MOC: Blind man

Recommended Posts

Nice use of the Scout's head. The only thing turning me off from this is the cut whip.:tongue:

Great idea!

like the use of the whip, but it does look weird cut. It looks a lot better then the harpoon I've been using for a leash. I might use this if I can get it so the whip isn't cut. How did you secure it to his hand without the handle?

Do you have any other glasses? I've never seen any blind person with goggles where I live.(some people who have to wear normal glasses sometimes have to wear goggles over them, though)

How did you secure it to his hand without the handle?

He attatched the whip to the dog, using the stud on it's back.

The lead would've looked odd at full length, it would've been far too long which is why I cut it down. It's simply resting in his hand.

Using the whip was the only way I could think of as a lead.

Goggles are used occasionally in the UK, had I used smaller glasses it wouldn't have been recognisable as a blind man

Nice idea 'escortmad79' - great little MOC there - But don't the dogs have a like a little what could be termed as a horses blanket on it's back.

True on the dog lead - Lego should really do something about it.

Now the glasses vs. goggles - some blind people do wear very large wrap around spec's so either would do.

I'm a conformist! ! :sweet:

Could try one of these for the dog coat, in orange but not sure it would fit across the width of the dogs body plus you wouldn't be able to attach the lead to the stud either with that fitted
