  1. Very nice indeed! Cute building!
  2. Well, that is just astounding! Very, very nice work!
  3. So now you can post your builts ;) enjoy it here at EB!
  4. Both of them are really nice, but I like the ice cream van best. Thanks for the exploded view!
  5. you'd better include it as an image (using the "insert image" tool from the toolbar).
  6. Welcome mysteriouspi, hope you will enjoy your stay :)
  7. Still a bit prototype like but well, it works and that is most important in this case!!
  8. Very expensive, but with nice parts. Nice review!
  9. Really, really nice!!!
  10. We definitely need a new small PF motor like the old 9V 2x2 red motor.
  11. Really, really nice work!!! Looks almost exactly like the real one! Beautiful job!
  12. Welcome at EB. Are you also member of other LUGs already? B.t.w. what about your nickname?!
  13. Sorry the Rip, but this forum is meant for AFOLs and some TFOLs also enjoy their stay here very much. But... so you would need to wait for some years till you are old enough to join the club I guess. You could avoid that by behaving very mature of course, but you almost literally say you are too young and your question isn't going to help you either posting "all our MOCs" etc. you'd better check brickshelf.com: a lot of trains and ideas there! Johan
  14. Of course they matter! E.g. when preparing for an exhibit, we use certain minifigs for certain situations (like the baker chasing a boy with his rolling pin raised 'cause the boy stole a bun). Then the baker should look angry and the boy scared of course ;)
  15. About the portholes: They will be tricky (though I have gray and red as spot colors so I can print them on transparent), but indeed that is the intention. I think it will be best to make two different sheets: one on transparent with such an items and one on white with the more conventional stickers.
  16. Probably you guys in here already know that, but I'm not a history guy so: http://translate.google.nl/translate?hl=nl&sl=auto&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Ftweakers.net%2Fnieuws%2F81900%2Fwarner-bros-punt-komt-met-lord-of-the-rings-lego-game.html Came from a reliable Dutch geek site.
  17. We are going to reproduce them but it takes time. These patters will also be included!
  18. Dutch pricing: 6865 14,99€ = 19.55 6866 29,99€ = 39.10 6867 29,99€ = 39.10 6868 69,99€ = 91,26 6869 89,99€ = 117,33 So it seems US is just much cheaper. Even Europe, the birth ground of LEGO, is not that cheap.
  19. Would this help?! http://snively.blogspot.com/2009/04/lego-minifig-dimensions.html
  20. Well you could look it up of course... e.g. at brickfactory.info, peeron, etc
  21. But in schools they mostly also have one outgoing IP (using NAT) so it will be impossible to tie such a things to a single IP. Hurray for IPv6 but it isn't so far yet.
  22. Shame on you, get your history straight ;) We got it in (Dutch) high school with English: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Animal_Farm @Stefan: very nice MOC!
  23. One could also make a battleship like those crazy japanese: http://planetoddity....ip-yamato-4.jpg here with the catapults: This one might be the biggest until now: http://www.gizmodo.com.au/2010/10/largest-lego-ship-ever-built-is-bigger-than-three-queen-sized-beds/ But this one is also very nice:
  24. I get my magnets here: supermagnete.de nice store... I use those magnets under trains etc for detection.
  25. Well, they must be from the Santa Fe sets :)
