Future LEGO experience centre in Billund, Denmark
Skyhopper replied to Fugazi's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I believe this is related to this subject http://www.designboom.com/architecture/newsflash-big-to-design-lego-museum/ As an architect myself, i´m very excited about this and hope you all already seen BIGs old lego-projekt! http://big.dk/#projects-lego -

I´m so behind in picking up the latest releases. So as a strictly OT collector these rumors sound very promising. Just that I´m very divided on if the sailbarge becomes a budget version. Good for my economy, bad as I don’t want a trend that Lego is making already existing models worse!

Just read on a swedish lego-forum that someone had a sneak peak i the retail catalogue for 2013 (release June?) and found this: - Jabba sailbarge, 5-6 minifigs, at least jabba and a blue figure. The construction seemed narrower, less round and "a lot uglier" than 6210. -AT-TE, 4-5 minifigs - Republic gunship, 4-5 minifigs Anyone else heard anything about this? A new sailbarge sounds promising but I rather would had a moss eisley bar scene or an ewok village! link for them how can understand Swedish! http://www.swebrick.se/index.php?topic=3840.30

Post your general LEGO Star Wars questions here
Skyhopper replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Well, now I was thinking of buying the LEGO Star Wars Character Encyclopedia. Is it worth the money and is it for any use? (maybe for the celebration Han-minifig!) -
When I read the rumors about a new Yoda hut I got so excited, and I´m still hopping for such a release in 2013! With a new OT yoda and a dirty R2!

I have a question about minifigs. I´m wondering if someone have a good way of index one´s minifigs? I have tried brickset and minifigs.nl but if you a simpler way to make for example a wanted list, it would be great. I´m only collecting OT and are right now constructing some display stands, one for the good and one for the evil! -
Thank you. It already feels a bit like "coming home" when I browse around in the forum seeing so much dedication and love for some plastic!

What're your favorite and least favorite Star Wars minifigures?
Skyhopper replied to Darthking623's topic in LEGO Star Wars
My favorite Star Wars character has always been the royal guards. Never doing anything but still looking real fearsome. I think the Lego adoption is made very well. I think I like the cleaner minifigs a bit more than for example the new Gamorrean Guard, that look to much of an "action toy" (But on the other hand I am very impressed with the new boba) My point is that I think Lego is right balancing on how far the minifigs should develop in terms of details and they started to go too far in some cases, loosing the "lego feeling" -
Thank you! I´m located in Malmö.

Thanks a lot. I thought this site would be full of Swedes! Everyone I talk to seems to agree that Lego is a big part of their childhood. I still have my old classic parts at my parent’s house, would love to take it home but then I need a bigger apartment!

Stupid question maybe. But how well spread is this retail catalogue? I just thinking that it is strange that no photos from it have been shown. Just look at a Mac site and you can find photos from the factory where they making their iphones all the time! And that’s a simple telephone, this so much more important!

Hi I have been reading in the forum for a while (mainly in the star wars section) but now when my collection is getting bigger and I´m seriously considering making some dioramas from the OT movie, I wanted to join in the discussions. I find the level of discussion appealing and the serious tone of the site a real plus. So you will find me in the star wars treads about minifigs, dioramas and photography. Best regards Skyhopper

New member here and fairly new on collecting Lego Star Wars. I have a laser cutter at work and have planned for a long time to make a display case for my minifigs. The display still need paint (can´t decide on gray or white) but I´m happy with result so far.
