The first one is a microfigure, the trophy that the minifigure is holding is a nanofigure. There's no rumors for a traditional Super Mario CMF yet, there definitely won't be one this year.

Not to be that guy but I'm assuming when you say "Koopa Kids" you mean the Koopalings, of which there are 7 (Larry, Morton, Wendy, Iggy, Roy, Lemmy, and Ludwig), Larry is the only one who has been in a set so far. Boom Boom isn't one of them (neither is Pom Pom), and he's actually as old as the Koopalings themselves - they were both introduced in Super Mario Bros. 3 in 1988. Pom Pom is a newer addition and first appeared in Super Mario 3D Land in 2011. There's also Bowser Jr., who first appeared in Super Mario Sunshine in 2002, and he's been in a set too. He's not one of the Koopalings either, but he's replaced them in their role as Bowser's children (Nintendo doesn't consider the Koopalings to be Bowser's children anymore). Sorry for the tangent, I just really like this series lol

Yes, we're getting an unknown vehicle D2C at some point.

They could probably bulk Wrecker up a bit with some sort of armor piece, but I think he works fine as a normal minifig. -

Considering Lego always treats Catwoman as a villain I wouldn't be surprised if they do the same thing to Black Cat. -

With how much everyone here speculates/wishlists I'm surprised this doesn't happen more often, it's a big part of why the Star Wars threads are so heavily moderated. -

Sometimes I wonder if this game is ever going to come out... -
Huh, so the 4+ set isn't based on '66 after all, that was a wild ride. No interest in it since I already have all the minifigs and the builds aren't great. The '66 Batmobile looks fantastic though, I'm sold.

It depends on where you live, I think only Europe has that restriction.

If they don't want to see the mustache they shouldn't look so close

Don't count on Grievous in a CMF considering Lego always talks about how expensive his molds are and increases the set price by $15 lol -

I've thought for a while that if anything can carry a Star Wars CMF, it would be TCW (although with its popularity, a Mando CMF would probably sell like hotcakes too). There's plenty of characters/variants from the show that have never been made or desperately need an update, and its main cast consists of iconic characters from the rest of the PT (Anakin, Obi-Wan, Maul) or that have become iconic in their own right (Ahsoka, Rex), and of course the long requested P2 Cody is an easy inclusion there. A CMF strictly based on any of the trilogies or even single movies would just be retreading old ground, (realistically, they're not going to do a CMF entirely focused on characters we don't have since they're relatively obscure to the average consumer) and while some of us here might get excited over redone minifigs of the main characters decked out with all the bells and whistles minifigs can have, every non-Star Wars fan wouldn't see the point and just get angry over a "wasted CMF slot". -
Disney Properties 2021 - Rumors & Discussion
BigGuy4U replied to Captain Nemo's topic in LEGO Licensed
Wow, I'm really late on this. Nice to see the Disney theme is finally branching out past minidolls, there's a lot of potential there. It's a shame Disney is still mostly relegated to 4+ (yet Minions is allowed to have regular sets?) but hey, a much more affordable Goofy and a brand new Pluto, can't complain there. Hopefully they keep this going and add more properties. -

We already know we're getting multiple TCW sets this summer over a year after season 7 finished, the 501st BP and AAT both sold like hotcakes, not to mention we still got a handful of sets during the time period where the show was cancelled and didn't seem like it was coming back. I don't think Clone Wars sets are going away anytime soon. -
I'm also looking forward to them, it'll be cool to get some '66 figures and builds since the Batcave was too expensive for me. And honestly? I'm fine with how the theme is going right now. I know it's not the most popular stance here, but as far as DC goes I'm mainly a Batman fan, and I don't really care that much about the deep lore of the comics, give me BTAS any day. I've gotten pretty much all of the minifigs and builds I've wanted from this theme, now I'm just along for the ride.

So we're getting a 66 Batmobile in addition to the 4+ set with Batman and Joker?

Thanks for this, Lego Marvel fans are very chatty lol -
Actually having a decent amount of sets would be a good place to start lol

As far as I know the only confirmed figures are Batman and Joker. I think the possibility of a third one has been mentioned but I don't know for sure.

This set is amazing! The minifigs and the build itself are fantastic. Also nice to see that the leaked Piglet was assembled incorrectly and he has more accurately colored legs in the set. I'll definitely be picking this one up very soon.

I find it hard to believe Eeyore would get cut, he's one of the most iconic Pooh characters. (Granted, the cast isn't that large anyway, but still...)

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours
BigGuy4U replied to r4-g9's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I can only think of three possible reasons why Lego would do this: For environmental reasons To make it harder or impossible to find out what you're getting without buying it They didn't think this through and it's a completely arbitrary change We can probably rule out #3, so it's probably either #1 or #2 or a combination of the two. -
That's why I got it, I only wanted the new Penguin but instead of buying the 4+ set for $5 extra I get an exclusive Batman and a Harley I don't have.
-
The Batman minifig is exclusive.

I really, REALLY hope not. But hopefully if they do try that, enough people will stop buying them for Lego to reverse it.
