GLA Hunt - marvelBoy123 - Alsarh 2/4

Recommended Posts

Map: F5

It was dusk and we were moving towards the border but not too near, our orders were to stay within Deland and avoid any threat or confrontation with Tosulese forces at the border. Alsarh's strongest military asset was its armour and so we have brought in one of our new Challenger 3 tanks. It had been difficult to get one across here, so we had paid an Alsarhian cargo ship to carry it for us alongside a secure guard. We had taken specialist troops and an Alkapba commander who had experience of fighting in arid climates and could blend in with the locals. It was still some distance to the border when it happened. We passed a small compound, our troop carrier parked up behind and the troops got out just to check the building. The road ahead had been weathered and covered by sand, luckily it would be passable in our tank. Then as the troops got out, we were ambushed. Two of them, poorly equipped but they could still do some damage to the vehicles. We cleared them out in no time. On searching the bodies we found GLA insignias on small badges that each of them had. We continued further North on the lookout for other insurgents using the same trail.

Judges’ comments…

Definitely your best build yet! Very nicely done. Love the tank, it really displays everything you can do. Even the small temple building, broken up road way, and loved the detailing on the doorway. Keep going! My one suggestion would be to try and get some better angle shots of your builds. The pictures feel a little compressed in the space, quality is good but a little bit tight. Again, glad to see you improving like this! Make sure you tag us on flickr and instagram if you haven't already!

Be Sure to Update Your AARs.

Thanks for playing!
