  1. Exactly why are we voting Stash again? The fact that an investigator (who was likely recruited) investigated him? Or that he drew attention to himself yesterday for perfectly valid reasons? The arguement against him seems to be non-existant at best. Since the person who investigated him appears to have become part of the mafia, wouldn't it be wiser to try and find out who was likely to investigate Stash? I recall a couple of people voicing thier suspicions of him in fact Thomas Bricks even suggested that he would be a good investigation target! Isn't it then possible he was in fact an investigator? Not to mention how he apparently suspected anyone who could have even been considered as a conviction target. If my memory serves me correctly he was flailing quite wildly yesterday. All in all, Mr Bricks seems more likely to be scum than the stylist. I am aware that he is indisposed and my arguement has less value because of it. What I'm saying though is that there is pratically no reason for all this suspicion over Stash. I will of course vote for him if someone brings up something more than "scum were in his house!!!!" but right now I'm not seeing it.
  2. It's clear that we must destroy all suitcase retailers then! I'm glad that no-one was killed last night, thought it seems as though both mafias have doubled in number. At least, they attempted to. Unforunetly we don't appear to have any leads as to who the scum are. I certainly don't anyway.
  3. Some people are so thoughtless.
  4. Happy Birthday Everyone!
  5. If that's what he's doing he's rather foolish. Especially considering the mafia need to kill each other as well as the town to win: So clearly if an alliance was his intention, it would obviously not work.
  6. I don't think Erik King is scum, his theories only actually point to him being town. For example, he speculated that the mafia were working together. Of course that is nonsense but if he were scum why exactly would he bring it up? If he were scum he'd know it to be untrue, so I don't see any point in suggesting it. Unless of course, they are working together, in which case he is most certainly scum. I doubt it though. Anyway, none of my suspicions warrant a vote for now. I don't really think anyone out of the candidates (so far) are particularly scummy at this point.
  7. Thanks for the review! The interior is certainly the best part of this set to me and the new minifgures/owls are lovely. I agree about Aragog, not good at all. The price is too high for me though so I probably won't be getting this anyway.
  8. Well, I'm certianly going to vote today, there are a few people who've caught my attention. It is suprising how many people suspect Officer King but I'm more suprised at how many people quickly defend him. I agree about Dillard, though I don't see why Mrs Boy is suspicious. I can't imagine a member of the mafia outright accusing someone like that. Yes but scum would be equally (maybe moreso) happy to be cleared, that way they can be free of suspicion. Also, someone whom is innocent wouldn't need to ask to be investigated. I know I'm innocent but there's not much reason for me to ask for investigation. Still as I say, I'm simply making fuss over nothing. Hardly warrants a vote regardless. Well, this is a gutsy move. He surely does stand out and say odd things, not sure I think it's suspicious. I agree with you about the need for action though. It's very unlikely we will get evidence from the mafia picking us off at night one by one. I should also mention I suspect Mr Bricks, though it's just a general distrust.
  9. He's only said two things. Forgive me for my blindness but where has he put the blame on anyone? The only suspicious thing I see about him is asking to be investigated. Though you didn't mention that. Could you point out where he puts the blame on others?
  10. I disagree, while it's true that we most likely will not vote out anyone, there is no reason to not try. We may be fortunate and one of the scum makes a mistake. Does anyone else think this is quite a wierd thing to say? Almost as though you want to be investigated straight away and then cleared, because you know that you will be immune to any investigation. Blah, forgive me. I'm rather paraniod, probably jumping at shadows. This on the other hand is extremly odd. You seem sincere, why do you suspect him? I highly doubt that we would be told that there is two mafia when infact there is only one. In regards to voting, it is inevitable that some innocents will fall while we rid the mafia from our town. Eventually we will have to take the first step in defeating them.
  11. My, my this is dissapointing news. Even after all we went through two families are still around, the thought of it sickens me. I suppose we should start by seeing if anyone has anything to go on. I don't find it likely but you never know.
  12. I have recieved my PM. Sig being updated.
  13. "What's that you say? The mafia are here to stay? I'll make them pay.." said Mr Jay. I am Mr Ari Jay (pronounced Aree) your local mortician, in fact I'm your only mortician! Business recieved quite the boom recently and what with this new activity we are embarking on the upward trend can only continue. Arharhar! The man in black still thinks he was right... I never did like the look of that Douglas-Home...
  14. I'm still following these, they never fail to amuse me. Being a fan of the series itself it's nice to see the iconic villians and machines portrayed (very well) in LEGO form. Actually I thought they were stickers.
  15. Intresting topic. I shall have to come out of lurk-mode and give my opinion (for what it's worth). I am of the same mind, I liked it in Hogwarts Mafia but I don't think it's something that should be repeated every game. Simply because there are only so many roles that can be included in a game. With many blockers/protectors/killing roles it would be a tricky balancing act in order to prevent the game being won solely through the night part regardless of what happens in the votings. As for what I'd like to see, it would be nice if future hosts could continue to introduce new things. Upon browsing the wiki there are still a few roles yet to appear in a mafia game here.
  16. Intresting... I'd like to play. As far as my experiance goes I played in the PoP mini-mafia where I died in a mad suicide attempt to kill the host. (If it improves my chances, the host of that game was Shadows though ) My first proper online mafia game was Hogwarts, in which I made it to the end and won. I'm now eager to play in another.
  17. This is great fun! I've found all except number two now. Gah, it's so hard. I'm sure that there's something blatantly obvious in the clue that I'm somehow missing. Anyway, I managed to stumble onto one which has yet to be revealed. I think the clue to the one I found will be quite simple to a lot of people, whereas others will struggle with it. Ingenious hiding place I might add.
  18. Seems I'm late, oh. I hope you had a happy birthday anyway and from the looks of it you did.
  19. Very nice Eichhorn, you've captured the slave 1 well in midi scale. The colours are very accurate to the official model and the tail gun section is cleverly built. Well Done!
  20. I forgot that I'd told you that I trusted ILikePi the most out of the suspects. I didn't actually turn, as in I was never properly offered to join the hallowed. I just realised that Loki was innocent and that Inky and Whitefang were not. So I voted him. Yeah, that was just to make sure that the hallowed would go after me the next day. It also added a little backstory which I always think is nice. I have a couple. -How was it decided what items I would get when I stole from someone? Was it a pre-determined list based on importance or something? -In the same thought, how did Cuddles/Dementors chose their victims? Was it completely random or chosen by the master? I also remember you saying that you had planned up to day twelve for the subtitles, could we see them.
  21. At least I wasn't set on fire! Seriously, you played very well. Only a few things made me figure you out over the course of the game. One thing that springs to mind is that when voting of an innocent you were reluctant and held back until you see good reasoning. But when we started to vote out hallowed your entire manner changed and you voted for them quite easily. By the finak day I knew you were hallowed, I even considered contacting you about it! I told you the whole way through not to trust him! I did notice, eventually. I do remember asking later if "that was a hidden message" but maybe you didn't notice. I wish you had recruited me though, I wanted to back-stab the innocents the whole way through. For example, during day six, towards the end I start expressing doubts on Matn's guilt. Not real doubts but I was going to cause a split vote. Then the next day I said "I have neglected to mention" deliberately neglected I may add. I didn't believe Whitefang's excuse but I used the foe-glass to prove that Dragonator had to be the killer, even though I knew he wasn't. I wasn't going to though because I was holding out for an offer. Then on the final day, I spent the whole time saying I distrusted Inky and Whitefang (in public and private) then did a complete u-turn and voted for ILikePi! The post before I had said that Whitefang had to be the killer. Also my trust levels of Shadows seemed to switch between days. Millacol and sok: In a funny coincidence both of these two came to me at the same time expressing distrust of each other. Naturally I spent day three making it worse, planning to take sides with whoever had more on the other. Unfortunetly Millacol was that person. I didn't guess you were impartial too until the end of the day, you should have told me! The hallowed did very well in the game, all your complex claims were thought out quite well and the team backstabbing threw me for a while. Well done. Here's my role:
  22. What an amazing end to an amazing mafia game. And I survived! Thank you so much for doing this Sandy, it has been an exceptional ride. I was so thrilled when I so my name on the list and I couldn't be happier that this game has served as an introduction to online mafia gaming. Everything about it, the sets, the narrative, all of your effort has really paid off. Aww, shucks. Thank you for the compliment, it means a lot coming from a veteran such as yourself. I'll give a more detailed explenation of all my plans later as I need some rest but I'll give you a brief look at what I intended. First, I needed knowledge and allies. Knowledge was easy to get. Allies was more difficult, when your impartial the basic role is that you are on your own. The innocents could be open and gain allies that way and the hallowed were a group. So I went around so that I could be investiagted, bring attention to myself and investigators would check on me. It worked, then I had to make sure the hallowed wouldn't get me. So I brought suspicion onto myself until they couldn't resist and attacked me, I knew iamded would let slip my impartiality and then everyone would lose suspicion. That wasn't enough, they needed to trust me blindly so I set about getting out the hallowed who I was sure about. Then at the last moment I would turn and make sure not to vote out a hallowed and the game would be won. I figured Whitefang and Inky, Shadows I had a distrust for so the safest option was to go for ILikePi. I did consider going against the hallowed, I would have still won. But in the end the evil Arjay came out I guess.
  23. I love it. It's similar enough to the original but doesn't lose the look of a modular building. The colour on the interior is really nice and you've made great use of the golden minifig keychain. Well Done!
  24. HEY! I've not said my bit on her yet! As I was going to say, today we have three options: Loki, Valerie and Hearth. It is still possible that Hearth is being truthful, if she is then voting her out could result in all of our deaths. Anyway, just because Loki says something doesn't make it true. Her story seems true to me as it is a bit spectacular. A hallowed would surely make a more believable claim. One such as Loki's perhaps... It really is a question of trust, out of Loki and Valerie one is hallowed. If Valerie is hallowed then so is Hearth, if Loki is hallowed I would look to Malleus. It's hard for me to believe Loki over someone who's votes have been consistantly correct and helpful. Also, Longbottom suspected Loki yesterday, now he is dead. I am not too sure of this one but it seems like the best option. Vote: Loki Malfoy/ILikePi Sorry Loki. Also, Loki said this: Anyone who says that classicly do have something to hide. You wouldn't say it otherwise. Oh and here's proof that Longbottom suspected Loki: I think we should honour him by voting for the person he suspected most (of those who remain).
  25. So, you protected me on night 6? If this is true Madame Hearth is the hallowed killer.
