  1. My newest "Gundam Style" mecha. Same size as my previous I-wave, the smallest I've done so far. More pictures here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/matt_one/sets/72157647597563229/
  2. Thanks! Anyway, it's not LDD->POV-Ray but LDD->3dviaprintscreen->Simlab Composer.
  3. Thank you! That would be a heavy and very unstable set. Thank you!
  4. Based on my previous S3 Polaris Drone Tank core. More pictures here :https://www.flickr.c...57648526554216/
  5. Thanks! Thanks!
  6. The shape, the colors, the mist...it's brilliant!
  7. @ Phoxtane It's right, working process is exactly as you said. The right angle to put your model in LDD is roughly a top view. Except some 3dxml viewers-players, currently only Simlab Composer can read 3dxml files directly. Assigned brick's colors in LDD will be kept and you can easily replace them with any materials you like from Simlab Composer's library.
  8. Thank you Jared!
  9. Thank you! You're right! It depends a lot on what you want to achieve. For me it's just so hard to find the timefor LDD designs, since I work on my projects late at night. No time and nor desire for real brick's creations!
  10. @ Balrog I wouldn't suggest to build these models in real bricks for several reasons. 1) Colors choose may be unavaliable with real bricks. I don't care about that since I will not ever build them with real bricks; 2) I built these models with the aim to get only final rendered images : some choices about how bricks are joined together and about joints used would give a rather fragile model; 3) These are quite large models, thus a lot of bricks are required. So, these would be very expensive models; However, these models are correctly assembled in LDD and could be completely built with real bricks. You can see the pictures below, taken from Lego Digital Designer:
  11. Thank you Calabar for your suggestion, I removed my email address.
  12. Calabar, I'm sorry. Zanna asked me a question in Italian and it seemed to me rude to answer him in English. It will not happen anymore.
  13. Thank you Jarren! Do you want one ? This creature exists only in digital form ( Lego Digital Designer ).
  14. Really, those train fronts have saved my model. The previous version of the legs was awful!
  15. Thanks! I used Lego Digital Designer &Simlab Composer.
  16. Thanks you all!
  17. My last fake Gundam, currently consists of 2 units: Unit 01 Drone Tank and Unit 02 Tankbot. Maybe a Unit 03 will be added later... More pictures on Flickr : https://www.flickr.c...hotos/matt_one/
  18. Amazing, I really like it! Nice work and I like too much how you showed it!
  19. Thanks! I think there are better things than this, but 'm very glad of your appreciation!
  20. Oh, thank you very much! However, maybe some Gundam brickset really existed, though only in Japan. But it's not Lego, it's made up of Megabloks.
  21. Thanks! I'm still working on it, indeed the shield was added right yesterday. In the meanwhile, I'm working to other projects and I need to find the time to fix some serious problem on the head of this before uploading ldd file. I made it in order to get rendered images as final result, therefore I strongly suggest you to not build this thing with real bricks. It wouldn't be possible, first of all due to the unavailability of colors for many bricks, then for supposedly weak and untested joints ( I haven't real bricks ). This work mainly derives from my first Rx-013 Nova. You can find ldd file at the following link, if you like it : http://www.mocpages.com/user_images/107138/1396423637m.lxf Thank you!I don't know about existing Gundam Lego sets. I know about many Lego Gundams made up by real bricks, some of these are very amazing!
