Eh? How could you not know what your action was? That makes no sense! Your arguements comprise of "Lies. Lies. Lies.". I have no reason to trust you. I believe Madame Kingston is correct about you torturing someone on night one. I have gone over everything and you have the most against you. I have consulted many people on this and most agree. Don't try to pin it on Rocky only. The thing is, I have talked to many people before coming to this conclusion. Including the investigator. Also, Rocky was suspicious of you shortly after he contacted you. To be honest, I agree with him. I presented the bit which convinced him to vote for you. I have no reason to suspect Rocky, whereas you I do. Also, I don't think Rocky ever did form an alliance with anyone (Except me). Finally he did not origally suspect you.

I am sorry but I can't convict Bulltoad yet. He did use something on you which I have revealed in private Madame Kingston. Even if he is hallowed there is a bigger threat. On night two Madame Kingston sent me her foe glass. The foe glass tells me if anyone uses a night action on me if they have malicious intents. So yes I know who blocked me. I did not know who investigated me until they contacted me privately as the investigator did not have malicious intents. However I was told who tortured me; Nene Grandstaff. I am convinced she is hallowed for the following reasons: -She tortures. Does that sound like something an innocent would do? -Shortly after she contacted me. She must have forgotten that the foe glass only shows me foes so she asked me to reveal the investigator. Wanting to get rid of him/her. -She claimed that I was the first she tortured. Madame Kingston has told me that a blocker was tortured the first night. Therefore Nene is a lier. -She has started the voting twice now: -She trying to throw suspicion on people to me in private. -She first contacted me, saying that Rocky was forming an alliance of innocents and is therefore hallowed. She then said she was trying to form an alliance of innocents. -Yesterday, I noted that I now find someone relatively innocent. Thinking I was an investigator she tried to find out how I knew that. -She stated to me in private that she would investigate Rocky, knowing I would have no way of telling. Unfortunetly she didn't think that I would find out she chose me instead. -She first claimed to be the investigator, knowing I could not tell. I don't believe for one moment that she didn't know that she only found out night actions. -She wants to torture Bulltoad tonight if he is not voted off. If Bulltoad is A)Innocent then Nene would simply say he is a killer or B)Hallowed Nene would say nothing unusual. -She TORTURES!! She is a LIER!! -I let slip to Bulltoad that Nene was an investigator yesterday, yet she did not die. This means either A)Bulltoad is innocent or B)They're both hallowed. I know that some of you don't trust me and I admit I haven't exactly been a model innocent. This time though I am sure. Many of you also suspect Nene as well. I am convinced that she is hallowed now and would prefer to vote out her. This has put a target on my back but please look over my points and if you don't want to vote for her, then argue them. This is our best option today I think. I was not going to reveal this but I'm not sure you'd agree otherwise. Hah, you are a lier! You have tried to manipulate me! He was trying to save me from giving my arguement! Why would you lie to me in private? Or do you not remember that you also were trying to make a little group of townies? I admit that I was not going to act against you but when I found out that you lied to me, well that's the last straw. You are hallowed and a lier!

Voting Tournament of Retribution Voting
Lord Arjay replied to Commodore Hornbricker's topic in Pirate MOCs
3 points to Fugazi 2 points to Cpt. Thomas Foolery 2 points to Oky Wan Kenobi -
*Kicks Jingle* Anyway, I have a few suspicions but am currently waiting on confirmation about something before I reveal them...
-
That's backwards logic. I agree it is a possibility but I think it would be all to easy to let Bulltoad of the hook because someone who highly suspected him was attacked. After all, if you were in his shoes and a hallowed wouldn't you want to get rid of a nuisance sooner rather than later? Also would the investigator whom used truth potoin on him me please contact me, so that we can work together to take out the hallowed. Now, I think it would be best to try and decide who is a hallowed before the voting starts. So that we do not end up in the same mess as yesterday when accusations were flying everywhere just before the days end. What do you think?
-
Thanks for your concern. I must remember to see the nurse about it. Mostly mental scars, it does make me wonder if it was the same person to torture Malleus yesterday though...
-
Oh thanks for the review. It served as a handy reminder that I'd forgotten to pick up mine. Anyway, it's a nice little set. A cheap way to get the Woody minifigure and the pieces are all very useable.
-
Lucky. I can't say G'day without sounding like a prat. Looks great with the toys, you should build a chemist next because I say so.
-
Huzzah! No new deaths last night. Well done to Miss Kingston on surviving an attack by the Hallowed. Did you catch a glimpse of your attacker? It is worrying that a Dementor is still hanging around though. Now then, last night I was stupefied, again. I was also tortured by someone to reveal my night actions and investigated by an investigator. Quite a busy night. Who should we go for today then?
-
Boo, more toys!!! Anyway, very nice little MOC "lightningtiger" very similar to the referance pic. I like the bright colour scheme you have chosen. Suggestion, maybe you could add a flag on the roof from the picture? Or a crate outside?

It seems the day will end without a conviction. Ah well. Maybe my logic is flawed. I never considered the fact that someone could control two votes. I've already said that and was told I was assuming to much. I don't think that list holds any value, much like my previous list. It is possible that one of the Hallowed, knowing that Angela was innocent refused to vote for her. What? There are several flaws here. Firstly you forget Loki Mafloy, second why on earth would I try to get rid of my fellow skytherin if I knew that they would be innocent and I would be left as the guilty one. Thirdly your list is based on those who vote with no evidence to back it up. Why should those who take action be punished? Finally I argued against Harriet because I knew we will end up in the same place tommorow and Harriet was the safest option. Miss Kingston brought up Bulltoad not me. We shall see what the night holds then. Also Xander is from Gryffindor not Ravenclaw.
-
What? How could you not know what the spell you have does?? And how did you gain it? Isn't that what Francis did? Please be truthful, this is how Angela went down.
-
Bulltoad seems to have avoided answering this question. I suspect him and if I could I would vote for him. I'd like to urge those who went for Harriet to switch and vote out him. It is important we reach a majority and I think this is the best option now.
-
This is the third person to gain a vote and the days end draws near. Well I'd suggest not adding anyone else so we have three possibilities: Harriet Pewter Desiree Jackson Bulltoad I am sure one of these people is a Hallowed as we must have some correct info. I am not convinced about Jackso to be honest and I would not suggest voting her out yet. Miss Kingston makes a good point and his defence did catch my eye (yet I was focused on Harriet), it seems a little odd. I still suspect that Harriet controls the secret vote though. In the end I doubt both are Hallowed but as much as I distrust Harriet I agree that Bulltoad is the better option. Here is his defence for convinience:
-
Haha cat crap! It is odd how they cannot stomach frogs yet they eat cat waste without a problem. Skalldyr, great comic! I laughed at everything blowing up. Very funny.
-
I'd have to third the motion. I appreciate that Dragonator may have difficulty finding a computer but if he can only post once every two (game) days then you shouldn't deny the opportunity to someone who can be more active.
-
What? I thought I'd explained myself here: You misunderstand my intention. I am trying to find the person who did vote out Angela but in secret. That is the purpose of my list. I do not have a second vote at all. I was told the name of one person and whenever I see that person vote, I must also vote the same as that person. I do not automatically vote, it's up to me to make sure I vote whenever the person controling my vote does. I don't really know how to explain it further. Maybe if you do not understand then you could ask me in private, as I have already requested. That is my point. It is not hard evidence no but it may be useful. I thought I laid out my reasoning but some don't understand. Maybe again then: I think that whoever controls the secret vote is hallowed. It would make sense. None of those who voted in public could control the secret vote. I doubt those who defended Angela cast the secret vote. I have reason to believe they are innocent anyway. That leaves us with three people. By process of elimination one of them must control the secret vote. Harriet never reveals her opinions (there is no excuse here) so it would fit if she did not reveal her vote as well. Perhaps that is why she does not reveal any opinions? She seems to be the best choice as no-one has brought up better options. I cannot vote for her unless the one who controls my vote also does. I have always thought that voting was important yet apart from Desiree I can't see anything better being brought up. I am not insisting she be voted out. I am trying to find our best options for today, Harriet Pewter is at the top of my list. Any more questions? I'd thank you all to stop refering to me as a "he" aswell.

Obviously there are Hallowed among the crossed out names. Yet I was looking for the one who has a mystery vote and in that case the only one I could possibly be wrong about is Crudo Alakhazam. Who I forgot to cross out anyway. Maybe Brigelda as well but I'm don't think so. I am sure that at least one of those people not crossed out owns the mystery vote and is therefore a Hallowed, there is more against Harriet than anyone else. Of course this is just how I interpret it. One last point. The day is quickly nearing its end and we are no further forward. So if we do vote someone off,(which I think we should) then we must decide soon.
-
Well you have stated your suspicions, though I was only going at Harriet as we had no better options. Maybe this will change your mind? We know that someone cast a mystery vote yesterday against Angela. This person must be a Hallowed as otherwise there would be no reason to hide your own vote. So let's see if we can find this person then: ADHO15 badboytje88 Burman CallMePie Forresto Inconspicuous ILikePi Lord Arjay Matn Millacol88 Oky Wan Kenobi Roncanator sok117 YG-49 Big Cam Dragonator Escape The Fate Eskallon JimButcher professor Flitwick Shadows iamded WhiteFang Zepher First we cross out those who are dead/no longer with us. Then those who voted for Angela. Next those who were not around at the time. Finally I would assume that those who defended Angela would not vote for her, I've reason to believe they are innocent anyway. So we are left with our charms teacher, Sheila from Ravenclaw and Harriet. I think Crudo would have voted for her also if he wasn't busy. Suddenly there are not many possibilitys are there? I feel the remaining two should be looked into but currently I suspect Harriet more. This is everything I have so I leave it up to others to decide. (Sorry for using players names, I didn't have the time to use the character names. )
-
You make good points but the day ticks by and I don't see any better options. It's low risk option. We have no solid evidence as of yet which makes this harder. I'm sure that you are busy but you have proven that you can talk unlike Jingle. You can give your opinions on things, who you find suspicious, what did you think of Angela. That is why you're unhelpful; everything you say does not hold any value. It is all: "Sorry I'm Late!!" then "No not ____" and finally "I wonder why ____??". This is not helpful. I doubt you lack an opinion on things yet you instead choose to have formulaic speeches. Even your defence follows this guideline without the "No not ___" part. Rocky says you were out and about. Maybe you should explain that? I'm sorry if you are innocent but you are our safest bet as we will not lose any important opinions to our discussion. Please note. It's not the inactiveness that makes her a suspect but her willingly not helping. Those are some good deductions Miss Ching. We should see what she has to say for herself.
-
Not at all. It is merely a possibility that we could perhaps look into. I'd suggest following another path for now though. You misunderstand me. I meant what if the Hallowed's killer gains attributes from his/her victim? As we have seen that the Hallowed snatched the book that Francis was studying. It would not be too much of a strech to consider that the Death's Hallowed who killed Brandon gained the ability to control Cuddles. I mean, someone must have control over Cuddles now. To be honest I agree with you on this. It is important that we do vote seeing as that is the best way to root out the Hallowed. You seem to think that way aswell yet you are scared to bring attention to yourself in a negative light if you started a vote for an innocent. Whoops. Not my fault though. I am pretty sure a lot of people were up to things last night. This is the unfortunate situation we appear to be in right now. Everything is sketchy. So, I think it best that we do continue to vote but I am unsure who to go for. The only people I would consider right now are Jingle and Harriet. At first I just wanted to get Harriet to be more helpful but I am getting suspicious of her the more I think about it. Maybe we should go for her unless something else comes up? Simply because: -She has proven that she can talk so no excuses there. -When she does talk it's mainly comprised of "No not ____!" and a question that does not help us. -She talks in the midst of the Angela dilemma, what does she contribute to that? Nothing! I must ask myself, why not? -If you think, then she is actually helping the Hallowed. Not voting is one of the best outcomes they can hope for as they can kill yet another innocent and the next day everyone will be stuck in the same position. -If she is Hallowed then we got one! Great! -If she is innocent then sure it is sad but what do we lose? We lose someone who does not contribute. We thin our numbers yes but will it affect us greatly? Probably not seeing as we still greatly outnumber the Hallowed and we can afford a little collateral damage. In the long run it will help us to get rid of her more than hinder us. -As I have said voting her of will help us gain more knowledge that we can use tomorrow. Unlike Miss (Mrs?) Bathory I am not afraid to bring myself to the foreground. Especially seeing that everyone else is shy about voting. Voting out Harriet is our safest bet at the moment and no-one else has gathered enough against anyone else. That is all I have to say for now.

Tournament of Retribution II - entry
Lord Arjay replied to Captain Green Hair's topic in Pirate MOCs
Great entry Blue Hair! I love Joeys mad way to open the safe, though I'm suprised anyone managed to get past the first round. Anyway nice idea, well done. -
Yay, it's Aalak! Nice entry you meany crab, nice idea with the frog bomb. Though it has been previously established that some Bluecoats are immune to the taste of.... Quiet! Anyway great entry and good luck with the contest.

Well then, we have heard what our dear librarian has to say. So now I think we should look at the options available. 1)We could not attempt a vote. I personally think this is a bad idea as not much has changed. 2)We do vote out someone. Obvious but who? Currently this is my thinking: ~We could vote out Harriet Pewter who is willingly unhelpful and rarely speaks. Not too big a los if she is innocent. She is more of a liability than anything. ~We could follow any of Madame Kingstones suggestions. That triggers more options: -Vote out Todd Bulltoad. Madame Kingstone has evidence against him. It is also a possibility that he has an important action for the innocents. So a bit of a double edged knife here. -Vote out Sicilia Bathory. Her actions are a bit suspicious I admit. Yet I would not feel comfortable voting her out for that. -Vote out Eloquence Malleus. She has given us information which may or may not be true. For now I am willing to believe her though. ~We could vote out Jingle. Purely because he has not done anything to raise suspicions because he has done nothing at all. I know it cannot be helped but he is still another liability. Also, going on what Miss (Mrs?) Malleus has said I would believe that there are 5 Hallowed among us. This seems a bit few but it's possible. I should think that at least one Hallowed dwells among the faculty, being able to deceive Eloquence. Could that mean that there is one Hallowed within each house? If that was the case then we could vote of someone in the Ravenclaw house as there are only two members left and I have reason to believe that Valerie is innocent. We would then be left with Sheila who has not raised any alarm bells with me. So unless someone has any more evidence then these are our best options for today, I'll leave you to decide what to do as I have no other ideas.

I've been thinking about this. Coulld it be possible that certain possesions or attributes of any one of us are given to someone after death? If so that would mean that a Hallowed now controls Cuddles. It would also suggest that the Hallowed who killed Francis has now gained a book that furthers his/hers killing ability. Or am I overthinking this?
