Nope I think it was Blue Hair. He's used that on almost all redcoats during the tournament of retribution.

Agreed. Yet it was nt flawless, the main problem for me being the Rainbow Daleks working with inferior species. Surely they would just externimate everyone? I'll post more in-depth later.
