Castle collaboration. A small town with a wall was built. The colors of the wall were inspired by the Knight's Castle set of 1984. I believe I named this build: Valkenburg. For more pictures please look into my Flickr album.
  25. There is an update! The Aqua Drill of the Aquaraiders. I'm planning for a larger rock to separate the Aquanauts and Aquasharks from the Stingrays and Hydronauts. Aquaraiders will be present in both 'worlds'. There is more on the way. For now this is my latest build.
