wow amazing review as usual, very detailed, fantastic pics frankly, i cannot afford it, for that budget i would buy another set And anyway, i still have Starbrick's B-bomber to build, so i guess it will cost a lot of money, i'm saving for this one but in the future, I love to build just the counter with the minifigs and just 1 booth with Han and Greedo, I guess it would be that expensive just for that (maybe a bit for the minifigs) with the spaceport, the diorama would be totally crazy https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-41406/ZeRadman/mos-eisley-spaceport-from-a-new-hope-1977

[MOC] [INSTRUCTIONS] UCS Tantive IV - CR-90 Corvette
macaron35 replied to Kit Bricksto's topic in LEGO Star Wars
how much did the parts cost you ? thanks -
same here and even if I have the money, i'm not sure I will have the space for it maybe i'll build just the bar counter and i'll buy the minifig for the fun to recreate this scene otherwise i'll prefer to save $350 to get many other sets

Hello, after a long hesitation and with patience, i finally found my AT-AT (75288), i almost built a MOC one, but hopefully TLG released the set i was looking for to go with it i needed a snowspeeder, i ended up ordering the 20th anniversary one for 40 euros... now to complete the stage, i need an AT-ST any MOC or mod from an official set to recommend me ? thanks a lt
-
is the AT-ST from brickvault better than the 75153 or the raider one ? it already has 2 seated pilots
-
by replacing colored parts by grey parts ? isn't the mando-raider identical to the 75153 ?
-
the legs seem fragile should i go for the 75153 as advised by Mandalorianknight ?
-
yes, that's my concern i was thinking about the moc from Gol (the chicken walker 3.0) but i don't really like the legs but the junction between the head and legs is nice
-
I really want to keep the MF flat to recreate a scene with the imperial army and shuttle with the emperor and Vader that's why i am not planning on getting the stand but once the MF stagged, it won't move again at all

or should i go for the 75049 and replace some grey/white parts by the orange one to get an appropriate size compared the AT-AT ? -

i agree with you, the AT-AT is a bit undersized but the 75259 snowspeeder is more detailed than the 75268, that's why i am hesitating -

needing a piece of advice I just got the latest AT-AT do you think the anniversary snowspeeder (75259) would be a good fit with this AT-AT in terms of size ? thanks -
I built a MOC of Kylo Ren's shuttle last year but the instructions were not very clear and I missed some steps Thinking about buying the official set (75256) and eventually modding it with parts from the MOC...
-
I have to re-do the back of my MF :( I recently moved and as I modded the engine, the back was a bit more fragile. After moving carefully the set, the back of the MF fell down and I lost some pieces. Now I have to check the building instructions and redo the steps to build the back and make the bottom hold to the rest... Moving the MF is definitely a risky thing. Unfortunately, we are moving again next year to another house, so I don't if I should wait until next year or rebuild the back now and think about a more secure method to move the set

It's been months since i bought a lego set, i was a bit broke... Just ordered the newest AT-AT 75288 :) can't wait to receive it
