Some people mentioned that the Hero Factory movie Universal was making is going to be transformed into a Bionicle movie. Don't know how they would pull it off, though.

I thought I could see an Akaku, but considering the colors (white and gold) then it's likely supposed to be Takanuva.

Another updated evidence list. Looks like these images are real, guys! This could be all the evidence we have unless some new astonishing occurrence takes place. Real -Came from a reliable source. We usually receive information like this from the same person, and the info turns out true. -Came from a multitude of sources. -Original source could potentially lose job for leaking -Images surfaced around the time of the "leak season" -Images appear to be similar to previous set stands -Asger Johansen mentioning a new 2015 theme on his LinkedIn page -Lego attempting to take down sources of the images (namely Flickr and Tumblr) -Lego removing the popular forum discussion regarding Bionicle not returning -Greg Farshtey's post regarding new 2015 themes -Sets contain standard HF parts as well as nonexistent parts -Tremendous effort put into designing the packaging, posing, and set design Fake -Images surfaced out of nowhere -Not very difficult to fabricate -No confidential watermark The plot just won't stop thickening!

The theme was cancelled at a high point. That way, if Lego were to ever bring it back, then retailers would remember the theme selling very well and want to have it sold in their stores. Very intelligent marketing decision on Lego's part.

It would be interesting to see two different constraction themes run side by side, both focusing on a different demographic. Maybe Lego will run the new theme (presumably Bionicle) alongside with Hero Factory and see how they do, and if their sales don't cannibalize maybe they could keep both running together at the same time. Only will tell.

Just a piece of info regarding their story direction for the reboot of Bionicle- The story could very well be intended for a slightly older audience. Since the older children/teenagers will be interested in the theme, then the younger children will want to be a part of it. This means that instead of going the more childish approach that Hero Factory had, the new Bionicle could be more similar to the original in terms of maturity. However, it won't work the other way around. Heard this from Farshtey himself.

Considering all of the facts and evidence supporting the pictures, there is a very likely chance this is real. If it isn't, then whoever had managed to create over 7 convincing mocs, give them realistic poses, photograph them at good angles, and photoshop them all into one big set stand, then gosh, that guy has a lot of time on his hands. Probably just the vine detailing which is present on all the sets. I'm having a fun time reading all of the comments on BZP and such saying that they won't purchase LEGO products anymore until Bionicle returns. Some people took it a little too far

Yeah, it could very well be a prototype or a finished version looking distorted due to the colorless and distorted image. We just need to wait for more images to surface to be sure. I just thought I saw a Piraka skull, because when I see the white spot I think of large teeth.

These are likely to be VERY early prototypes of the sets and stand. The sets on the stand are probably unfinished. These are likely prototypes or older sets as placeholders. In fact, this could very well just be a CONCEPT, and the new sets haven't even been fully designed yet. But when I look at the same set you do, I don't see '08 Takanuva, but I see a Piraka-esque set.

This is absolutely crazy! One day we're skeptical, while the next we firmly believe Bionicle is back. We've learned lots of things within a span of just 3 days.

I completely agree. Hate 'em. Just making it because, well, why not? Also, I searched the site. No traces of the post. Looked every I could, but I don't think I'm missing anything. Looks like the thread is gone!

I really wouldn't mind too much what they did for the story, but I'd prefer a reboot. Seems like the story is a bit too convoluted for its own good, but a continuation COULD be possible if it was executed well. For a reboot, I'd like an almost completely new story but in the same universe. Maybe a few returning characters, and no doubt the mask collecting aspect. I love collectables. Possibly in the future? and Kalhiki, I thought the stars were decent because we got some refined versions of older pieces (some worse than others.... I'm looking at you, heat vision Rahkshi.....). I was very pleased when the Takanuva set had the actual Mask of Light because I wasn't able to get the Ussanui in 2003.

We all know that you would, Meso. You've been waiting for this moment for who knows how long and FINALLY you have some actual Bionicle news. Nobody knows yet. It could be either a winter or summer wave, but we haven't received any info regarding release dates.

You know what would be kind of funny and irritating? The whole thing is a hoax created by Lego.

Exxtrooper's post of the photo on Flickr (that got changed due to TLG) has pieces of information regarding the group of MOCists "recruited" by Lego to send some of their creations in. "You'd be surprised; Aanchir is actually close to correct. Djokson, VBBN, and myself were contacted (via VBBN) by someone from TLG asking for samples of our MOCs... but apparently we weren't good enough or something, and we never heard back." -[ Chro ] AKA Ben "Guys, (Chro) isn't a Lego designer, don't be silly. The people at fault for the leak are members of our Skype group, so everyone in it knows everything, and we aren't allowed to say it all. Though (Chro) is being overly cryptic; it is definitely real. Also, multiple sources didn't get it at the same time; it all came from one person, and it spread fast.
