While the yellow roof one looks like it could be more based on something real, I really like the red one, built on the jaggedy rock like that with the water around it. I imagine the Tar'gen Burg? or Tar'len Burg? faction being the origin of the 'Leviathan' ship (I suppose you did too :P) and it truly fits!
