Tor Entry Round 2 - Bluecoat incompetence
Brig. Brick replied to Capt. Stabbin's topic in Pirate MOCs
may be, in this dream, the pirates took that ship from the bluecoats... but... that ship wasn't the former "The imperial Flagship" of the glorified redcoats? haha, Capt. Stabbin, to adjust to the rules, decided to disguise to pinky and the brain as redcoats! -
haha, don't be naive... every magazine has now photoshop editing!
-
haha agreed! nevertheless, it's better do it on the toilet than in the hole of a ship.... if their have that chance
-
well, well, well.... first bluecoat to the answer... what can I say?... nice entry, the pictures quality are nice. I see you're using a program for the "bubbles speech"...also nice! about the plot... well, as many past entries, one soldier doesn't meaning an army if some one smells, that would be the pirates, (then the redcoats), especially if there live in an island full of rotten meat and bones or only in a stinky ship without fresh water! also, the legos doesn't have noses! about the heads collection... the admiral C. is far beyond full of jars with red heads... so... another copy !

I'm starting a new display and i need input...
Brig. Brick replied to Durins Bane's topic in LEGO Pirates
well, I think you want to do something mostly accurate with the history, if so... a good internet research could help, especially with the people with an modeling hobby. if not, and you want to see something on lego, search on this topic -
Tournament of Retribution III Headquarters!
Brig. Brick replied to Captain Blackmoor's topic in Pirate MOCs
I think, to finish the discussion if CGI are valid or not, well, according to the moderators, it is now. But, for the record, the rules should be less flexible!. I mean, there was a full debate of wich minifig could be or not used as an islander. I bet that there was at least a couple of eurobrickers that couldn't participate because the lack of a single minifig. I think the desition of many topics in the TOR (like the use of CGI), is an issue for the moderators, not the eurobrickers -
I have to say... you bring the food! haha I have to say, I had an idea like yours, but you post it first!... the RvB in Todays news... so I had to change even the scheme I had made it... Yawmoth is my eyewitness. That delayed my official entry a couple of weeks, but well... the las TOR, all the extra comics or comments where made it on the headquarters, not the "RVB topics", but also, in that time, it doesn't exist the panels for each side, or the (unused yet) ranks One of the most interesting thing on the entry is try to guess which avatar is on the comic... of course, some avatars are more easy to recognize... just look at the details!
-
good entry yeah, the second picture doesn't upload any time I had tried, so, I lost part of the comic! the edit process post deadline consist of minimal changes, for example the size of the pictures, according the TOR rules and of course, the eurobricks forum rules; ussually, someone will tell you what you have to change!

Tournament of Retribution III Rules and Entries Overview
Brig. Brick replied to Admiral Croissant's topic in Pirate MOCs
that's a real sport spirit! but the good news is the chances of the second entry (good one from the organization) -
I, obviously know , but, seems.... till now, this entry will be allowed (on the first or second round), so we, as a voters* will have to "multidimensional" compare! *remember that the voter are all the members of eurobricks... know it or not (in case of members that didn't participate in the TOR) the effort and resources of each entry (comic or animated)

I think that, more than entertain the troops, the "haha's" have to come from you guys, the real spectators!, but, as I tell before, I took your advise on the little modifications, thanks! I hope that many people could see the little details on each panel too, I know many of you realize them! thanks!
-
your images are fine, as your comic.... ( take it as a compliment or not) .... not really, good comic! agree!, great details, and betray and slay one soldier doesn't finish the all army
-
good comic! as many said, try to improve the size of the letters

ToR III Official Entry Round 1: The Night Before The Wedding
Brig. Brick replied to Esurient's topic in Pirate MOCs
agreed with that too, great effects! -
great entry my lady!, great idea too! I hope you will enjoy the near future, when TLG release the medusa minifig on the series # 10 of the CMF!
-
great entry, especially the building style, lucky, the TOR is not a building contest! maybe it's a moral victory for redcoats... but the history isn't "moral" at all!, truly, the slavery was common for any side on that time!
-
great entry! I have to say, it's a great idea, the use of this raised baseplate!
-
can I make you a question? what is the meaning of the four black dots in the filthy redcoat uniform?

ToR Official Entry, Round 1: The Curse of the Red Hat
Brig. Brick replied to Yawgmoth's topic in Pirate MOCs
great entry my friend, the bluecoat are to only neat!, you know, we only have one type of uniform, not a tutti frutti like yours! In the hands of the bluecoats, there is no curse.. you know, the islanders, the pirates and the redcoats are to only superstitious Do you say it for the micro picture of the last panel?.... I don't think that pictures even count as a panel! -
This entry is amazing, too much in comparison with the others! about the use of the rules, well, there exists for a reason, especially if there are prizes involved! This entry is amazing, too much in comparison with the others! about the use of the rules, well, there exists for a reason, especially if there are prizes involved! compare your animation (by the way, looks very profesional and with a lot of work) against the common comics... well, its compare two different dimensions... litterally I´m not a judge, or an organizator, but, it's like in my country say: it's a donkey tied against loose tiger!

Brig. Brick replied to Antonio's topic in Pirate MOCs
great entry! It could be better if you change the resolution! -
Hi there! And some advice wanted...
Brig. Brick replied to Hobbythom's topic in Hello! My name is...
wellcome to eurobricks! agree!, there is no worst remorse than lose a chance! -
done my friends! the law is the law!. In my defense... I tried to follow the storyline, the number of panels, i keep it in mind, but not the number... I made a quick (...and bad ) calculus of the numbers!... but not with bad intentions! ( ), Also, it's good to see that, if the redcoats feels some protection from the organisation, well, is not that way! in that moment, it could be crowded on the imagen... took your advice, thanks I have to tell you, I thought of that, but I also remember that all you, redcoats, are so superstitious that you still forbid womens on your boats moschino is right, any thing that the redcoats have, was made first for the bluecoats.... epaulettes, shakos, flintlock musket, decorated bicorns... should I continue?.... Kalu-ha is right! haha! thanks you all!
