  1. My fear is more to get melted plastics.
  2. Then Bricksafe is the way to spread the instruction. i guess one buggy is the max for the gearbox and you know, the battbox is limited in delivering Power. btw. the actual standing with a preliminary sketch of the Grill. Edit: A little bit of a FTL drive
  3. This inspired me to do something "more flexible" based on Cada Parts. Actually i have a single servo for allwheel steering and a single CaDA L Pro for 4wheel drive and a two speed Gearbox. the actual state (811 parts) This is actually the Fast gear. when i make a free instruction, should i go to two drive motors or a buggy motor? Or an instruction for each version? Does rebrickable accepts mocs with CaDA Parts?
  4. Could you please remove these off topic Brands. Only Cada is Permitted in this topic. btw, cada has its own factory for Parts.
  5. Both on the same battery box port and it is done.
  6. i simply having not an io model for the cada Servo. You can use the cada servo. I have not tested it yet
  7. Two motors and the gearbox is still included (io File) The rear axle had to be modified th get enough space for the motors. A benefit is the direct connection of the rims to the portal hubs. You can use the Front axle of the set when you want, but i have widened the steering mechanism by 4 studs to align the trackwidth on both axles.
  8. Hm, i guess the crawler has enough torque. It is more limited by to hard shocks.
  9. Surprisingly not. Well, a simple beam has space to tilt, a perpendicular beam has no space. The the leafs have to flex by themself.
  10. sorry, i dont understand. with my design an axle is pretty simple. The cada mounting points are making it a little bit more complex. please ignore the driven steering. the concept is still the same when it is not driven. there is still a connection neccessary to the liftarm between the wheels. my solution sticks simply in the liftarm, the cada mountig needs an perpendicular hole to the liftarm.
  11. Yes, it is. Actually i'am working on a leafspring chassis for my Scania cab. Coil springs struggles a little bit with the weigth. Maybe the leaf springs are the solution for this problem, but the axle construction has to be quite different with this type of mounting points. I really would prefer the mounting points of my design.
  12. Use the same system like in the 42145. Made a little bit on the sikorsky front.
  13. The swashplate for 2, 3, 4 and 6 blades https://www.shapeways.com/product/MMCRZSS8A/swashplate-v4-2-2-3-4-6-blade-printfile?optionId=271785932&li=shops Head for 2 or 4 blades https://www.shapeways.com/product/6XWTNXHNE/rotorhead-for-2-and-4-blades?optionId=271003495&li=shops or The head for 2, 3, 6 Blades https://www.shapeways.com/product/NBSP7NDHE/rotorhead-for-2-3-or-6-blades?optionId=270997020&li=shops
  14. I made a decission to make bigger blades. i hope i will find a solution for printing without selling my kidneys.
  15. maybe because i have updated the instructions and forgot to update the links https://bricksafe.com/files/efferman/42145/42145_mod_instruction_v1.2.pdf https://bricksafe.com/files/efferman/42145/42145_mod_instruction_v1.2.io
  16. actually i don't see a way to do this in a proper way. btw. the instruction on rebrickable is updated.
  17. the correct color wasn't available in io when i made the instruction. I have updated the file. The swashplate is an replacement because it isn't available in io yet. There is an arrow. i made it red now to make it more visible i guess this picture is self explaining because everything is visible. this would reduce the movement the linkage would make.
  18. Unfortunatley iam jumping to much between to many ideas.
  19. The first axle is made with these part, and there is a lot of payload possible. Edit:
  20. Indeed! This is an elementary part of a leaf spring suspension
  21. It is a Pinhole. And yes, a length compensation is neccessary
  22. A new part has arrived me: Reacts at roundabout 250g and holds up to 2kg
