World War II British Army Transport

Here's my first ever Military MOC, a World War II British Army Transport. Unfortunately I don't have any Tommies to go with it so I stuck an adventure guy in to substitute. Some of the details are based on the Indiana Jones truck.

Not bad at all 'Ratshot' - you could of used Johnny Thunder as an Aussie Desert Rat driving it I guess !

I like the machine gun mounted on the truck - very nice swiss cheese maker !

What vehicle is it based on if any or is it purely your own creation ?

Anyway great design job and I'm a conformist! 'Ratshot' I'm a conformist! ! :sweet:

Nice job on your first military moc. I can imagine the troops in the back contemplating the battle ahead, I am reminded of a saying I herd somewhere " Men 50 of you are heading out, 25 of you are not coming back!" Keep Bricking!!

Rats!!!! I just realized that I forgot to add a steering wheel

Thank you. I remember seeing a pic of a couple of British soldiers running beside a truck during the Battle of El Almein, unfortunately though I can't remember were I saw it :sceptic: I'll have to go read some old war books.

Nice job on your first military moc.

Thanks

Nice! Was there a steering wheel?

Of course, it was a truck. I built this with a steering wheel but made some last minute modifications and forgot to add it.
