    On The Hunt

Looks good! That small tree is exceptionally well done. With the bigger trees, however, there's room for improvement. First off, you need to add twigs. What you used as a substitute for twigs are branches (the prefab element). No tree starts off with thin branches - at the beginning, thick twigs almost the size of the trunk itself grow out of the tree. Try inverted brown slopes! Don't get me wrong, the prefab element you used is great but I would advise to use it at the end of twigs rather than a replacement for them. About the bending of the tress: I personally don't like it. Could be just me, but I don't have feelings towards such flimsy structures. If I wanted a tree whose trunk isn't completely straight, I would either do the trunk with a brickbuilt slant or just use a hinge at the base. Your solution does look good and is creative, though, I have to give you that. The mud is something I also like about your creation, Masked Builder. Looks very authentic. To supply some constructive criticism, the edges are a bit too straight and angular - if you know what I mean. Another great thing is the elf, of course! Overall, I find this to be a very nice little vignette, Mr Masked. Your small tree has brought inspiration to my mind. Cheers! Enpaz

    Tatooine Rancor

I love it! Especially the claws and the mouth... awesome, awesome, ACPin. You greatly pulled off a realistic-looking texture and somehow you managed to make it look extremely mean and dangerous. I'm very impressed!

    Mercedes-Benz Theme?

I'd be great, but if such a theme really gets introduced, I'll hope for SYSTEM Mercedes sets! Cheers!

Comming out of my own Dark Ages...

Welcome! I'm looking forward to some crazy spacy mechas of yours! Cheers!
  5. Yeah, those lifting lids were super-awesome! That's also why I could understand keeping a set you've got just once only with the boxes that have them! Because you can somehow "feel" the set even if it's sealed. It's not at all like the boxes we've got today. And nothing ever came out of the box crumpled or teared - a thing you can't claim for the newer boxes. Cheers!
  6. But who is it that has been promoted?

  7. I'm just sayin' that it would rhyme!

    Lego and cats

That video is so f***ing cute! I've also watched the sequel or prequel (don't remember) and can only say: keep 'em going!
  10. Ah that's interesting to hear! Congratulations. You deserve it. Cheers!
  11. What's your status all about? What's up with fellows? Enlighten me!

  12. The regular one, like in every regular set! Thanks for the great review, Dunjohn! This is one set of the Ninjago line which I will definitely get. It's funny that when I first saw pics of it, I thought that it was going to be a large set and cost much more! I mean, does it look like a small set? Those wings are huge! So imagine my surprise and delight when I noticed this was going for 20 euros! Regular-plastic Zane DX is lovely, too. As are his shurikens! Cheers!
  13. Actually, you should change your name to Brick Chick! :)

  14. Hi there sci-fi, Are all of the used items from your store in mint condition? I am in fact quite interested in some.
  15. Wow! Amazing. Simply amazing. One question, is the grey hair on Jarael a genuine Lego piece or a custom? I didn't know that hairpiece existed in grey! Also, what is the captain's head? Dude, you're a living customizing legend. I'd love to see more of your work! Cheers, Enpaz
  16. Great status! :D

    Rook Runner

Ah, this looks very nice! Somehow the shape of it really reminds me of your Rook hood. Whether the hood thing is intended or not - good job on rookifying it! Enpaz

    What did you buy today?

I sure hope you won't get 12 of the same type! I myself assembled the new Droid Tri-Fighter today, and it's a great-looking droid craft!

    Which set should I buy?

Maybe Flying Mummy hasn't got the biggest amount of pieces but you get a lovely plane AND a tall collumn! Plus three great minifigs. You have to give Flying Mummy Attack that!

LEGO Star Wars 2011 Pictures & Rumors

The Vulture Droid is such a small and rather simply designed vessel anyway, so where's the need for an even smaller version? What do you guys find so attractive about it? The shape is nice but I just don't need it. The SYSTEM version's enough for me. It's great.

Your personal pic with the waves is awesome!

    Which set should I buy?

If you want a garage, buy this one: click and oooh You would also have a petrol station! That new garage is poor in comparison. Go for the castle.

That vulture baby looks nice! But I won't get it. I strongly hope that the droid STAP gets rereleased, though, and that somewhere sometime there'll be an opportunity to buy him in Austria. Along with other MINI sets. 'Cause some of them do look good.

REVIEW: 3661 Bank & Money Transfer

Thanks for the nice review! When I saw this in a store a few days ago, I thought I'd definitely not buy it as it retails for 50 euros! That's a hefty price tag considering the bank is actually rather small. After reading your review I'll maybe get it. If it's on good discount, I'll even more likely get it. Cheers!
