Trains have come a long way since 1985!

If you get storage with loads of compartments, it's probably best to sort them by shape.

My fav theme is classic town with the 12v trains. Besides that, technic, and i like the old style as much as the new. -posted from my htc

Sorry to hear this sad news :( Bricklink is a brilliant site, hope his successor will put in all the effort to keep it like that. RIP

Looks like a bad photoshop to me, it's all blurry and out of focus. They could have added shadow underneath the minifigs at least. Not my thing at all..

Doesn't seem to work at the moment. I'll try again later, but it sounds like a really good idea!

M&S is having a 25% off promotion for toys at the moment. It's only 1 week apparently, saw an ad in the newspaper... They don't have a big lego selection, but there's a nice creator house and some star wars sets. Buy buy buy

If I'm correct, Walmart owns Asda here in the UK. I once saw series 1 minifigs for £7 each! Thats about $9 or $10

That's a great original MOC! Looks very solid and has nice functions. -
More free Lego from The Mirror newspaper!

I had a look at the daily mirror website, but it doesn't state what shops will supply the lego. I hope tesco and TRU, they're both on my way to work. -

Thanks for the heads up. I found some shops are strict with the 'one item per customer' rule, wich is rather annoying when you buy more than one news papers. You've got to go to several shops. -
Thats a great MOC, well done. What you also could do, is to give the people on the platform different coloured hands, so it looks like they're wearing gloves.

Hi, No, the admiral hat (and feather) ARE present in the set, I just haven't taken a picture of it. There are bite marks on the green legs, but as it's not part of the set (as I mentioned) it doesn't matter. The discoloured pieces I replaced are in good condition, there's no way you can comment on them as you can't see them close up in those pictures. My missing pieces aren't the most valuable ones either, a red coat torso costs £0.25 on bricklink, a sail is more than £10! Thanks! /sarcasm Thanks for your comment I agree, that wasn't nice at all.

Hi all, I've got this pirate set for sale. I bought it years ago of a boot sale, but I don't collect pirates anymore, so it's up for sale. It's not 100% complete: 1 red coat is missing (1 minifig in the picture is a wrong one - the one with the blue coat), the admirals hat is present however. Other bits that are missing are 2 blue flags where the canons go. The box is in reasonable condition, there's no plastic tray though. The lego pieces are in very good condition, a few were discoloured from being on display, but I've replaced those with nice ones. Instructions are in good condition as well. - £40 excl p&p - I'll leave it here for a little while, then it goes on ebay. I can send worldwide, it's quite big, so could be expensive. See pictures:

Agreed, fantastic movie, it's in my all time top 3 movies Also agreed... I can't believe two of my all time favorite movies get mentioned on 1 page on eurobricks. Once upon a time in the west is for me a perfect 10/10. I can't say anything bad about this movie, everything is spot on.

That's an amazing town, I can't stop looking at it. Can you post more pictures pls? Edit: nevermind about the pictures, just seen your link to brickshelf :)

How innovative are LEGO users?
Marckeyh replied to andersandsoren's topic in General LEGO Discussion
On the mainland the digit is a comma, english system is a dot. But since it is written in English, it should be a dot in stead of comma... -
I hope they're continuing the tiny turbo racers, I love those sets!
