  1. It did. But then it ate it.
  2. Sure, provided there's food in front of it.
  3. Exactly, that was the part number that slipped my mind!
  4. I don't know, just imagine how long the fur would take to render.
  5. Thanks, I'm just still not sure whether it qualifies as Technic, or rather Model Team given the smooth, studless appearance.
  6. Finally, after long, long research and development...
  7. Ah yes, I believe I've seen it somewhere but it seemed a bit pricey. Thanks anyway :)
  8. Allow me to answer to these utterly unfounded suspicions ;) http://img.pandawhale.com/post-14530-Conspiracy-hamster-SOON-gif-5Xob.gif
  9. Sorry, can't help you at the moment. I simply don't have more photos in progress, guess I should have taken more.
  10. Well, what is it that you can't see, maybe I can help?
  11. Wrong thread, my good sir :)
  12. There's plenty of pictures at my website, link is in the first post. Work in progress pics, too.
  13. You can't call yourself a WW2 tanks builder without tackling the tank that was so ugly and underperforming that it almost got scrapped, can you? :) But the tank that got us the working 131 Tiger in the Bovington museum deserves some love, so here's my attempt at modelling the Churchill at 1:25 scale, with focus on creating effective suspension system and using standard PF elements only (no Micromotors, no 8878 battery). It's not perfect, but I guess it meets my essential goals and it's fun to drive through park, terrorizing sane people. ]Photos & reading: http://sariel.pl/201...churchill-tank/
  14. Thanks. Glad to hear that reviews of older sets are useful to somebody because I've been trying to buy and review 42008 for a while.
  15. Thanks! :) I haven't really felt the need to dig into my server logs, I'm just happy to know this stuff is helping people out there. And all my logs are probably messed up after Jalopnik nearly murdered my server a few days ago ;)
  16. Not really, they have ignored my takedown request completely. I'm pretty sure they only put this takedown option there to keep up the appearances. It's useless, but they can always say it's there.
  17. I already have. Soon they will experience the terrible nibbling at their ankles ;)
  18. As far as I remember, their form explicitly tells you that any legal proceedings have to take place under Russian Federation's jurisdiction.
  19. I love your creations. It takes quite a skill to make something this small and simple look so realistic and proportionate. Excellent use of colors, too.
  20. They also steal books. And the funniest thing is, if you're the author of a stolen book, it's pretty much impossible to request a takedown. Uploading takes probably 2 clicks, but to take something down you need to fill a very long legal request and attach a letter, preferably sent by mail, and also give them all your personal data. And of course, you have to comply with Russian law. What a wonderful system it is.
  21. It never happened to me. The position of 2L beams rotated by the 24t gear is crucial - they should be rotated 90 degrees apart from each other. It sounds like you made them 180 degrees apart, check it. Thanks, I'm still trying to come up with some solution to the friction problem. Solving it requires rearranging gears, which in turn would require different shifting pattern that this control mechanism can't handle.
