  1. Thought I'd make a thread to store all of my Marvel minifigs in. I've been inspired by a lot of different people, so I apologise if I've blatantly copied one of your customs. Please leave a comment, I'd love to hear your feedback! Wiccan Gambit The Fantastic Four. The torsos are Decool, except I rounded the shoulders off with a file. Johnny Storm/The Human Torch Red Hulk and Grey Hulk. Both Decool. WWII Captain America. Accessories made by BrickForge. Dr Strange (WIP) The Bombastic Bag-Man Obadiah Stane/The Iron Monger (comic version) Iron Lad Arnim Zola (WIP) Black Widow (movie Avengers version) Professor X Loki (movie Avengers version) Nick Fury and Maria Hill Agents of SHIELD: Coulson's team. (Larger image here.) Deathlok (Agents of SHIELD) Hawkeye (movie Avengers version) Cable and Deadpool MODOK and an AIM Soldier She-Hulk Colossus The Punisher Captain Stacy Hulkling Matt Murdock/Daredevil. My personal favourite superhero and custom. Daredevil is printed by a fantastic customiser who I'm not sure I'm allowed to name. That's all for round one! Hope you guys enjoyed it.
  2. http://www.aliexpress.com/
  3. Those prices are ludicrous.
  4. Awesome idea with the helmet!
  5. I just had a terrible thought. What if LEGO releases a Daredevil figure... as an SDCC exclusive?
  6. Decool is probably better in terms of printing detail, but Sheng Yuan is better in terms of printing quality and colouring. Decool has the weird pointy shoulders as well.
  7. Oh, that makes more sense then, I thought you were saying it looked like megablocks. I think you can say 'kickass'. EDIT: Yeah, kickass is allowed.
  8. Great start, but the arms need to be shorter too.
  9. I got my Savage mask stuck on my official Wolvie head unfortunately. I think they're all too tight. 7 months later I managed to get it off but the head was too mangled from all my attempts at removing the helmet.
  10. I don't mind scalpers, and I don't mind investors, but I hate it when LEGO does exclusive figures like the SDCC Super Heroes figs. It's not like LEGO's doing it for the kids, since any parent is going to sell the figure if they win, and they're definitely not doing it for the fans, since they only make a couple of hundred and that's it. The only people benefited by the exclusive figures are the scalpers.
  11. Agreed. I hate LEGO a little bit more every time they do one of those godawful raffles.
  12. Wolverine looks great, nice head choice. I also used a Brickforge Savage mask, and I recommend cutting off the chin-strap. It looks much nicer.
  13. The Chopper one is much better, as I think they based Wolvie's head on Hugh Jackman's likeness. The newer one is more cartoony. I can't find anyone selling the old one by itself on Bricklink though :(
  14. You really didn't need a separate thread for this.
  15. I always order two lots with Decool in case there are printing errors. Also want to know this.
  16. I love how the tone of the movie contrasts with the idea of Duplo. Awesome job.
  17. Thank you! Your HulkBuster is great, if anything it could use a bit more bulk on the arms and legs.
  18. So with this announcement, a LEGO Marvel 2 can't be far off, right guys? ...Right?
  19. Yup, they're available to purchase now. Personally I'll wait and see if Sheng Yuan does one.
  20. What are your favourites? I can't find any recent recommendations. Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.
  21. In case you guys didn't see it in the Licenced forum, here's my attempt at a Professor X wheelchair. My main priority was making sure that when placed next to a regular figure Xavier wouldn't be taller. It's not perfect, since I haven't been able to figure out how to get the wheels to spin, but I'm pretty happy with it. (Wolverine for scale.)
  22. I also recently had a go at making a wheelchair for Professor X. My main priority was making sure that when placed next to a regular figure Xavier wouldn't be taller. It's not perfect, since I haven't been able to figure out how to get the wheels to spin, but I'm pretty happy with it. (Wolverine for scale.)
