  1. I think contentious stuff like religion and politics should be avoided. Don't want members to start disliking each other more ;)
  2. This is a classic. EB should have a thumbnail links page for bookmarking classic internet finds IMO.
  3. Wow that's a fantastic comic strip. Very funny with Mr Tiber's introduction.
  4. Great city and some great MOC cars! Love the election canvassing van :)
  5. Thanks for the kind words even if they are over the top :) :) I don't have enough blue bricks to have a natural disaster :) Yes perhaps it would! Thanks! :) Thanks legotrainfan. Yes I know the BURPS need a bit of work to make them look more natural - just adding standard bricks around them should be enough I reckon.
  6. Thanks iamded! :) I will have more pics here sometime. Yes you are right. I will be adding more normal bricks on and around the BURPS. I am trying to dig out enough of those colour bricks but I don't have many left. The pipes a great idea. Cheers! BURP :)
  7. B-OV-12E Here are some pictures of a MOC I am currently working on - it's supposed to be a hydroelectric dam believe it or not. I will try to take some pictures of the internal "generator" and pipes another time. I still have to do alot of work on the surrounding mountain.
  8. Another reason why it would be a good MOC IMO :))
  9. Although I don't frequent the Space forum much/ever I have noticed you around the other forums and it's clear you devouted a huge amount of time to EB. So I'm sure everyone says a big thank you!
  10. The undead look hilarious :) So funny :)
  11. Cool display. I like the way the arrow pack is between the torso and the legs. Rare site :)
  12. Apologies all! I guess Brickshelf deleted them as they weren't LEGO. Here's a pic or 2 from the web of what I had Legocastlegirl, the monastery is in a valley called Glendalough. Round tower would be difficult to make but I think possible maybe.
  13. Anyone play Rise of Nations / Thrones and Patriots (T&P)?
  14. I went on a short trip to the mountains yesterday and came across a 6th century monastery which I think could inspire a nice MOC by some of you Castle and Viking fans. It was built around the time of the Vikings I believe, and as they used to raid the village the tower's door was 30metres above the ground (rope ladder used to climb up and pull up when under attack) I also came across some sheep, which I think would be neat if TLC created. A graveyard too seems apt with all the new skeletons. EDIT by Hinckley: Calvin, this Brickshelf folder seems to have been moved...
  15. I voted for Jack Stone because when I saw it in a catalogue first I nearly got sick. Thankfully it seems the others where out during my dark age and I didn't see them.
  16. Fantastic Panzar! Must have taken ages to make. Hope you make more WWII mocs.
  17. 4 studs is the only one l like. Mainly because of the scale - sure they aren't the most realistic as only one fig can get in them but when compared to typical building sizes the smaller the better IMO. I love the classic 1980s cars *wub* but just admire the new 6stud ones. They are good I admit but I dont want to mix them with my 4 stud ones so now I dont buy the newer ones.
  18. To be honest I prefer the classic cars, eg 1980s, although they do lack realism if u look at them too much. The new trucks are getting more realistic but are 6 studs wide.
  19. Nice building copmike. It looks very good inbetween CC and GG. Would be nice to see the inside!
  20. Fantastic video. You should do more of these :) Really neat train mocs.
  21. perhaps you guys could send me some info on your cities? Cheers
  22. 50% off. Not bad at that price but the original price was too expensive.
  23. Me too. Triplets? :D
  24. The crane is by far my favourite. Really nice :)
