  1. That's insanely beautiful and the water is mesmerising...
  2. 7984 - Deep Sea Raider - Theme: Atlantis has been updated.
  3. Hip hip huzzah to Dragonator for bringing out the dancing ladies!! Perhaps Quarryman is enjoying the nice weather I hear rumors about, or he might be waiting for summer vacation to kick in, if he's into that sort of thing.
  4. Wow, that looks magnificent! My only suggestion would be to add more colour variation and even more greebles/details, as I think the sides look a bit bare at the moment. 5. Thanks for the feedback, Aanchir. Next time I will certainly create the starter LXF file from LDD Manager I've updated my LXF file, and will upload it to Brickshelf once it's online again, and post an update here. Cheers!
  6. Part 64713, conical drill with spikes, has 25 grooves instead of 24 along its back interior circumference. It should have 24 grooves so a 24 tooth gear (e.g. part 3648, gear wheel z24) can be aligned with the grooves.
  7. Looks like your delightful MOC made it into a short piece about the exhibition at ABC News, at around 00:26. I hope to see this exhibition sometime over the long weekend
  8. Welcome to EB, egosheep! I for one am very excited about seeing a large scale LEGO Nautilus come together, so I'd say post as you go. Then we can share the excitement of the WIP (work-in-progress) and you can get feedback along the way.
  9. 7984 - Deep Sea Raider - Theme: Atlantis Known missing pieces: Horn (Unicorn); does not exist in LDD. Extra pieces are not included. Other known issues: Minifigues are not correct (Atlantis Hammerhead Warrior is missing alltogether). On the left submarine arm, I was not able to align the large drill piece properly with the Technic 24 tooth gear and wheel. There's a significant gap between the pieces. Aanchir poited out that this is a bug in LDD as the drill piece has 25 grooves instead of 24, so it cannot be aligned with a 24 tooth gear. Reported here. Stickers are missing. LXF file This is my first official LEGO set creation in LDD, so please be gentle with me
  10. Judging from the inventory and related information at BrickLink, the axe and helmet are available in other sets, but in different colours. So I guess you cannot use the axe and helmet from series 4. Click on the "Item No" links in the BrickLink inventory to see which other sets the pieces appear in.
  11. Seth Carver "quick clim the stairs to nowhere" - 3 points. Irrationality paired with haste seems like a perfect solution to the current sitation
  12. Welcome to EB, Rocken! You might find the LEGO Star Wars forum and Aussie sales! thread of particular interest, but there is heaps and heaps of other things going on here too, so have fun exploring.
  13. Yay, excitement plus, and then a bit more!!
  14. Utinni! Ushabia namba kee koolee?
  15. Hehe, I know a good birch tree when I see one
  16. Excellent work, GabryS! The stork is fantastic, and the scarecrow, the smoke coming out of the chimney and the roof being mended are great details. And the house itself is a treat But most of all I love the tree outside the house, which I presume is a birch tree?
  17. World Racers Gator Swamp scanned at $20 at Target Newton (Adelaide) this morning! I also heard the Creator Off-Road Power is $50 now at Target, but I haven't seen any around in a while.
  18. Looks like you got 30 % off the $279.95 list price.
  19. Has anyone seen the PotC set "Isla de la Muerta" at a Myer or TRU in Adelaide? I couldn't see any at either the city or TTP stores I'm not sure if they had any of those sets to begin with, if they sold out (but they have plenty of the other sets) or if this set got pulled off the shelves.
  20. Is it Coach Carter? I've never seen the movie, but I searched on the net a bit
  21. wow; what an entertaining night and start of day 3! Your narrative crack me up, Hinckley, and your usage of LEGO plants is inspiring Nice reference to the Isla Paradisa discussions too My hat off to the players as well, as they make up the other side of this fabulous equation (no pun intended). Some interesting roles have been revealed as well, pity they don't seem to last very long, but it makes me curious what else is out there
  22. Thanks for the great review, def! I knew I wanted to get this set the first time I saw a box shot of the angler fish. I think it's a really clever build, and the angler fish has so much going for it. With the movable eyes, jaws and fins you can make it look gruesome, fearsome or just plain crazy Thanks again!
