World War II British Army Transport

Here's my first ever Military MOC, a World War II British Army Transport. Unfortunately I don't have any Tommies to go with it so I stuck an adventure guy in to substitute. Some of the details are based on the Indiana Jones truck.

The front at an angle.

Dead on.

Sideways.

The machine gun.

The cab.

Not bad at all 'Ratshot' - you could of used Johnny Thunder as an Aussie Desert Rat driving it I guess !

I like the machine gun mounted on the truck - very nice swiss cheese maker !

What vehicle is it based on if any or is it purely your own creation ?

Nice job on your first military moc. I can imagine the troops in the back contemplating the battle ahead, I am reminded of a saying I herd somewhere " Men 50 of you are heading out, 25 of you are not coming back!" Keep Bricking!!

What vehicle is it based on if any or is it purely your own creation ?

Thank you. I remember seeing a pic of a couple of British soldiers running beside a truck during the Battle of El Almein, unfortunately though I can't remember were I saw it I'll have to go read some old war books.

Of course, it was a truck. I built this with a steering wheel but made some last minute modifications and forgot to add it.
