LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 12 Rumours and Discussion
Sir Brickalot replied to Rufus's topic in Special LEGO Themes
A strong minifig lineup- and we haven't even seen the full series yet! Space Miner: love this figure, especially the cool helmet! I don't like the accessory though, I would have thought that they would create a new drill mold because the unicorn horn on a ray gun looks quite odd. Wizard: Wow! Nice! And so many parts. If the cape is two separate pieces, I count ten parts! As for the minifig, I really like the printing and headpiece. A must have for me. Dino Tracker: Eh... not quite sure about this one. Although I like the hair, I find the inclusion of a bow and arrow puzzling. What use would that be against a dinosaur?! I would prefer a baby dino as an accessory instead. Battle Goddess: everything about it is amazing! Swashbuckler: Not bad! I like it better than I thought I would. Great torso print! Video Gamer: Ok... could be better. It just seems a little bit plain to me, and I'm a bit disappointed that his controller is a printed piece. However, it's not the worst minifigure I've seen, so I may get him. As long as the rest of the minifigures are this good, it'll be the best series yet!- 1,109 replies

That's funny, in the Cardiff Lego Store it was £79.99.

Hello thiagoT5! Of course you can post your MOCS here, the best place to post the MOCS you're describing is in the Special Themes Forum. I'm intrigued by your HML, sounds very interesting! Enjoy yourself here at EB!

After seeing DOFP, I had a few ideas for sets. WARNING- SPOILERS! Battle Against Sentinels: set includes Sunspot, Colossus, Iceman and Blink. Set includes the abandoned warehouse from the beginning of the film. Also includes two DOFP Sentinels with flick missiles and swords. Inside the warehouse, there is various play feaures, such as pop up flames to represent Sunspot's power, an 'ice slide' where Iceman can drift over, a breakable wall, debris catapults and traps for the Sentinels. Retail: £54.99 Mystique vs Magneto: set includes young Magneto and Mystique. The set is a small playset, with rubble such as upturned chairs, the American flag, and a few Sentinel components. Play features include: a pin that, when you turn it, launches all the debris into the air, and a transparent rod that has a piece of metal attached to it to represent Magneto's powers. Retail: £11.99

What was the last movie you watched?
Sir Brickalot replied to EbonHawk's topic in Culture & Multimedia
DOFP. Oh. My. Gosh. Amazing! -
Days of Future Past is fantastic! If you haven't already, see it immediately!

Awww, it's nice to see neighbours gardening together amongst dangerous weapons whilst a giant snake stares creepily behind them... I mean, c'mon, at least make the knockoffs make sense!

Thanks! Yeah, the minifig inside the suit was only really there to show off that it can fit one, but I like your suggestions, so I'll work on him. Also, great idea for Nite Owl II! Thanks again!

... And here's the LXF File for The Rhino. (By the way, the separate module shoul be attached to the 3M ball cup on the back, but LDD won't let me... It looks way better in reality than digitally )
-
Thanks Numbuh1Nerd! Glad you like The Rhino. I'll create an LXF file for him soon. The ironic thing is, I haven't even seen ASM2 yet. I actually agree about Robin, that suit gives me deja vu. I'll work on Man-Bat, thanks for the suggestion!

LEGO Star Wars 2014 Pictures and Rumors
Sir Brickalot replied to Erdbeereis's topic in LEGO Star Wars
^ Agree 100%. This year's MTT much more accurate in terms of shape. -
Spider-Man: Sandman's Attack: Set includes Spidey variant, White Tiger, Sandman, Agent Coulson, Sandman goon, guard, and civilian. Set includes small SHIELD helicopter, and large bank three stories high. On the ground floor, there is a waiting area with seats and a bank teller kiosk with a large pane of glass in front of it that is able to collapse by turning a knob. Also on this floor is a staircase leading up to the first floor with turnable stairs where, when you turn them, a minifigure falls off. The first floor houses three computer desks, with swivelling chairs and brick built cabinets with credit cards and coins inside. The cabinets have a lock which can be opened to reveal the money. Another staircase leads to a safe door on the second floor which can explode. Inside the second floor, there is a stash of money and gold! On the roof, there is a sand catapult and a glass roof that explodes. On the helicopter, there are two spring loaded shooters and a detailed cockpit for Coulson. Retail: £69.99

MOC: Twist and Whirl Amusement Park Ride
Sir Brickalot replied to dvsntt's topic in Special LEGO Themes
^ I certainly would be! I have the Fairground Mixer, and I would love to have this to accompany it. However, the ride is a quite similar concept to the Fairground Mixer, so I don't think this would have been released at the same time as it, although a few years down the line it could be successful. -
Next up, I created The Rhino from ASM2. HF IFB parts come in handy a lot when creating customs! Anyway, I really love this. Here it is opened up: You can see that Aleksei Sytsevich fits snugly inside. I also created a custom Robin; Dunno if he ever wore a suit like this, but it looks cool so whatever. Finally, Man-Bat. The Pteradon wings work great for this! C&C Apprieciated.

I actually quite like the MTT, I missed out on the previous versions, so I will be getting it.
