  1. I have seen marketing material a few days ago to check it, but i have no exact date. January was the last timeframe i hve heard from.
  2. Yes, but i have designed the model long before all these part changes happened. So the model is not using their advantages. The divided frames for example are good and worse at the same time. They need more parts to be solid, but at the same time there are possibilities which solid frames don't have.
  3. I have to agree! With every pin in black it is sometimes hard to see if it is a 2L, a 3L or a pin with crossaxle.
  4. Indeed! I guess the suspension is simply to soft for hard turns. Maybe a stabilizer bar is a solution.
  5. The steering system is working in a acceptable way. The chassis in the video is more or less completely overhauled. The nose is shorter and the frontaxle sits now a stud more forward. All Axles now have a independent suspension with nearly doubled suspension travel. Because of this it needs probably harder shocks. And yes it seems i have lost a liftarm.
  6. Well, it is better after eliminating most of the slack, but without a steering hub like this, we have to accept some slack.
  7. not yet, because a extra part list is not worth the work without testing the model, but you should have two 11L and one 9 L perpendicular beams. Also two of them https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=2393#T=A but the type with four pins should work too. Everything else is pretty standard or included in the set. I will finalize the instruction when i have tested the steering mod and the drivetrain without the knob gears.
  8. I guess he is talking about the electric socket multiplier. Btw, iam curious if the slow output of the buggy motor will result in a similar speed than the fast output over the knob wheels.
  9. We know the advantages of this remote, but please let mouldking out of this thread. This company has made to much errors in relations to the moccers. The Basic instruction of the steering mod is done. It is not tested yet but feel free to test it. https://bricksafe.com/files/efferman/cada-c62006-wildcat-xx/preliminary wildcat bugfix instruction.pdf https://bricksafe.com/files/efferman/cada-c62006-wildcat-xx/preliminary wildcat bugfix instruction.io
  10. Unfortunately not. As far as i know the proportional remote and servo are still prototypes. What i have seen on pictures, please dont ask for the pictures, looks good, but only Cada knows when they come.
  11. The modification of the Steering system is done. till the weekend the instruction and the testbuild should be done. @R0Sch, let me know when you wanna try it without instruction.
  12. I have bought the wildcat and made a more or less acurate IO model. https://bricksafe.com/files/efferman/cada-c62006-wildcat-xx/Wildcat XX.io The Curved Panels are the lego Types, and the dogbones are not the splitted ones, because i don't have the model files. The tires are from the tumbler as placeholder for the original tires. bugfixes for the Slack in the steering system will probably follow.
  13. Does this axle configuration has any technical benefits or is it only for the look?
  14. Yes it is one of the "copyright infringement avoiding" parts.
  15. Indeed, there are four of them in the set. The other CaDA related parts are the beams with perpendicular holes in different lengths, the Beams with pins at the end and all the parts CaDA has changed to avoid copyright infringements. Thank you very much. That gearbox was an intense puzzle work to fit it all in.
  16. Finally the time of secrets is over. It is 17 wide and has a 8x4 configuration and all axles are suspended. All functions can used by crank motion or motorized when motors are installed. I made xrays to show the way the Drivetrain takes. Steering Uppercarriage rotation Winch Driving Boom extension, unfortunately only singlestage. Multistage would have killed the proportions. Outriggers out and in Outriggers down Boom lift All in all a big bunch of gears and many of CaDA exclusive parts.
  17. Cada made it in this way to avoid copyright infringements. In addition it makes connections possible which are usefull.
  18. I have changed it to downloadable. unfortunately shapeways has set the actuator to "not visible" till they have it checked for patent issues. could take a few days.
  19. The Motorization of my set is optional, so it is optional for the B-Model too. But a short testdrive is neccessary.
  20. Iam not sure. November or December. Edit Ugly like hell, so it should fit to the M1070
  21. Yep, it is the main colour of the Set Sorry, unfortunately not, but it is an Military style 8x8
  22. The first sketch of the last Axles is done. And yes, all of these tires are in the set.
  23. Indeed, this would be cool. But first it has to be done. Rebrickable is out on this one. There are a lot of different flipflop beams and beams with Pins at the end in the model
  24. I Post this here because this will be made completely with the parts from my upcoming CaDA Set. So we can call it my inofficial B Model. Maybe now you can guess if the set will have tracks or not.
