  1. How can i create a baseplate in Lego Digital Designer
  2. (I've put this in Town because I wasn't sure where else to put it.) So I'm trying to assemble a 64x32 layout around standard 32x32 baseplates, and (long story) I have a left-over 48x48 light bley baseplate that I can't see any immediate use for. I know this will offend purists, but I'm wondering if it might be easier (and cheaper) to cut the 48x48 into a 32x48 and a 16x48, and then cut the latter into a 16x32 and leftover 16x16. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions as to how to go about this? All of the joins will be covered, but they will be adjacent to other baseplates so there can't be any scope for overlap. Does anyone have any ideas?
  3. ...with only a gun & a small saber, unable to escape. And eventually, he starved & dehydrated to death! A very simple vignette using the 'island' baseplate!
  4. Hello Eurobrickers! and short
  5. I have a type of tiles mosaic buildt on a 48x48 But now moved it onto a bigger solution with 4 32x32 plates in square form. In LDD The moving of the mosaic went well. Since i planned to make it bigger i neede to spit mosaic up. I removed the baseplaes to make it easier to do the box select. But when i try to move the baseplates back, it is no longer an option to put it under the tiles again. I tried the other way around but same happends.(moved mosaic, put the baseplate back in position and tried to put mosac on top of it.) Have other seen this or have a solution ?
  6. I saw this in the shop yesterday, with the new "Classic'' branding. The 60% price hike is a bit of a bummer, but it looks like it's Bright Green now?? http://shop.lego.com/en-US/Green-Baseplate-10700
  7. My today experiment. Using old 720p LCD TV as video (animation) baseplate. This may damage the TV so please try at your own risk. Using 4K OLED TV for best result.
  8. So with the white baseplate being released, I can’t help but remember that when the blue one released the tan one vanished. And blue is currently out of stock on Shop@Home. Can we expect the blue baseplate to be retired?
