OoC: The only person who has to do anything extra if Thormanil attacks is the QM, and the battle would still be finished in one post, so I don't see any reason not to try to get the most loot out of this battle, but either plan is fine with me.

(just remember that overhang is for elements that stick out like posed minifigs, flying ships, rooms jutting out of buildings and things like that, so four stud overhang to all sides doesn't mean that you can add four studs on top of the base on every side for a 24x24 base)

I have to agree with Rumble; the Darkstar being an artifact and source of power taken from the antagonist, it shouldn't give the protagonist hero any benefits. (even one such as Guts who's obviously not a Lawful Good hero) If anything, it should be negatively affecting the hero. The Darkstar came to the creature Guts, who took it deep into the tunnels of Heroica Hall. And there, it consumed him.

Ooh, really? Time to run more Abysses to finish maxing Vit and get that DBlade for my Pally. (that I pretty much never play, but it'd look awesome. )

It can be inferred from this statement that I would like that amulet, but I'm not saying that I want it because I don't want it to be nerfed after I use it to tank negative effects.

OoC: We can of course autoroll with only Thormanil attacking, too. We can autoroll until the quotient of the Unicorn's Health divided by 26 is equal to or less than one greater than Xander's Health. (at which point we would need to stop and go with the Counterstriking strategy in order to guarantee that we won't have to rely on the roll of a die to keep Xander alive without using a consumable)

OoC: Actually, it'd only take one Round for Benji's Counterstrike to kill the Adder and four for mine to kill the Unicorn (from the Front Row), which would leave Xander at 18 HP and myself at 43 HP, and then a quick trip to the Sanctuary restores all our HP. Sorry, I know you didn't want a plan involving Counterstrike Gloves, but that's the quickest way to end the battle.

All posts regarding Disney's decision not to release any more movies in 3D have been moved here. I think it's inevitable that the discussion will eventually turn to speculation about future sets and the reasoning behind Disney's decision, and it's better to have it all here in one thread about Disney's acquisition of Lucasfilm instead of it being in its own topic (which would usually belong in Culture and Multimedia) or it being borderline off-topic in the rumors thread (which is intended for discussion of rumors with a source, not of speculation about possible, likely, or hoped-for sets and wishlists). About the money, I agree that the OT in 3D would've made more money than the PT in 3D, but like strangely said, most of the 'OT-only-fans' that would go to see the OT and not the PT in 3D don't like the changes that have been made to the OT anyways. Better for Disney to attract the newer and/or 'non-OT-only-fans' with some new movies, and though I think it's unlikely, my hope is that their solution to appealing to the OT fans after the cancellation of the OT in 3D movies is to release the original theatrical editions, in better quality than the '06 DVDs that were taken from the old Laserdisc releases.

I want it. I'm going to eventually need a backup shield that hasn't been Mythrilized anyways, in case I get my hands on some Adamantite.

Guts and Hybros and Sorrow can combine funds to buy Eubric and then fight for the throne.

You don't need to do that; by the time Sandy's storyline reaches its end, King Guts will be able to buy Eubric.
