weavil, my software is not cracked. i have to learn a new job, because my leg is damaged permanently and i cant do longer my old job. DrJB, my inventor softare let me only use the comma d3k, there is minimum a permanent watermark on the files

Strange, it seems that my software makes an error in when it converts the model in stl and stp. So a diameter of 88 mm will be printed 8,8mm in diameter. Or is this the intention of autodesk to prevent an non school use?

sorry but not every mathematic solutions makes sense in real live, or why do you think the crane manufacturers ad a slew spool for thousands of euros when this is so easy to solve? a turntable without a slew spool must be blocked after 2 and a half turns to prevent the hoses to die. btw drehkranz mit durchführung von efferman auf Flickr

i am working in real live with hydraulik hoses and this doesnt work. take a hose and put two T pieces in the end of the hose. now do what you postet above and see what happens. the hose will twist, your method let the hose only let later die

The 3d print shuold be no problem, only the inner side of the upper part must get a smooth surface before assembling. The gaskets are simple 6x1 O-rings (6mm inner diameter). Tomorrow i will assemble it together with a turntable to show how it will look installed.

you forgot the piston rod. if you change the length of the cylinder you need a new piston rod. the solution in my post up yours uses two piston rods of standard cylinders.

the gaskets are not the problem, more the surface quality of 3d printing. how much functions through the turntable?
