A nice set for parts! I like having different colors of carts, bikes, etc. Also a bunch of other interesting parts! And the figures can go to my nieces (in fact they already got some nice friends sets from us).

A very nice train indeed. I wouldn't use it in my layout, but for a model it is really good looking!

Well, believe me, riding trains isn't always fun, I travel approx. 12 hours a week by train. Although we don't have such a nice classic trains in Holland anymore (except in musea of course).

That is quite some steamship! Really great. You could use it of course to get sinterklaas ashore in November ;) Very nice details! You should also expose it on steam days next summer holidays (Zwolle / Hasselt region).

I especially like your whales very much. Very nice idea, it gives just that extra touch to your very nice ship!

Most of them are quite common, but still they are nice. 1985 - 1995 era. I like that era myself very much.

Well, LEGO used to have a factory there. So apparently they did research and development of new products there as well. From internet: "The Lego Group is a family owned business, and corporate is located in Billund, Denmark. The manufacturing factory was located in Willisau, Switzerland until late 2006, it was then moved to the Czech Republic in Eastern Europe, the move was forced by rising production cost." Googlemaps says Baar and Willisau are ±60 km away from each other by car so they are more or less in the same region.

Those never released parts also look very cool although I think the X is a bit weird :) (they could have better done it with springs so the train would activate it on its on I think.

I would never buy such a thing. Indeed even if I would have been rich. One can buy up almost a whole LEGO store for such a price.
