Well just updated the first post with items for sale, husband went to tears when he had to spend his LEGO money he has been saving on a fridge to replace the one that broke. so all sales will help him to get his LEGO he needs.
-
Why did you post here you overpaid on a minifig with 2 waterslide decals on it? doesn't this belong in the loot thread?
-
LEGO is very aware of BrickLink and even suggests the site for finding out of production parts.
-
yeah my husband does try to keep most of his designs simple and he easy so he can mass produce them if need be at minimal expense, in fact hes thinking of making more.

then BrickLinks catalog feature is your best friend, it will show stores that have the item your looking for and at a price that is good for you, furthermore you can set up a wanted list to show you stores that have all or most of what you need, and I repeat sails will be costly, you might consider looking into making your own sails if your not too particualr about how they look. PS: also it doesn't help if you post here that your 13, and have an account on BL and what your looking for either.
-
You would be surprised, for starters how would you be paying? need to be 18 plus to have a PayPal account, alot of sellers usually will not accept money thru the mail, or your sending at your own risk. not saying you will get caught, but they abhor children under 18 on the site and if suspected and reported you will most likely get banned.
-
Well the sails and the ship hulls are going to be your expensive parts, more so on the sails, also hope your folks registered the account at BrickLink since children under 18 are not permitted on the site.

Well after husband reassembled the fort after having to move it for our party hes managed to get the raised level done for it (which contains an escape tunnel): next function to work on will be his bridge and the moat area and the such.
-
Well my husband noticed he had a few yellow 2 x 4 bricks so he decided to see if he could build a big yellow castle out of them, here he is working on it.

What's the best way to store minfigures?
Mythos replied to ziljin's topic in General LEGO Discussion
My husband and I have experienced this problem before with both new and old heads, it usually happens when the head gets too loose to adhere to the neck part, best way to remove helmets from heads is either find a strong connection neck part or try to remove the helmet at an angle by pushing the helmet to the side and pulling on it. -
My husband said its mostly just the Crusaders he says the lion just fades away from play wear kind of like the classic space figures losing their gold moon color.
-
You've been lucky its more like 10% of those figs which have not lost their torso design or its not faded to just a plain blue shield or such on their torso, my husband has hundreds of the figs that have lost some or all of their design.
-
You must show it off so people can go ooh and ahh from seeing the army.

My husband helped him to set up the forum, he offered to help out later as a moderator if Kevin needed the help, but guess Kevin decided to keep him as an admin(husband doesn't like being an admin, feels too much pressure on him, and feels he has to make the site popular or something), and no Kevin didn't give my husband those items for free my husband bought them, was a little terse with him when he told me how much hes been spending in the past month, but then again hes only been spending what hes made on sales of his items here and elsewhere.

Making a living off trading Lego
Mythos replied to wokajablocka's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
don't quit your job, out of every 2 thousand LEGO sellers maybe 1 might be able to make a living from it, but they also put alot more money into it to do so. The odds of new comers now a days making a living from selling LEGO like my Husband says are Slim and none and Slim left town. -
