I really dig the Banshee trail thing on him! That's much, much better! I'm not sure how the colors would match up, but N_Cat's torso idea is definitely worth trying, very Golden Age.

Squirrel Girl WOULD be awesome. In any circumstance, really, Squirrel Girl would be awesome.

I'm honestly okay with just about any version of Scarecrow we get at this point. He's one of my top three favorite DC villains and I STILL don't have his figure. It's not like he's all that hard to customize to match your preferred version, anyway. So long as you have his head, most designs for the character are pretty much open to you if you have the parts. Arkham Asylum? Put that head in a hood with a bare flesh chest. The two BtAS designs are really only separated by what hat you use. The third just needs a black, flat-rimmed hat like the police in City sets have been getting and a long black coat (maybe a new head if you want). Batman Begins? Put that head on a suit. Arkham Knight? Same head and hood as Asylum, but a jacket with an ammo belt like the toxic guy from the Ultra Agents sets. TL;DR I don't care much about which Scarecrow we see. I'm far more interested in which other figures will be guest starring. After all, this set is awfully pricey to only come with two figures!

I'd love to see Spider-Noir, he seems neat. Ooo! What about Peter Porker?? Is Chima doing any pigs soon, because I could see them doing that if they already had the piece. (not the CMF pig mask tho) I just checked to see if Ultimate Spider-Man has done Spider-Gwen yet (because oh my god do I want that fig) but I don't think they have. Wait, this is turning awfully wish list-y.. Oops.

Kinda bummed to see a third Doc Ock when we've still yet to get Mysterio, Lizard, Shocker, or a main-theme comic-based Green Goblin, but more Spidey variants, Ghost Rider, and a probable White Tiger sounds pretty great!

Personally I like the hair that came with the truck driver in the Gorilla Grodd set for Barry. Where's that first hair piece from, though?

If nothing else, I'd like to see some loose inspiration. A nice Flash set with Reverse Flash and perhaps Firestorm, or maybe something Legends of Tomorrow inspired with Atom, Hawkgirl, and (again) Firestorm taking on Vandal Savage or some other villain, all with comic designs. Or maybe even just something more generally Arroverse, like Green Arrow, Flash, and Atom? *shrug*

I wonder, though, if the third minifig slot will be filled by Rachel Mcadams's character in a damsel-in-distress role? That seems like something Lego would do, and there aren't too many other worthy candidates thus far apart from maybe Baron Mordo, although I'd say we won't see him until the second film when he presumably becomes the big bad. (Ignore this, but if nobody's guessed who the villain is then they're probably not a traditional Doctor Strange villain, right? And he said we'd be surprised when we found out? I'm betting MODOK. You heard it here first! )

Btw, saw both of the new AA sets at Toys R Us this weekend. No Civil War ones, though, obviously.

Did I mention that I found one sole BvS Batmobile set at Target? I didn't pick it up because money, but I thought it was worth the mention.

Marvel's summer waves usually only consist of about 3 sets when they aren't marketing a major movie, but would the exclusive Civil War set count as one of those 3? Because I'm still really hoping that they have one more Spider-Man set up there sleeves with a certain mouthed merc (his movie's coming out next year, so I don't think there'll ever be a better time to re-release him, Suicide Squad style)

Sorry, I wasn't saying that the Mighty Micros Flash IS Wally West, I was just thinking that he might make a good one with some modifications. I was also under the impression that his lightning bolt was the simplified JLU one, but that's not the case. If nothing else, the head will make for a decent JLU-style Flash, which just so happens to be Wally. I'll be picking up all of them I think, since I really like this new Flash figure, I need a new Catwoman, and I'm always game for a Robin variant (especially with that new We Are Robin series introducing a slew of new R-wearing characters). That new Batman figure DOES look quite a bit like the old Animated Series design, though, whether that's intended or not.

Good idea with the legs for Elongated Man, but are there any torsos like that out there? I think the closest thing I've seen is Beast Boy's but the colors are all wrong.

I'd love to see each Doctor get at least one level, and maybe have a few levels be based on some fan-favorite episodes/ A Doctor Who game would work so perfectly with the Lego game formula, since every Doctor Who story has at least two players. I'd almost like to see them scrap the continuous story they tend to do in favor of a whole bunch of standalone levels with their own plots. One of my favorite things about the show is how most episodes are loosely chronological, with just a few beads added to the thread every so often before having a big pay-off episode. Makes it a lot easier to watch, and definitely makes it feel more in tune with the Doctor's usual spontaneous sense of adventure. And I don't think any other character ever would be more at home in a Lego game than Jack Harkness

So, with that list of licenses that're supposed to be coming to the game next year, are those likely the ONLY new packs we'll see? Because as much as I love the idea of all the new themes we'll be getting, I just got the Doctor Who pack and I can't help but think how much I want some of the other characters from the Whoniverse. I can see where there might be some complications with adding Clara and Jack Harkness since they're part of puzzles and missions and junk, but maybe River Song or Amy or Rory or even Rose? Playing as the Doctor just feels so lonely without any of his companions. :( I also find myself wishing that they would've added some kind of limitation to regenerating (maybe only letting you do it in the Free Play world or something) so that they could justify putting out some of the more recent Doctors as Fun Packs. I find it so weird playing as the 10th Doctor but having to move the 12th around on the toy pad, and I'm really desperate for a 10 minifigure!

Ooo, I'm pumped for some Ghost Rider! Do we have any idea as far as size is concerned? And given Ultimate Spider-Man's thing for teenage superheroes, I wonder if we'll be seeing Robbie Reyes instead of Johnny Blaze? I'm into it either way, but I really dig Robbie's design.

Deadshot looks great! Anybody think that maybe the Mighty Micros Flash might make a nice Wally West Flash with some longer legs?The symbol and the white eyes remind me a lot of the JLU Flash.

I will be seriously bothered if Batgirl isn't in the new Batcave set, especially if Mr. Freeze is. I'd rather she be in it than Alfred, tbh.

Okay, yeah, the two thugs in the Batmobile set HAVE to be somebody of importance. Those two are just way too specific to be Lexcorp Grunt #1 and Lexcorp Grunt #2. Speaking of Lexcorp, Lex Luthor has the absolute worst head. Otherwise, I'm pretty alright with the rest of this. Nothing too surprising from these sets, really, which is a bit of a bummer. Although, I suppose if there were any big surprises they'd spoil the movie. It also looks like the Batwing will definitely be either a modification to the Batmobile, use of spare Batmobile parts, or the transforming Batmobile that was speculated.

Seriously, it doesn't even look like Martin Freeman's character will be all that big of a deal. I think given the choice between a density-shifting Christ metaphor, a bow-wielding badass, a legitimate supervillain, and a man in a suit whose job is strictly political, it's pretty clear who won't be making the cut lol

I actually wouldn't mind too much if Mr. Freeze is an SDCC exclusive. It's a nice figure, but we've got a much more ideal Mr. Freeze already. It's not like Arsenal or Shazam or even the Batman of Zur-En-Arrh, which is a variant but a character in and of itself and a really memorable variant. Mr. Freeze is a pretty unremarkable villain from the show (heck, he's got three different actors with two entirely unique designs), not like someone like Joker or Catwoman who are really iconic in that form.

Yes! The microfig Ant-Man IS in there! Scarlet Witch's hair is the right hair! Black Panther's head is a bit of a bummer, but I'd say that at least confirms White Tiger for somewhere down the line. Also, why is War Machine attacking Ant-Man with a stick?

I can't even begin to get a read on Black Panther's mask, I don't know how you guys are seeing anything so specific I'm really not crazy about the hair they gave Cap. I don't see why they can't just make a blonde Robin hair piece, that's exactly the haircut he has. I hope the Crossbones set comes with a second had with his cowl, because I don't know if I'll be able to afford the Airport set. Wait, Giant-Man's in that one, I'll plunge into my college fund for that if I have to!
