Great crime story and MOC, nice and cluttered it really looks like the minifigs are miserable. I'm putting them on ebay after a week, i just wanted to give you guys first crack at them. I uploaded red, I'll upload blue next. I don't have that much green, it's only a little bit with some sand green bits too. Edit: I'm gonna keep my white pieces for space police mocs :D

But the internet is fueled by bickering, if we stop arguing it will explode!

Like Borat would say, it's NIIIIIIICCE! It looks powerful, blocky but lovely, my favorite kind of shape (wait, "lovely" isn't a shape x_X) Only thing I'd change is the name, if Space Police are using it then they'd probably call it something like "The Brutalizor" or "Ball Crusher 5000" Any chance that we can get instructions for it>? ^___^

UPDATE: Red Yellow Blue lots have been put on ebay, I'm keeping the rest :( -I will also trade for minifigs/animals! I like Space Police 3, squid, octopus, fishies, new sharks, Batman, Agents, Alpha Team, Aqua Raiders vehicles (the newer series), just make an offer. -Bricks are mostly in "used" condition like the stuff in your kids bins, some nicks and scratches, maybe they hit one with a hammer. If you buy this and demand a refund because there's a scratch on your brick I'm just gonna laugh and make a sandwich, you've been warned! :) -If you want a picture of a specific brick up close, let me know and I'll post it in all its glory. -I'll ship anywhere but you're responsible for all shipping costs.

I have a Nikon D80 which is kinda old, so I imagine the D3000 can only be a million times better with today's technology. Here are some older pics below. All you have to do is use a tripod with a high enough F-stop to get everything in focus. The tripod (and timer or remote shutter release) is necessary because your shutter speed will probably be a few seconds. Oh yeah, and don't mix lights. If you're using natural light (like from a window) then don't shine another lightbulb because the colors will get all messed-up (look at the last picture). (The face is a little overexposed in this, my lighting setup kinda sucks) Here's why you shouldn't mix lights, I left the window open so I got a nasty blue hue on the left side of the tower. Only used one lightbulb from the top because I like dramatic lighting in my pictures. If you want cheerier pictures then do what the OP said, more lights, good stuff :) This is just a picture for an ebay auction so I didn't care much about the narrow depth of field (which is why the Dementor is out of focus) Your goal will usually be to set the F-stop only big enough to get the figures in focus while leaving the background blurry, that way all attention is focused on the figures instead of the background.

We're complaining because no self-respecting alien-destroying soldier would wear baby-blue in combat. A closer look at those sets makes me not want any of them now, oh well. But yeah, I'm not a 7-12 year old kid, that's the problem right there.

I haven't bought LEGOs in years, but Space Police drew me in, and of course they're now discontinued and gone like everything else I love... Got Hyperspeed Pursuit, Lunar Limo, Squidman Escape, and Freeze Ray Frenzy (all minifigs included) for like half the price total thanks to some generous ebay sellers. Also got a ton of collectible minifigs recently in trade for one of my custom action figures. Also finally built a Battle Van for my Punisher and will order pieces for Lobo's space bike soon.

Meh. I'd rather walk two blocks to get a really good sticker than have to hunt down someone with a special printer to paint on toys. That's a shame about BrickEngraver being mostly limited to white stickers, the prices seemed reasonable x_X

-Man... anyone know if there are instructions on how to build that crazy sexy Space Truck? Please? Someone at TLC please post them? Lol, luckily it doesn't look too hard since it's mostly made up of the container. That thing would have been an instant-buy! -The Gold Heist prototype looks brutal! Look how many cannons that ship has! Why would anyone mess with the police when they ride around armed to the teeth like that! -Love the concept art for the minifigs! We need more figures with mohawks please! -I'm not disappointed with the changes they made to the villain's vehicle for the Hyperspeed Pursuit, I like the beefier look of the turbines in front and it looks like an easy conversion. Plus, the missiles shoot really hard! Such a joy to actually be able to break LEGO walls with the missiles. And no more Space Police?!??!? Aw come on! I even started building more vehicles for the baddies because I wanted a huge Space Police display! :(

Aliens are attacking earth and we decide to fight them in.... baby blue space suits!? What the heck!? I'll probably still buy some if the ships are cool enough.

Thanks Kiel! I hope I can make a good minifig of Lobo... Updated the Flickr gallery with more WIP pictures. I love this thing! Added lights to the front, stylish exhaust pipes, MISSILES! because you can never go wrong with more firepower. Also a shot of the trunk to see how big it is. This hog kinda looks like a wolf doesn't it? xD I'll keep working on the skull, I still can't make anything decent.

Har har, Lobo says pretty much the same things in the US, he calls everyone a "fragger" and a "bastich", you can probably guess what those words are supposed to be Yes! More pipes! Very good idea, I'll make them unique instead of using the stock pipes. I tried for like half an hour to make a skull for the front of the bike but I just couldn't make it look good. I even tried mounting an alien minifig's head there I'll give it another shot though! I made the chain weapon with the LEGOs I have (it's a simple design), I'll see if it's possible to make it in LDD.

I mean design your own torso, take the file to Kinkos (or whatever your local print shop is) and have them print out high quality decals for you. You could fit like, what, a million torso patterns on one page?

Yar, at least 1 back and side wall would enhance the scene a lot, at least just to block the plain backdrop Pretty cool, I love all the weirdoes congregating in one place, makes it look like a fun bar

UPDATE: Flickr gallery now has more WIP pics! This is probably going to stay as an LDD file, not sure what parts are actually available, LDD showed that many of them didn't exist in the colors I want. I'm happy with it though I'm sure I'll keep picking at it over time. This was supposed to be a simple crotch rocket but I got carried away. Lobo upgraded his compact hog to something that looks like a love-child between a star destroyer and a trike! Shut up, trikes are cool! -I love modular stuff so I like the SNOT wedges on the sides because I can remove them to reveal a bracket underneath, to which I can attach any crazy thing I can think of. Same deal with the 1x4 panels on the rear engines and 1x2 and 2x2 on the sides of the middle engine. -Probably gonna add more rockets :D -There's room for another fig to sit behind Lobo. -There's enough space in the trunk for 3 bodies, more if they're cut up into pieces first! -Maybe i'll change the dark gray bits to dark bley or sand blue (as if they exist haha) Let me know what you'd change/improve on, I'm gonna try to find more ways to add hidden brackets to attach more hidden weapons.
